Description

1. Domaine de l'invention1. Field of the invention

The field of the invention is that of the design and manufacture of fence.

2. Art antérieur2. Prior Art

Fences are commonly used to delimit land parcels and / or secure their access.

Fences include classically but not exclusively:
  • posts whose lower end is secured to the ground generally so that they extend substantially vertically, and
  • at least one separating element secured between two posts.

There is a wide variety of separation elements. Fences can thus be made by solidarisant to the poles of the separating elements consist of wood panels, stack of planks, solid or perforated panels, flexible mesh or rigid mesh panels.

It is thus possible to compose different kinds of fences in order to delimit plots and / or secure their access in an easy but nevertheless effective way.

In order to beautify the edges of plots of land, fences are generally designed in such a way that they have an aesthetically pleasing visual appearance.

The surfaces of the elements composing the fences can also be treated to present a particular aspect uniform or presenting reasons.

These elements can thus for example be covered with paint, be polished, sandblasted, microbilled ... Motifs can also be drawn by adding or removing material. Patterns may in particular be made in wood panels, glass or metal by providing through them openings. It is also possible to create patterns within a rigid grid panel. This can in particular be obtained by arranging the various wires constituting a rigid grid panel to form patterns, for example linear and / or curved.

It is thus possible to design fences with very varied visual aspects. Fences can still be improved.

3. Inconvénients de l'art antérieur3. Disadvantages of prior art

Creating patterns on fence panels requires the implementation of many operations that are often technically complex.

The production of patterns in a solid panel generally requires multiple operations, for example cutting, stamping, routing, drilling and / or milling ... The production of patterns in a rigid grid panel generally requires prior formation of wire, to arrange them with respect to each other so as to draw the pattern, then to join them to each other by the multiple points of welding.

The implementation of the manufacturing processes of the panels with patterns is therefore relatively complex and expensive. As a result, patterned panels are rather expensive.

In addition, there are as many manufacturing processes as there are different patterned panels, which also affects the cost price of these.

Finally, there are as many references of signs with reasons that there are reasons. The offer of a wide range of patterned panels therefore involves managing a large number of references and large stocks of panels.

In addition, some separation elements have a pleasant face on the aesthetic and another face more unsightly. This is for example the case of wooden boards which generally have a planed face and a face on which grooves are made for reasons of mechanical strength, the grooved face being less aesthetic than the other. The fence then has an aesthetic side and a more unsightly side.

The document EP 2 273 040 discloses a fence system comprising posts between which are arranged one or more grid panels, placed in two parallel planes between which an inner panel, for example glass or plastic, is disposed. Each inner panel is held up and down by profiles, these sections having a U-shaped groove, which multiplies the number of profiles.

FR 2 947 848 A3 describes a fence system according to the preamble of claim 1.

4. Objectifs de l'invention4. Objectives of the invention

The invention particularly aims to overcome these disadvantages of the prior art.

More specifically, an object of the invention is to provide a fence system that allows, in at least one embodiment, to easily compose aesthetic fences.

An object of the invention is to provide a fence system which allows, in at least one embodiment, to easily compose fences having different decorative patterns.

Another object of the invention is to implement, in at least one embodiment, such a closure system which allows, in at least one embodiment, to compose with at least two panels having identical or different patterns. , another motive.

An object of the invention is to provide a fence system which allows, in at least one embodiment, to strengthen the strength of the fences.

The invention also aims to provide such a closure system which is, in at least one embodiment, reliable and / or robust and / or flexible and / or simple to manufacture and / or simple to implement.

5. Exposé de l'invention5. Presentation of the invention

These objectives, as well as others which will appear later, are achieved according to the invention by means of a fence system according to claim 1. It is thus possible to provide an aesthetic fence.

If one of the at least two separation elements has an unsightly face, it may be concealed by the other separating element placed opposite.

If at least one of the separating elements is at least partly perforated and / or translucent, it is possible to generate, from at least two separating elements having identical or different patterns, a new pattern or at the very least a new visual appearance by placing these separating elements facing each other in a suitable manner.

The invention thus provides a simple and economical technical solution that increases the possibilities of creating fences of various aesthetics.

The fact of composing fences by placing at least two separating elements facing one another also makes it possible to increase the strength of the latter. It is for example possible to delay the intrusion of individuals on a plot. Said means for arranging said at least two separating elements opposite each other comprise at least one pair of guide rails, each of said rails being designed to cooperate with opposite ends of said separating elements.

It is planned to place at least two separation elements opposite one another by guiding some of their ends in rails provided for this purpose.

According to the invention, each of said rails comprises at least one housing for receiving an end of several of said separating elements.

According to another preferred feature, each of said rails comprises at least two housing receiving an end of one of said separating elements.

More generally, each of the rails may comprise several housings each of which can receive at least one end of a separating element.

This provides a simple but effective implementation of the separation elements facing one another.

A system according to the invention comprises at least two posts, said at least two separation elements being intended to be connected to two of their opposite ends to said posts.

A fence can thus be composed by solidarisant separating elements to poles.

In this case, each of said posts preferably has at least one longitudinal groove, said at least two separation elements being intended to cooperate at two of their opposite ends with said grooves.

The securing of the separating elements to the posts is thus simply obtained by sliding them in the grooves.

According to a preferred feature, said rails are designed to be connected longitudinally to said posts or said grooves.

According to another preferred feature, the distal ends of said rails are adapted to be connected to said posts or said grooves.

