Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de chargement automatique d'une centrifugeuse à gobelets pivotants comprenant des contenants d'échantillons. La centrifugeuse à gobelets pivotants est mise au point pour loger un support de centrifugeuse comprenant une pluralité de poches de logement disposées dans un modèle de poche de logement prédéfini. Ledit procédé consiste à : fournir une pluralité de contenants d'échantillons remplis d'échantillons respectifs ; charger les contenants d'échantillons (100) respectifs dans un dispositif de stockage ; déterminer un poids individuel pour chaque contenant d'échantillons chargé dans le dispositif de stockage ; déterminer un modèle d'agencement de contenants d'échantillons choisis dans le ou les supports de centrifugeuse sur la base des poids individuels des contenants d'échantillons et du modèle de poche de logement, de sorte que lors de la centrifugation, les masses déplacées des contenants d'échantillons, remplis d'échantillons, du ou des supports de centrifugeuse soient équilibrées ; charger les contenants d'échantillons choisis pour le modèle d'agencement à partir du dispositif de stockage dans les poches de logement du ou des supports de centrifugeuse ; et charger le support de centrifugeuse dans la centrifugeuse. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le support de centrifugeuse est inséré dans un gobelet pivotant, le motif d'agencement pour les contenants d'échantillons étant déterminé de telle manière que le centre de gravité des masses déplacées, pendant la centrifugation, lorsque les contenants de la centrifugeuse sont amenés à pivoter vers l'extérieur, se situe sur l'axe de la centrifugeuse.
