3. Disadvantages of prior art

Creating patterns on fence panels requires the implementation of many operations that are often technically complex.

The production of patterns in a rigid grid panel generally requires prior formation of wire, to arrange them with respect to each other so as to draw the pattern, then to join them to each other by the multiple points of welding.

The implementation of the manufacturing processes of the panels with patterns is therefore relatively complex and expensive. As a result, patterned panels are rather expensive.

In addition, there are as many manufacturing processes as there are different patterned panels, which also affects the cost price of these.

The invention thus provides a simple and economical technical solution that increases the possibilities of creating fences of various aesthetics.

The fact of composing fences by placing at least two separating elements facing one another also makes it possible to increase the strength of the latter. It is for example possible to delay the intrusion of individuals on a plot.

Preferably, said means for facing each other said at least two separation elements comprise at least one pair of guide rails, each of said rails being provided to cooperate with opposite ends of said separating elements.

7. Description of an embodiment of the invention 7.1. Recall of the principle of invention

The general principle of the invention is based on the implementation of a closure system comprising at least two separating elements and means for arranging these separating elements facing one another, that is to say to say one behind the other in distant planes substantially parallel.

It is thus possible to provide an aesthetic fence for example by concealing the unsightly face of a separating element behind another separating element or by generating, from at least two separation elements having identical or different patterns, a new pattern by placing these separating elements in a proper manner.

The invention thus provides a simple technical solution that increases the possibilities of creating fences of various aesthetics and / or improve their strength.

7.2. Example of an embodiment of a fence according to the invention

These means comprise in this embodiment a pair of guide rails 30, 31.

This pair of guide rails here comprises an upper rail 30 and a lower rail 31.

Each distal end 302, 312 of these rails 30, 31 is provided to cooperate with one of the grooves 12 of the posts 10.

Each rail 30, 31 comprises a housing 300, 310 designed to receive an end of at least two separation elements 11. The shape of these housings 300, 310 is elongated so as to be able to accommodate one next to the other ends of at least two separation elements 11. These housing preferably extend all along the corresponding rail.

To assemble opposite to each other at least two separation elements 11, in this case here rigid grid panels 111, the upper end of each of them is inserted into the housing 300 of the upper rail 30 while their lower end is inserted in the housing 310 of the lower rail 31. This insertion can be obtained by lateral sliding of the separating element 11 in the housing 300, 310 corresponding.

The separation elements 111 then extend in two substantially parallel planes in which they are facing each other.

It is thus possible to stack on each other several groups of separating elements 111 placed opposite one another by means of a pair of rails 30, 31.

The openings 20 formed through the perforated separating elements 11 may define different patterns. This is for example the case of the separating elements 70 and 90 illustrated in FIGS. Figures 7 and 9 . In this case, it will be possible to create a new pattern by placing next to each other at least two perforated separating elements having different patterns. Indeed, by placing the separation elements 70 and 90 opposite each other, the pattern obtained is that which is represented in FIG. figure 11 this being different from the patterns of the separating elements 70 and 90.

It is also possible to create a new pattern from two perforated separating elements 11 having identical patterns but oriented differently. For this, one of the separation elements will be placed in one direction and the other separation element in the other direction. For example, the separation element 80 illustrated in FIG. figure 8 by horizontally flipping the separating member 70 shown in FIG. figure 7 .
