Claims (17)

  1. Appareil de réduction des vibrations soniques dans un liquide lorsqu'on entraîne vers le bas un organe de fondation (10) sous la surface du liquide de sorte qu'une extrémité soit ancrée dans le fond (9) du liquide, caractérisé en ce que,
    - une structure de tube (3) est adaptée pour abaisser une section de la structure de tube (3) sous la surface du liquide (9) et adéquate pour positionner longitudinalement l'organe de fondation (10) à l'intérieur de la structure de tube (3),
    - des moyens d'étanchéification (7) sont en contact avec la structure de tube (3) et adaptés pour créer un volume contenu par contact entre la section de la structure de tube (3) sous la surface et l'organe de fondation (10) lorsque l'organe de fondation est positionné longitudinalement à l'intérieur de la structure de tube (3) pour entraîner vers le bas l'organe de fondation (10), et
    - des moyens de pompage (15) sont adaptés pour enlever le liquide du volume contenu (12) lorsque l'organe de fondation (10) est positionné longitudinalement à l'intérieur de la structure de tube (3) et que le volume contenu (12) a été créé.
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'appareil comprend en outre une structure de support comprenant une pluralité de pieds pivotants raccordés à la structure de tube, dans lequel la pluralité de pieds est adaptée pour supporter la structure de tube en positionnant la pluralité de pieds sur le fond du liquide.
  3. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'appareil comprend en outre une structure de support adaptée pour tenir la structure de tube dans une position sensiblement verticale.
  4. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les moyens d'étanchéification sont fixés à la structure de tube.
  5. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les moyens d'étanchéification comprennent une section dilatable adaptée pour être dilatée lorsque l'organe de fondation est positionné longitudinalement à l'intérieur de la structure de tube, arrimant de ce fait un joint étanche.
  6. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la structure de tube comprend des sections télescopiques adaptées pour allonger ou contracter la structure de tube.
  7. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le volume contenu est ouvert à l'atmosphère.
  8. Système comprenant une pluralité d'appareils selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la pluralité d'appareils sont reliés par au moins une pièce de distance afin de garantir une position prédéterminée d'organes de fondation positionnés dans les structures de tube les uns par rapport aux autres.
  9. Procédé permettant de réduire des vibrations soniques dans un liquide lorsqu'on entraîne vers le bas un organe de fondation (10) sous la surface du liquide de sorte qu'une extrémité soit ancrée dans le fond (9) du liquide, comprenant les étapes de
    - abaissement d'une section d'une structure de tube (3) sous la surface du liquide,
    - insertion d'un organe de fondation (10) dans la structure de tube (3),
    - création d'un volume contenu (12) entre l'organe de fondation (10) et la structure de tube (3) avec des moyens d'étanchéification (7) en contact d'étanchéification avec l'organe de fondation (10) et la structure de tube (3),
    - élimination du liquide du volume contenu (12), entraînant séquentiellement vers le bas l'organe de fondation (10) dans le fond du liquide (9) avec des vibrations soniques réduites.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 8, comprenant en outre l'étape d'ajustement de l'inclinaison de la structure de tube.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel l'ajustement de l'inclinaison de la structure de tube est réalisé en utilisant une structure de support, comprenant de préférence une pluralité de pieds avec une extrémité supportant la structure de tube et l'autre reposant sur le fond du liquide.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, dans lequel, après que l'organe de fondation a été entraîné vers le bas dans le fond, l'étape suivante est réalisée :
    élévation de la structure de tube au-dessus de l'organe de fondation et ainsi enlèvement de la structure de tube de l'organe de fondation.
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, dans lequel la structure de tube est abaissée vers le fond du liquide.
  14. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 12, dans lequel la structure de tube comprend des organes télescopiques pour l'allongement et la rétraction de la structure de tube.
  15. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 13, dans lequel l'abaissement d'une section d'une structure de tube sous la surface du liquide est réalisé à partir d'un vaisseau adapté pour flotter sur le liquide.
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 14, dans lequel le vaisseau comprend au moins un poteau qui est abaissé dans le fond du liquide afin de supporter le vaisseau, de préférence le vaisseau est élevé au-dessus de la surface du liquide pendant qu'il repose sur le au moins un poteau.
  17. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 15, dans lequel une pluralité de structures de tube, reliées ensemble par des pièces de distance, sont utilisées lors de l'entraînement vers le bas d'organes de fondation selon un motif prédéfini.
