Claims (6)

  1. Vorrichtung für eine Flüssigkeitszufuhr, insbesondere Wasser, auf ein sich bewegendes Substrat, welche eine Reihe von Rotoren enthält, die auf einem Tragbalken (26) befestigt sind, besagte Rotoren enthalten sich drehende Scheiben (7, 8), welche die Flüssigkeit auf besagtes Substrat sprühen Dank in einer zwischen besagten Scheiben und dem Substrat angeordneten Platte (21) vorgesehenen Löcher und Flüssigkeitszufuhreinrichtungen (25, 27) für die Rotoren enthalten, und ein Gehäuse (20) in dem der Tragbalken und die Rotoren angeordnet sind, wobei jeder Rotor eine vertikale Achse (17) enthält, auf welche zwei flexible und flache sich gegenläufig drehende Scheiben (7, 8) befestigt sind, wobei die Rotoren auf dem Tragbalken in einer Reihe von identischen Gruppen von drei Rotoren (17, 17' und 17") befestigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Gruppe aus einem ersten Rotor besteht, der zwei sich gegenläufig drehende Scheiben enthält, eine Obere (8) und eine Untere (7), gefolgt von einem zweiten Rotor, welcher auch zwei sich gegenläufig drehende Scheiben enthält, eine Obere (8') und eine Untere (7'), gefolgt von einem dritten Rotor, welcher auch zwei sich gegenläufig drehende Scheiben enthält, eine Obere (8") und eine Untere (7"), so angereiht, dass die beiden Scheiben sich zwischen den Scheiben (7', 8') des zweiten Rotors drehen. Die Reihenfolge ist so festgelegt, dass immer zwei angrenzende Scheiben sich gegenläufig drehen und sich teilweise überlappen.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäss des Anspruches 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versorgungmittel der Rotoren aus den Behältern (34) bestehen, wovon jeder ein Anschlussstück in Form einer Röhre enthält, welche eine bestimmte Höhe beträgt, welche den hydrostatischen Druck der Flüssigkeit auf jeder Scheibe festlegt.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß eines der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass sie Hilfsmittel (35) beträgt um den Flüssigkeitsdurchfluss auf die Scheiben zu steuern.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß des Anspruches 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hilfsmittel um den Flüssigkeitsdurchfluss auf die Scheiben zu steuern vorgesehen sind, um den Durchfluss auf jede Scheibe gleichzeitig zu steuern, und eine mobile Platte (35) enthalten, welche die auf die Scheiben flüssigkeitszuführende Röhren (25, 27) in bestimmter Weise versperrt.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß des Anspruches 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hilfsmittel um den Flüssigkeitsdurchfluss auf die Scheiben zu steuern vorgesehen sind, um den Durchfluss auf jeder Scheibe unabhängig von jeder anderen zu steuern.
  6. Verfahren zur Umsetzung einer Vorrichtung gemäß vorangehenden Ansprüchen für eine Flüssigkeitszufuhr auf ein sich bewegendes Substrat, bestehend aus einer Reihe von Rotoren, welche auf einem Tragbalken befestigt sind, welcher sich in Querrichtung zur Bewegungsbahn des Substrates erstreckt, und darauf zielt, die Rotoren so zu drehen, dass eine Flüssigkeit in Form einer Zerstäubung auf besagtes sich bewegendes Substrat gesprüht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flüssigkeit von den flachen Scheiben aus versprüht wird, welche eine über der anderen auf jedem Rotor angereiht sind, und sich gegenläufig drehen. Wobei die Rotoren so angereiht sind, dass die Scheiben zweier angrenzender Rotoren sich auf verschiedenen Höhen befinden und sich ohne Kontaktpunkte überlappen, so dass die Flüssigkeitsmenge auf dem Substrat erhöht wird.
