Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Sanitärarmatur mit einem Gehäuse, das wenigstens einen ersten Eintritt für Kaltwasser und einen zweiten Eintritt für Warmwasser sowie eine Mischeinrichtung zur wahlweisen Mischung von Warm- und Kaltwasser aufweist.
Die Mischeinrichtung ist dabei an einer Eingangsseite durch erste und zweite Leitungsmittel mit einem ersten und zweiten Eintritt und an einer Ausgangsseite durch ein drittes Leitungsmittel für Mischwasser mit einem Zwischenaustritt verbunden. Derartige Sanitärarmaturen kommen beispielsweise an Waschtischen oder in Küchen zum Einsatz. Besonders bekannte Ausführungsformen bilden dabei die so genannten Einhebelmischer.
Bei derartigen Sanitärarmaturen kommen im zunehmenden Maße Ausführungsformen zum Einsatz, die elektrische Verbraucher umfassen. Hierbei gilt es, die Energieversorgung der elektrischen Verbraucher möglichst dauerhaft sicherzustellen.
Es sind bereits Sanitärarmaturen bekannt, welche Generatoren oder Energiespeicher zur Erzeugung elektrischer Energie aufweisen. Beispielsweise ist eine solche Sanitärarmatur aus der DE 41 24 154 A1 bekannt. Bei der darin beschriebenen Sanitärarmatur wird Wasser aus einer Kaltwasser- und einer Warmwasserleitung durch einen Mischer geleitet, an dem anschließend eine Turbine vorgesehen ist. Die Turbine erzeugt beim Durchströmen von Wasser über einen angeschlossenen Generator elektrische Energie. Der Generator seinerseits ist mit einem Energiespeicher zur Zwischenspeicherung der erzeugten elektrischen Energie verbunden. Eine andere Sanitärarmatur mit eingebauter Energieerzeugungseinrichtung ist aus dem Dokument DE9290093U1 bekannt. Nachteilig bei den bekannten Lösungen ist die Tatsache, dass der benötigte Bauraum für Generator, Turbine und Energiespeicher in der Sanitärarmatur vorzusehen ist. Dies geht gleichzeitig mit erheblichen Einschränkungen im Hinblick auf die Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten des Designs der Sanitärarmatur einher.

Das erste Leitungsmittel 5 tritt an einem ersten Eintritt 24 und das zweite Leitungsmittel 7 an einem zweiten Eintritt 25 in das Gehäuse 2 ein. Vorliegend sind die Leitungsmittel, welche den Wasserstrom durch die Energieerzeugungsvorrichtung 3 leiten mit einer unterbrochenen Strichlinie dargestellt. Die Mischeinrichtung 4 weist eine Eingangsseite 9 und eine Ausgangsseite 10 auf. Von der Ausgangsseite 10 der Mischeinrichtung 4 führt ein drittes Leitungsmittel 11 hin zur Energieerzeugungsvorrichtung 3, die außerhalb des Gehäuses 2 liegt. An einem Zwischenaustritt 12 wird das dritte Leitungsmittel aus dem Gehäuse 2 herausgeführt. Dementsprechend gibt es an einer anderen Stelle des Gehäuses 2 einen Zwischeneintritt 13, an dem das dritte Leitungsmittel 11 wieder zurück in das Gehäuse 2 und anschließend weiter zu einem Mischwasseraustritt 14 geführt wird. Nachdem die über das erste Leitungsmittel 5 und das zweite Leitungsmittel 7 in das Gehäuse 2 eingeleiteten Volumenströme von Kalt- und Warmwasser im Mischer zusammengeführt worden sind, fließt der vereinigte und damit im Volumen maximierte Mischwasserstrom hin zu einer Turbine 15, die mit einem Generator gekoppelt ist. Nach dem Austritt aus der Turbine strömt der Mischwasserstrom weiter durch ein Magnetventil 16 und verlässt danach die Energieerzeugungsvorrichtung 3 und deren Gehäusekörper 17, um anschließend über den Zwischeneintritt 13 wieder in das Gehäuse 2 zurückgeleitet zu werden. Das Magnetventil 16 kann dabei wahlweise vor oder hinter der Energieerzeugungsvorrichtung 3 angeordnet sein. Sowohl innerhalb des Gehäuses 2 als auch innerhalb der Energieerzeugungsvorrichtung 3 sind weiterhin noch elektronische Bauteile, wie ein Infrarotsensor 18, das Magnetventil 16, eine Speicherelektronik 19 und eine Batterie 20 vorgesehen. Die elektrischen Verbindungen sind schematisch anhand der durchgehenden Linien aufgezeigt. Tritt ein Objekt in den Erfassungsbereich des Infrarotsensors 18, so veranlasst dieser die Durchleitung des Mischwasserstroms durch das Magnetventil 16, indem dieses geöffnet wird. Anstelle des beschriebenen Infrarotsensors 18 kann aber auch jede andere geeignete Art von Sensoren zur eingesetzt werden. Die nötige Steuerelektronik und Bereitstellung der benötigten Energie erfolgt über die Speicherelektronik 19, die als Energiespeicher mit der Batterie 20 verbunden ist. Bei der besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsvariante gemäß dieser Figur ist eine Bypassleitung 21 vorgesehen, die vorliegend durch eine strichpunktierte Linie angedeutet ist. Diese Bypassleitung 21 führt unmittelbar vom Zwischenaustritt 12 zum Mischwasseraustritt 14. Der Zwischenaustritt 12 ist dabei mit einer Umschaltfunktion versehen, die eine Durchleitung des Mischwasserstroms vom Mischer 4 zur Turbine 15 vorsieht, sofern am Zwischenaustritt 12 ein drittes Leitungsmittel 11 angeschlossen ist. Ist diese Verbindung nicht vorhanden, wird der Mischwasserstrom über die Bypassleitung unmittelbar zum Mischwasseraustritt 14 geleitet. Eine solche Umstellfunktion kann beispielsweise durch entsprechende Kupplungsstecker realisiert sein. In diesem Fall kann die gesamte Energieerzeugungsvorrichtung 3 wahlweise über den als Schnittstelle ausgebildeten Zwischenaustritt 12 und den Zwischeneintritt 13 an beziehungsweise abgekuppelt werden. Die erfindungsgemäße Sanitärarmatur 1 ist somit wahlweise im konventionellen manuellen Mischbetrieb ohne Energieerzeugung oder mit angekuppelter