Definitions
- the invention relates to a dust filter bag for use in a vacuum cleaner according to the preamble of claim 1.
- dust filter bags have dimensions which require a reduction of the outer dimensions by crumpling or folding prior to insertion of the dust filter bag in the receiving space of the vacuum cleaner to allow passage through the input portion of the filter chamber. It may happen that the dust filter bag is trapped in the region of the input section through the filter chamber lid of the vacuum cleaner closing this opening, so that due to leakage, false air is drawn, which impairs the suction power. It may also happen that unfolds the dust filter bag incomplete when first put into the filter room, or this already before the insertion by the inserting person is shaped and / or folded so that the dust filter bag during operation of the vacuum cleaner can not fully unfold and thereby the maximum possible receiving volume or the maximum filter area of the dust filter bag can not be achieved.
- the DE 10 2005 002 420 A1 describes a vacuum cleaner bag with a holding plate having an inlet opening for suction air to be filtered.
- a compressed state of the vacuum cleaner bag is achieved by at least one elastic band as a fixing device.
- the elasticity of the elastic band or a plurality of elastic bands is dimensioned so that the vacuum cleaner bag can expand so far when the blower of a vacuum cleaner by the suction that the vacuum cleaner bag almost completely fills the dust collection chamber of the vacuum cleaner.
- the EP 2 366 319 A1 describes a compressed state folded vacuum cleaner filter bag with multiple folds and a holding plate with an inflow opening.
- the folds are provided at their edges by means of a fixing device in the form of a plurality of strips of material located on the surface of the vacuum cleaner filter bag.
- the strips of material are connected to each other by means of a plurality of connection points by gluing and thus keep the vacuum cleaner filter bag in a compressed mounting state.
- the connection points are in the form of predetermined breaking points designed so that the connection dissolves during operation of the vacuum cleaner by the flow behavior of the air flowing into the vacuum cleaner filter bag
- the object of the present invention is to provide an improved dust filter bag.

It is essential that the dust filter bag device has a fixing device, via which the dust filter bag is fixable in a compressed mounting state, wherein the fixing effect of the fixing device can be canceled on the mounting state.
- the mounting state is that the dust filter bag is in a compressed state in which it has a smaller width and / or height and / or depth than in the uncompressed state and is thus easy to insert into the vacuum cleaner.
- the compressed mounting state can be achieved by the dust filter bag is changed by suitable folding such as folding or rolling the bag body in its spatial extent, so that originally reduced for inserting the dust filter bag into the vacuum cleaner critical external dimensions are.
- the compressed mounting state of the dust filter bag is formed such that the bag body is held in a folded or rolled state by means of the fixing device on the holding plate such that the bag body in the folded or rolled state exclusively and completely on the Side of the holding plate is arranged, which faces the bag body and / or is connected to the bag body.
- the fixing device is used to maintain the mounting state against the tendency of the bag body, following the restoring forces excited by the compression to return to the initial or rest state. It can be provided that the fixing effect of the fixing device can be canceled by removing the fixing device from its position which unfolds the fixing action, preferably automatically and / or automatically and / or positively guided with the removal of the fixing device.
- the removal of the fixing device can take place in different ways, for example by moving away the fixing device, but also by destroying or severing the fixing device and in many other ways. If, after or during the insertion of the dust filter bag into the vacuum cleaner, the fixing device is removed from its position unfolding the fixing action, the dust filter bag can unfold or unroll unhindered following its inherent restoring forces.
- the removal of the fixation device from its deploying position can be done manually by the user before or during the insertion and / or installation of the dust filter bag into the vacuum cleaner or is thus feasible and / or preferably self-sustained; e.g. automatically performed.
- the fixing device can be changed, for example, by moving, twisting or other suitable position changes relative to its original seat, so that the fixing effect is canceled. Even a complete distance from the dust filter bag can be provided.
- the previously described change in position or complete removal is carried out, for example, by a component arranged in the filter chamber of the vacuum cleaner when the dust filter bag is inserted, or alternatively when the filter chamber cover is closed.
- the removal of the fixing device during insertion or installation of the dust filter bag in the vacuum cleaner or during startup of the vacuum cleaner by a device of the vacuum cleaner is feasible and / or preferably carried out automatically.
