Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Verpackung für Lebensmittel, insbesondere für Frischkäseprodukte, Schmelzkäse, Pasteten, Brotaufstriche und dergleichen mit einem tablettförmigen Bodenteil, an dem lösbar ein einen Aufnahmeraum für das Lebensmittel bereichsweise umgrenzender, vorzugsweise transparenter Deckel festlegbar ist, wobei das Bodenteil zumindest in gegenüberliegend angeordneten Seitenrandbereichen mit Abstand zueinander angeordnete emporragende Wandrippen aufweist.
  • Verpackungen für Lebensmittel, insbesondere für Frischkäseprodukte wie beispielsweise Frischkäserollen oder Käsepasteten haben herkömmlicherweise einen glockenförmigen Deckel, der mit einem tablettförmigen Bodenteil lösbar zu verbinden ist, um nach portionsweiser Entnahme eines Lebensmittels den Deckel wieder mit dem Bodenteil zu verbinden. Dazu ist ein Bodenteil herkömmlicherweise mit einem umlaufenden Kanal versehen, in dem formschlüssig ein kongruent ausgebildeter Kragen des Deckels einzusetzen ist. Das eingefüllte Lebensmittel ist innerhalb des Aufnahmeraumes mit Abstand zu den Wandungen des glockenförmigen Deckels bevorratet und kann mithin während einer Handhabung Bewegungen ausführen mit dem Nachteil, dass die Innenwandungen des Deckels verschmutzen, was bei einem in Verkaufsstätten zu bevorratenden Lebensmittel zu einem unansehnlichen Gesamteindruck führen kann.
  • Um dieses Risiko der Innenwandverschmutzung zu verringern, ist aus der DE 20 2011 102 576 U1 bekannt, in dem Deckel einwärts gerichtete Abstandshalter zur Abstützung des in den Aufnahmeraum zu bevorratenden Lebensmittels vorzusehen, die derart ausgebildet und angeordnet sind, dass das eingefüllte Lebensmittel, beispielsweise eine Frischkäserolle, nicht mehr an die sonstigen Bereiche des Kopfteils des Deckels und der Seitenwandbereiche gelangen kann. Des Weiteren ist bei dieser bekannten Verpackung vorgesehen, dass in dem Bodenteil nach oben vorstehende Halter angeordnet sind mit Spitzen, die von unten in z.B. das Frischkäseprodukt eindringen und dieses fixieren. Um austretende Molke aufzunehmen, kann das Bodenteil ebenfalls noch von einer umlaufenden Rinne umgeben sein.
  • Ist der Deckel für den Verzehr des Lebensmittels abgenommen, kann das Lebensmittel, beispielsweise die Frischkäserolle insgesamt entnommen werden. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, mit einem Werkzeug portionsweise des Lebensmittelt zu schneiden. Danach ist der Deckel wieder mit dem Bodenteil zu verrasten und beispielsweise in eine Kühlung zu stellen. Ist der Deckel entnommen, ist es jedoch möglich, dass z.B. die Frischkäserolle bei einer unachtsamen Bewegung der Verpackung von dem Bodenteil abstürzt. Dies ist nachteilig.
  • Aus der FR 2627167 A1 ist eine Verpackung für Lebensmittel der eingangs genannten Art bekannt. Diese soll insbesondere auch zur Bevorratung von Käse dienen. Dabei sind im großen Abstand zueinander vorgesehene Wandrippen vorgesehen und ein ebener Boden, der von verschiedenen Kanälen zur Belüftung des bevorrateten Käses durchsetzt sind. Besondere Hilfen, um einen Käse schneiden zu können, sind hierbei jedoch nicht vorgesehen, insbesondere bilden die Luftzirkulationskanäle keine Schneidspalte, die mit den Abstandsräumen zwischen den Wandrippen zusammen wirken.
  • Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Verpackung für ein Lebensmittel, insbesondere für eine Frischkäserolle, zu schaffen, mit der das Lebensmittel auch bei abgenommenem Deckel sicher zu halten ist, die aber gleichwohl die portionsweise Entnahme des Lebensmittels ermöglicht.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe zeichnet sich die Verpackung der eingangs genannten Art dadurch aus, dass den Wandrippen mit Abstand zueinander angeordnete Bodenteilstützen zugeordnet sind, wobei durch das Abstandsmaß zwischen zwei benachbarte Wandrippen und durch das Abstandsmaß zwischen benachbarten Bodenteilstützen Schneidspalte zum Schneiden des zu bevorratenden Lebensmittels gebildet sind in der Weise, dass sich die Schneidspatte zwischen den einzelnen Wandrippen im Bereich der Bodenteilstützen fortsetzen, so dass die Schneidspalte zwischen den einzelnen Wandrippen und die Schneidspalte zwischen den einzelnen Bodenstützen miteinander fluchten.
  • Damit ist eine Lebensmittelverpackung geschaffen, bei der durch die nach oben ragenden, an den Seitenrandbereichen des Bodenteils vorgesehenen Wandrippen auch bei abgenommenem Deckel das Lebensmittel sicher zu bevorraten ist und gegen ein seitliches Herausfallen auch bei unachtsamen Bewegungen zu sichern ist. Durch die Schneidspalte ist sichergestellt, dass auch z.B. mit einem Messer portionsweise die eingefüllten Lebensmittel zu entnehmen sind. Die Wandrippen sind an ihren dem zu bevorratenden Lebensmittel zugewandten Flächen bevorzugt gewölbt ausgebildet, so dass sie zusammen mit den am Bodenteil vorzusehenden Bodenteilstützen, die auch eine entsprechend gewölbte Oberflächengestalt haben können, ein gewölbtes Wannenteil bilden, in dem z.B. eine im Querschnitt runde Frischkäserolle optimal zu platzieren ist. Die Schneidspalte zwischen den einzelnen Wandrippen setzen sich im Bereich der Bodenteilstützen fort, so dass eine z.B. eingefüllte Frischkäserolle durch das Einführen eines Messers in die miteinander fluchtenden Schneidspalte sicher durchtrennt werden kann. Einzelne der Stützelemente können wiederum nach oben vorstehende Halter haben, die z.B. nach Art eines Domes ausgebildet sind.
  • Es kann eine Rinne vorgesehen werden zur Bevorratung und Abführung von Molke, die sich allerdings bei dieser neuen Verpackung zwischen den Bodenteilstützen und den Wandrippen erstreckt und beispielsweise auch wiederum in z.B. an Schmalseiten der Verpackung vorgesehene Auffangwannen münden kann, wobei die Auffangwannen wiederum Stapelfüße zur Stapelung von einzelnen Verpackungen ausbilden können.
  • Zur weiteren Erläuterung wird auf weitere Unteransprüche, die nachfolgende Beschreibung und die Zeichnung verwiesen. In der Zeichnung zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 in einer perspektivischen Darstellung ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer Verpackung nach der Erfindung;
    • Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf das Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 1;
    • Fig. 3 eine Schnittdarstellung gemäß der Schnittlinie "A-A" in Fig. 2;
    • Fig. 4 eine Seitenansicht des Ausführungsbeispiels nach Fig. 1, und
    • Fig. 5 eine Querschnittsdarstellung gemäß der Querschnittslinie "B-B" in Fig. 4.
  • In der Zeichnung sind grundsätzlich übereinstimmende Teile mit übereinstimmenden Bezugsziffern versehen. Allgemein mit 1 ist das Bodenteil der nicht näher dargestellten Verpackung beziffert. Dieses Bodenteil 1 hat eine Auflagefläche 2 mit einer Peelanformung 3, von der ein erhabener Rand 4 ausgeht, wobei in allen abgerundeten Ecken Rastanformungen 5 vorgesehen sind, um dort das Deckelteil aufzusetzen und zu verrasten. Einwärts gesehen schließen sich an den erhabenen Rand 4 vier Wandrippen 6 an, die mit Abstand in Längsrichtung des rechteckigen Bodenteils 1 zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei der Abstand zueinander derart gewählt ist, dass zwischen benachbarten Wandrippen 6 jeweils ein Schneidspalt 7 ausgebildet ist.