The openings in said separating elements are preferentially in different sequences and / or orientations.

In other words, the patterns generated by the openings may be different.

Said separating elements may be rigid grid panels or the like.

Description of an embodiment of the invention 7.1. Rappel du principe de l'invention7.1. Recall of the principle of invention

The general principle of the invention is based on the implementation of a closure system comprising at least two separating elements and means for arranging these separating elements facing one another, that is to say to say one behind the other in distant planes substantially parallel.

It is thus possible to provide an aesthetic fence for example by concealing the unsightly face of a separating element behind another separating element or by generating, from at least two separation elements having identical or different patterns, a new pattern by placing these separating elements in a proper manner.

The invention thus provides a simple technical solution that increases the possibilities of creating fences of various aesthetics and / or improve their strength.

Example of an embodiment of a fence according to the invention

In relation to the figures, an embodiment of a fence system according to the invention is presented.

Such a fence system comprises posts 10 between which are stacked separating elements 11.

The posts 10 have longitudinal grooves 12. These grooves 12 may be formed in the actual structure of the posts 10 or consist of one or more groove elements 120 attached to the posts 10. The posts 10 may include one or more grooves 12. The posts 10 and / or the groove members 120 may for example be made of metal, wood, plastics, composite materials or other.

The height of the posts 10 and that of the grooves 12 may be modified so as to allow the creation of fences of varying heights as needed.

  • selon un premier type, un élément de séparation est constitué d'un panneau de grillage rigide 111 ;
  • selon un autre type, un élément de séparation est constitué par une plaque 112 ;
  • selon un autre type, un élément de séparation est constitué par une planche 113 ;
The separating elements 11 can be of different types:
  • according to a first type, a separating element consists of a rigid grid panel 111;
  • according to another type, a separating element is constituted by a plate 112;
  • according to another type, a separating element is constituted by a board 113;
  • according to another type, a separating element will comprise a container or container capable of containing granulate. It may for example be a gabion 114.

A fence can be composed by stacking elements of separation of different types, as illustrated in figure 1 . It can also be composed by stacking separation elements 11 of the same type. It can still be composed without stacking separation element if the height of a separation element is sufficient.

Ceci pourra également être le cas des plaques 112 et/ou des planches 113.At least some of the separating elements 11 may be at least partially perforated. This is the case of the rigid grid panels 111 shown on the Figures 1 and 2 . This may also be the case of plates 112 and / or boards 113.

The perforated separating elements are traversed by openings or passages 20 defining decorative patterns.

This closure system comprises means for arranging at least two separation elements 11 facing one another. It is thus possible to place at least two separating elements in two substantially parallel spaced planes, as illustrated in perspective at the figure 3 .

These means comprise in this embodiment a pair of guide rails 30, 31.

Each distal end 302, 312 of these rails 30, 31 is provided to cooperate with one of the grooves 12 of the posts 10.

Each rail 30, 31 comprises a housing 300, 310 designed to receive an end of at least two separation elements 11. The shape of these housings 300, 310 is elongated so as to be able to accommodate one next to the other ends of at least two separation elements 11. These housing preferably extend all along the corresponding rail.

To assemble opposite to each other at least two separation elements 11, in this case here rigid grid panels 111, the upper end of each of them is inserted into the housing 300 of the upper rail 30 while their lower end is inserted in the housing 310 of the lower rail 31. This insertion can be obtained by lateral sliding of the separating element 11 in the housing 300, 310 corresponding.

The separation elements 111 then extend in two substantially parallel planes in which they are facing each other.

Les rails présentent une largeur choisie de manière telle qu'ils puissent être coulissés à l'intérieur des rainures 12.The ends of the rails 30, 31 are then slid inside the grooves 12. The rails have a width chosen so that they can be slid inside the grooves 12.

The lower rail 31 comprises a receptacle element 311. The protruding element 301 and the receptacle element 311 have complementary shapes so that the protruding element 301 can be inserted into the receptacle member 311.

It is thus possible to stack on each other several groups of separating elements 111 placed opposite one another by means of a pair of rails 30, 31.

The openings 20 formed through the perforated separating elements 11 may define different patterns. This is for example the case of the separating elements 70 and 90 illustrated in FIGS. Figures 7 and 9 . In this case, it will be possible to create a new pattern by placing next to each other at least two perforated separating elements having different patterns. Indeed, by placing the separation elements 70 and 90 opposite each other, the pattern obtained is that which is represented in FIG. figure 11 this being different from the patterns of the separating elements 70 and 90.

En plaçant l'élément de séparation 70 en regard de l'élément de séparation du panneau 80 on obtient le motif illustré à la figure 10.It is also possible to create a new pattern from two perforated separating elements 11 having identical patterns but oriented differently. For this, one of the separation elements will be placed in one direction and the other separation element in the other direction. For example, the separation element 80 illustrated in FIG. figure 8 by horizontally flipping the separating member 70 shown in FIG. figure 7 . By placing the separating element 70 opposite the separating element of the panel 80, the pattern illustrated in FIG. figure 10 .

7.3. Variantes7.3. variants

In a variant, the lower rails 31 and upper 30 may comprise several housings 310, 300 each of which can receive at least one end of a separating element 11.

The separating elements placed opposite each other may not be perforated and / or translucent. In a variant, at least one of the at least two panels placed facing each other may be at least partly perforated and / or at least partly translucent. It will be possible to see through it the panel behind it may or may not have any pattern.
