Claims (3)
- Verfahren für die Wärmebehandlung eines feuchten körnigen Produkts, das aus der Abfolge der folgenden Verfahrensschritte besteht:- das körnige Produkt (16) wird auf einem Träger (30) angeordnet,- das körnige Produkt wird der Wirkung von Mikrowellen ausgesetzt, und- der Träger wird der Wirkung von Mitteln zum Ausführen einer Vorwärtsbewegung mittels Vibration (28) ausgesetzt, unter gleichzeitiger Einwirkung von Mikrowellen,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses darin besteht, einen Verschluss des körnigen Produkts am Eingang des Trägers herzustellen, der ein Hindernis für die Mikrowellen darstellt, und einen Verschluss des körnigen Produkts am Ausgang des Trägers herzustellen, der ebenfalls ein Hindernis für die Mikrowellen darstellt.
- Verfahren für die Wärmebehandlung eines körnigen Produkts nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses darin besteht, den Wasserdampf, der allmählich entlang dem Träger entsteht, abzusaugen.
- Verfahren für die Wärmebehandlung eines körnigen Produkts nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses darin besteht, das körnige Produkt unter einer kontrollierten Atmosphäre zu behandeln.
