Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Haushaltgerät wie eine Waschmaschine, einen Wäschetrockner (1) oder einen Waschtrockner mit einem Gehäuse (2), mit einer Revisionsklappe (6), die in einer Öffnung (5) in einer Gehäusewand (3) angeordnet ist, und mit einem an der Gehäusewand (3) angeordneten Scharnierblock (20) zur schwenkbaren Lagerung der Revisionsklappe (6). Um eine einfache und platzsparende Befestigung des Scharnierblocks zu erreichen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Scharnierblock (20) ein Scharnierteil (30) zur Halterung der Revisionsklappe (6) und ein Klemmteil (40) zur form- und kraftschlüssigen Befestigung des Scharnierblocks (20) an der Gehäusewand (3) umfasst.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Haushaltgerät wie eine Waschmaschine, einen Wäschetrockner oder einen Waschtrockner mit einem Gehäuse, mit einer Revisionsklappe, die in einer Öffnung in einer Gehäusewand angeordnet ist, und mit einem an der Gehäusewand angeordneten Scharnierblock umfassend ein Scharnierteil und ein Klemmteil zur schwenkbaren Lagerung der Revisionsklappe.
  • Ein derartiger Wäschetrockner ist aus der WO 2012/089771 A1 bekannt. Der Wäschetrockner weist einen Scharnierblock mit einem Scharnierteil und einem Klemmteil zur schwenkbaren Lagerung einer Revisionsklappe an einer Gehäusewand auf. Klemmteil und Scharnierteil bilden einteilig den Scharnierblock aus und fixieren diesen form- und kraftschlüssig an der Gehäusewand.
  • Aus der DE 10 2008 016 815 A1 ist es beispielsweise bekannt, bei einem Wäschetrockner in dem Strömungskanal für den Prozessluftstrom einen Tiefenfilterblock zur Filtrierung von Staub einzusetzen. Zur Wartung ist der Filterblock über eine Revisionsklappe im Gehäuse, hier in der Frontwand, und eine dahinter angeordnete Öffnung im Strömungskanal zugänglich.
  • Bei einem von der Anmelderin hergestellten und vertriebenen Wäschetrockner T9769WP ist eine Revisionsklappe schwenkbar an einer Öffnung in der Vorderwand gelagert. Zur schwenkbaren Halterung der Scharnierarme an der Revisionsklappe ist ein Scharnierblock vorgesehen, der in eigens hierfür vorgesehenen Bohrungen Zapfen an den Scharnierarmen aufnimmt. Zur Befestigung wird der Scharnierblock im oberen Bereich über einen weiteren Zapfen und im unteren Bereich mittels einer Schraube an der Vorderwand montiert. Der Zapfen greift in eine Aussparung ein, welche in einer Abkantung des oberen Rands der Revisionsöffnung platziert ist. Hierzu ist eine gewisse Bautiefe der Vorderwand erforderlich, welche nicht immer gewünscht ist. Außerdem verursacht eine Schraubbefestigung immer einen erhöhten Montageaufwand.
  • Der Erfindung stellt sich somit das Problem, bei einem Haushaltgerät der eingangs genannten Art eine einfache und platzsparende Befestigung des Scharnierblocks zu erreichen.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird dieses Problem durch ein Haushaltgerät mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den nachfolgenden Unteransprüchen.
  • Die mit der Erfindung erreichbaren Vorteile werden dadurch erreicht, dass die Gehäusewand in einem Randbereich zweifach abgekantet ist und so eine u-förmige Aufnahme für den Scharnierblock bildet und dass das Scharnierteil zur Halterung der Revisionsklappe formschlüssig in dieser Aufnahme fixierbar ist und dass das Klemmteil das Scharnierteil formund kraftschlüssig fixiert. Hierdurch wird die Montage erheblich vereinfacht, außerdem benötigt der erfindungsgemäß aufgebaute Scharnierblock einen geringeren Bauraum.
  • Eine weitere Vereinfachung der Montage und eine gute Halterung des Scharnierteils wird erreicht, wenn in der Gehäusewand mindestens eine Positionierhilfe für das Scharnierteil angeordnet ist. Hierdurch wird für den Monteur das Einsetzen des Scharnierteils erleichtert.