Energieerzeugungsvorrichtung mit Energieerzeugung zu betreiben.In FIG. 1 a sanitary fitting 1 according to the invention is shown in a schematic representation. Accordingly, there is at another point of the housing 2 an intermediate inlet 13, at which the third conduit means 11 is guided back into the housing 2 and then on to a mixed water outlet 14. After the volume flows of cold water introduced via the first conduit means 5 and the second conduit means 7 into the housing 2 and hot water have been brought together in the mixer, the combined and thus maximized in volume mixed water flow flows to a turbine 15, which is coupled to a generator. After exiting the turbine, the mixed water stream continues to flow through a solenoid valve 16 and then leaves the power generating device 3 and the housing body 17, to be then returned to the housing 2 via the intermediate inlet 13 again. The solenoid valve 16 may be arranged either before or behind the power generating device 3. Both within the housing 2 and within the power generating device 3 are still electronic components such as an infrared sensor 18, the solenoid valve 16, a memory electronics 19 and a battery 20 are provided. The electrical connections are shown schematically by the solid lines. If an object enters the detection range of the infrared sensor 18, this causes the passage of the mixed water flow through the solenoid valve 16 by this is opened. Instead of the described infrared sensor 18 but also any other suitable type of sensors can be used. The necessary control electronics and provision of the required energy via the storage electronics 19, which is connected as an energy store to the battery 20. Das Gehäuse 2 ist mit einer Unterseite 23 auf einer Ebene 22 montiert und weist einen Mischwasseraustritt 14 auf, an dem gemischtes Wasser austritt. Zur Erfassung eines Schaltvorganges ist am Gehäuse 2 ein Infrarotsensor 18 vorgesehen. An der Unterseite des Gehäuses befinden sich ein Zwischenaustritt 12 und ein Zwischeneintritt 13, die durch dritte Leitungsmittel 11 unter Reihenschaltung der Energieerzeugungsvorrichtung 3 mit dem Gehäusekörper 17 verbunden sind. Ferner sind in der Bildebene davorliegend der erste und zweite Eintritt 24, 25 der ersten und zweiten Leitungsmittel 5, 7 in das Gehäuse 2 gut erkennbar dargestellt. Das gemischte Wasser tritt zwischendurch über den Zwischenaustritt 12 aus dem Gehäuse 2 aus, durchfließt nach unten hin das dritte Leitungsmittel 11 und wird nach dem Durchströmen und Antreiben der Turbine 15 in der Energieerzeugungsvorrichtung 3 wieder zurückgeleitet zum Zwischeneintritt 13, um von dort zum Mischwasseraustritt 14 weiter zu fließen.In FIG. 2 another concrete embodiment of a sanitary fitting 1 according to the invention is shown in a front view. Claims (9)

  1. Sanitary fitting (1) having a housing which has at least a first inlet for cold water and a second inlet for hot water as well as a mixing device (4) for selective mixing of hot and cold water, which mixing device is, on an entry side (9), connected by first and second conduit means (5, 7) to the first and second inlets (24, 25) and, on an exit side (10), connected by a third conduit means (11) for mixed water to a mixed water outlet (14) for mixed water, characterised in that the third conduit means (11) arranged between the mixing device (4) and the mixed water outlet (14) is provided with at least one intermediate outlet (12) and one intermediate inlet (13) on the housing (2) of the sanitary fitting (1), the mixed water being conducted between the intermediate outlet (12) and the intermediate inlet (13) for the purpose of generating energy by means of an energy generation device (3).
  2. Sanitary fitting (1) according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the energy generation device (3) is a turbine (15a) having an associated generator (15b) for generation of an electric current.
  3. Sanitary fitting (1) according to either one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the intermediate outlet (12) and the intermediate inlet (13) are arranged on a housing outer side of the housing (2) of the sanitary fitting (1).
  4. Sanitary fitting (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the intermediate outlet (12) and the intermediate inlet (13) are arranged preferably on an underside (23) of the housing (2) of the sanitary fitting (1).
  5. Sanitary fitting (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the energy generation device (3) comprises a rotary drive (15a) for the generator (15b).
  6. Sanitary fitting (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the energy generation device (3) is connected to an electrical energy storage means (20) for storing the energy generated.
  7. Sanitary fitting (1) according to any one of claims 2 to 6, characterised in that at least the turbine (15a) is arranged outside the housing (2).
  8. Sanitary fitting (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that additionally at least the energy storage means (20), the generator (15b) or an electrical control means (19) is arranged outside the housing (2).
  9. Sanitary fitting (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least the intermediate outlet (12) or the intermediate inlet (13) perform a bypass function and, in the event of third conduit means (11) not being connected, conducts the mixed water directly to the mixed water outlet (14) via a bypass line (21).