  • Zwischen den Wandrippen 6 sind im Bodenteil 1 Bodenteilstützen 8 ausgebildet, die zueinander auch jeweils ein Abstandsmaß haben, so dass auch dort ein Schneidspalt 9 ausgebildet ist. Wie Fig. 2 näher erkennen lässt, sind die Schneidspalte 9 der Stützelemente 8 und die Schneidspalte 7 der Wandrippen 6 kongruent und miteinander fluchtend ausgebildet, so dass die Schneidspalte 7 zwischen zwei Wandrippen 6 und die Schneidspalte 9 zwischen zwei Bodenteilstützen 8 einen durchgehenden Schneidspalt bilden.
  • Wie insbesondere aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist, haben die jeweiligen durchgehenden Schneidspalte im mittleren Bereich übereinstimmende Abstände, so dass dort portionsgleiche Stücke aus dem Lebensmittel herausgeschnitten werden können. Einzelne der Stützelemente 8 haben noch nach oben gerichtete Halter 10, die nach Art eines Dorns geformt sind.
  • Insgesamt ist damit eine Verpackung mit einem Bodenteil 1 geschaffen, bei der durch den wannenartigen Aufbau mit den Stützelementen 8 und den Wandrippen 6 mit ihren Schneidspalten 7, 9 eine besonders sichere Bevorratung des Lebensmittels möglich ist. Durch die gewölbte Ausbildung der Wandrippen 6 und der Bodenteilstützen 8 ist, wie dies Fig. 5 mit den gezeigten Wölbungsradien 6.1 an den Wandrippen 6 und den Wölbungsradien 8.1 an den Bodenteilstützen 8 zeigt, insbesondere eine Frischkäserolle optimal zu bevorraten.

Claims (8)

  1. Verpackung für Lebensmittel, insbesondere für Frischkäseprodukte, Schmelzkäse, Pasteten, Brotaufstriche und dergleichen mit einem tablettförmigen Bodenteil (1), an dem lösbar ein einen Aufnahmeraum für das Lebensmittel bereichsweise umgrenzender, vorzugsweise transparenter Deckel festlegbar ist, wobei das Bodenteil (1) zumindest in gegenüberliegend angeordneten Seitenrandbereichen mit Abstand zueinander angeordnete emporragende Wandrippen (6) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Wandrippen (6) mit Abstand zueinander angeordnete Bodenteilstützen (8) zugeordnet sind, wobei durch das Abstandsmaß zwischen zwei benachbarte Wandrippen (6) und durch das Abstandsmaß zwischen benachbarten Bodenteilstützen (8) Schneidspalte (7, 9) zum Schneiden des zu bevorratenden Lebensmittels gebildet sind in der Weise, dass sich die Schneidspalte (7) zwischen den einzelnen Wandrippen (6) im Bereich der Bodenteilstützen (8) fortsetzen, so dass die Schneidspalte (7) zwischen den einzelnen Wandrippen (6) und die Schneidspalte (9) zwischen den einzelnen Bodenstützen miteinander fluchten.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandrippen (6) mit den Bodenteilstützen (8) nach Art einer Wanne ausgebildet sind.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandrippen (6) in ihren dem zu bevorratenden Lebensmittel hin zugewandten Wandbereichen im Querschnitt gewölbt ausgebildet sind.
  4. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenteilstützen (8) gewölbt ausgebildete Stützoberflächen aufweisen.
  5. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Wandrippen (8) und den Bodenteilstützen (8) eine Rinne (11) zur z.B. Aufnahme von Flüssigkeiten wie Molke eines Produktes vorgesehen ist.
  6. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest zwei Bodenteilstützen (8) nach oben vorstehende Halter (10) zur Stabilisierung des zu bevorratenden Lebensmittels aufweisen.
  7. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bodenteil (1) einen erhabenen Rand (4) aufweist, auf den ein umlaufender Kragen des Deckels verrastbar aufsetzbar ist, wobei die Wandrippen (6) einwärts versetzt von diesem erhabenen Rand (4) nach oben emporragen.
  8. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bodenteil (1) eine Peelanformung (3) und dass der Deckel eine Peelanformung aufweisen, wobei die Peelanformung (3) des Bodenteils (1) und die Peelanformung des Deckels versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind.