  • In einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist das Klemmteil im fertig montierten Zustand des Scharnierblocks zwischen das Scharnierteil und eine Abkantung der Gehäusewand geschoben. Durch diesen einfachen Einschubvorgang wird der gesamte Scharnierblock in seiner montierten Position sicher gehalten. Dabei kann das Klemmteil im fertig montierten Zustand mittels einer ersten Rasteinrichtung an der Gehäusewand gehalten sein, beispielsweise, indem mindestens ein erster Rasthaken in mindestens eine Öffnung in der Gehäusewand eingreift. Eine selbsttätige Halterung des Scharnierblocks wird dadurch erreicht, dass das Klemmteil beim Einschieben zwischen das Scharnierteil und die Abkantung der Gehäusewand das Scharnierteil mit einer zweiten Rasteinrichtung fixiert. Dies kann dadurch erreicht werden, dass das Klemmteil beim Einschieben zwischen das Scharnierteil und die Abkantung der Gehäusewand mit mindestens einem zweiten Rasthaken auf mindestens einer Schräge des Scharnierteils gleitet. Dabei ist es zweckmäßig, wenn die Schräge geriffelt ausgebildet ist.
  • Es ist auch vorteilhaft, wenn mindestens die Rasthaken federnd ausgebildet sind.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen rein schematisch dargestellt und wird nachfolgend näher beschrieben. Es zeigt

  • Die Figur 1 zeigt in der Perspektive das Gehäuse 2 eines Wäschetrockners 1. In der Frontseite 3 des Gehäuses 2 befindet sich eine Tür 4, die eine nicht erkennbare Beschickungsöffnung abdeckt. Weiter unten ist in der Frontwand eine Revisionsöffnung 5 angeordnet, die durch eine Revisionsklappe 6 verdeckt ist. Die Revisionsklappe 6 ist mittels eines in den nachfolgenden Figuren dargestellten Scharnierblocks 20 schwenkbar an der Vorderwand gelagert.
  • Figur 2 zeigt die beiden Bestandteile dieses Scharnierblocks 20, nämlich ein Scharnierteil 30 und ein Klemmteil 40, außerdem die Rückansicht eines Ausschnitts aus der Frontwand 3 und die Revisionsklappe 6, ebenfalls in der Rückansicht. Das Scharnierteil 30 übernimmt die Funktion der schwenkbaren Halterung der Revisionsklappe 6. Hierzu sind an die Revisionsklappe 6 zwei Scharnierarme 7 angeformt, die jeweils Zapfen 8 tragen. Die Zapfen 8 werden in Bohrungen 21 im Scharnierteil 30 aufgenommen, die deutlicher in der Figur 3 erkennbar sind. Das zweite Teil des Scharnierblocks 20, das Klemmteil 40, dient zur form- und kraftschlüssigen Fixierung des Scharnierteils 30 an der Frontwand 3. Die Figuren 4 bis 8 zeigen die zur Montage des Scharnierblocks 20 notwendigen Montageschritte und erklären dabei die einzelnen Details der Komponenten.
  • Wie aus Figur 2 und 5 bis 8 ersichtlich ist, ist die Frontwand an ihrem seitlichen Rand 9 zweifach abgekantet. Eine seitliche Abkantung 10 ist in Figur 1 erkennbar, eine hintere Abkantung 11 in den erwähnten Figuren 2 und 5 bis 8. Die hintere Abkantung 11 ist mit zwei rechteckigen Öffnungen 12 ausgestattet, deren Funktion später erklärt ist. Durch die Abkantungen 10 und 11 entsteht eine im Querschnitt u-förmige Aufnahme 15, die nach unten hin durch eine gestanzte und gebogene Stütze 13 begrenzt wird. Des Weiteren ist in den Figuren 2 und 4 eine rechteckige Aussparung 14 am Rand der Revisionsöffnung 5 erkennbar. Figur 4 zeigt das Scharnierteil 30 vor der Montage an der Frontwand 3. In Figur 5 ist das Scharnierteil 30 in die u-förmige Aufnahme 15 eingesetzt. Dabei dienen die Stütze 13 und die Aussparung 14 in der Frontwand 3 als Positionierhilfen. Die Stütze 13 hält das Scharnierteil 30 und verhindert ein vertikales Rutschen in Y-Richtung, die Aussparung 14 nimmt eine rechteckige Nase 32 am Scharnierteil 30 auf und sorgt ebenfalls für eine Ausrichtung in der Y-Richtung. Eine Festlegung in waagerechter X-Richtung erfolgt durch einen angeformten Kragen 33, der einen Anschlag gegenüber dem Rand der Revisionsöffnung 5 bildet. Somit ist das Scharnierteil 30 nach seinem Einsetzen in die durch die