Claims (17)

  1. Diffuser for a hair dryer comprising a base (1) having a rear opening (2) intended to receive the input of an air flow and a front side intended to diffuse an outflow of air, the diffuser comprising fingers (6) that extend forwards from the front side of the base (1), so as to come into contact with hair to be dried, characterised in that the diffuser is in one piece and in that it comprises a central portion (14, 15) which extends forwards from the base (1) and which has a cross-section that decreases or remains constant as it extends forwards from the base, the central portion (14, 15) comprising openings through which part of the air flow can pass to the centre of the diffuser.
  2. Diffuser according to the previous claim wherein the central portion (14, 15) has a substantially convex geometric shape, the convexity of which is oriented forwards.
  3. Diffuser according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the base (1) comprises a substantially cylindrical opening (2) at the level of the central area thereof at which a fastening means (4) is arranged in order to engage with a hair dryer.

Diffuser according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the central portion (14, 15) is included in a portion of a cone, the apex of which is positioned towards the front of the diffuser and the axis of which is the central axis of the substantially cylindrical opening (2) at the level of the central area of the base (1) thereof.

  9. Diffuser according to the previous claim, characterised in that it comprises at least one finger (6) having at least two openings (8) through which an air flow can pass.
  10. Diffuser according to either claim 7 or claim 8, characterised in that it comprises a plurality of fingers (6) distributed over a first circle.
  11. Diffuser according to the previous claim, characterised in that it comprises a plurality of fingers (6) distributed over a second circle that is concentric to the first circle.
  12. Diffuser according to the previous claim, characterised in that the fingers (6) of the two circles are positioned in a staggered manner.
  13. Diffuser according to one of claims 9 to 12, characterised in that the inner volume of the fingers (6) is empty and forms hollow portions (5) of the rear surface of the base (1).
  14. Diffuser according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the base (1) has a concave shape, the concavity of which is oriented forwards.
  15. Diffuser according to the previous claim, characterised in that the base (1) has a shape that is substantially conical or parabolic.
  16. Hair dryer characterised in that it comprises at least one diffuser according to one of the previous claims.