Abkantungen 10 und 11 gebildete Aufnahme 15 bereits in zwei Richtungen formschlüssig fixiert, siehe Figur 5. Es ist allerdings noch ein Spiel in Tiefenrichtung (Z-Richtung) vorhanden. Als nächstes wird das Klemmteil 40 eingesetzt. Ein Pfeil 34 am Scharnierteil 30 und ein korrespondierender Pfeil 41 am Klemmteil 40 bilden dabei eine Montagehilfe. Zunächst wird das Klemmteil 40 in eine Position gebracht, der die beiden Pfeile 34 und 41 sich gegenüberstehen, siehe Figur 6. Anschließend wird es in waagerechter Richtung zwischen das Scharnierteil 30 und die hintere Abkantung 11 geschoben, siehe Figur 7. Dabei werden die beiden ersten federnden Rasthaken 42 am Klemmteil 42 von der Abkantung 11 nach hinten gedrückt und liegen nun über den Öffnungen 12. Aus dieser Position wird das Klemmteil 40 nach unten geschoben. Die ersten Rasthaken 42 gelangen nun in die Öffnungen 12 und gleiten in diesen nach unten. Gleichzeitig werden zweite federnde Rasthaken 43 auf die geriffelten Schrägen 35 am Scharnierteil 30 (siehe Figuren 2, 3 und 5) geschoben. Dabei erzeugen die Rasthaken 43 aufgrund der Schrägen eine zunehmende Kraft, die das Scharnierteil 30 gegen die Frontwand 3 drückt und somit kraftschlüssig fixiert. Zur besseren Erkennbarkeit zeigt die Figur 9 einen vergrößerten Ausschnitt des Klemmteils 40 mit einem ersten Rasthaken 42 und einem zweiten Rasthaken 43.
  • In Figur 10 ist die Revisionsklappe 6 mit ihren Scharnierarmen 7 in das Scharnierteil 30 eingesetzt und damit fertig montiert.

Claims (9)

  1. Haushaltgerät wie Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner (1) oder Waschtrockner mit einem Gehäuse (2), mit einer Revisionsklappe (6), die in einer Öffnung (5) in einer Gehäusewand (3) angeordnet ist, und mit einem an der Gehäusewand (3) angeordneten Scharnierblock (20) zur umfassend ein Scharnierteil (20) und ein Klemmteil (40) schwenkbaren Lagerung der Revisionsklappe (6),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Gehäusewand (3) in einem Randbereich (9) zweifach abgekantet ist und so eine u-förmige Aufnahme (12) für den Scharnierblock (20) bildet und
    dass das Scharnierteil (30) zur Halterung der Revisionsklappe (6) formschlüssig in dieser Aufnahme (12) fixierbar ist und
    dass das Klemmteil (40) das Scharnierteil (30) form- und kraftschlüssig fixiert.
  2. Haushaltgerät nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass in der Gehäusewand (3) mindestens eine Positionierhilfe (13, 14) für das Scharnierteil (20) angeordnet ist.
  3. Haushaltgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Klemmteil (40) im fertig montierten Zustand des Scharnierblocks (20) zwischen das Scharnierteil (30) und eine Abkantung (11) der Gehäusewand (3) geschoben ist.
  4. Haushaltgerät nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Klemmteil (40) im fertig montierten Zustand mittels einer ersten Rasteinrichtung an der Gehäusewand (3) gehalten ist.
  5. Haushaltgerät nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Klemmteil (40) im fertig montierten Zustand mit mindestens einem ersten Rasthaken (42) in mindestens eine Öffnung (12) in der Gehäusewand eingreift.
  6. Haushaltgerät nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Klemmteil (40) beim Einschieben zwischen das Scharnierteil (30) und die Abkantung (11) der Gehäusewand (3) das Scharnierteil (30) mit einer zweiten Rasteinrichtung fixiert.
  7. Haushaltgerät nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Klemmteil (40) beim Einschieben zwischen das Scharnierteil (30) und die Abkantung (11) der Gehäusewand (3) mit mindestens einem zweiten Rasthaken (43) auf mindestens einer Schräge (35) des Scharnierteils (30) gleitet.
  8. Haushaltgerät nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Schräge (35) geriffelt ausgebildet ist.
  9. Haushaltgerät nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass mindestens ein Rasthaken (42, 43) federnd ausgebildet ist.
