Claims (17)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Reduzierung von Schallschwingungen, wenn ein Fundamentelement (10) unter die Oberfläche der Flüssigkeit getrieben wird, sodass ein Ende in dem Grund (9) der Flüssigkeit verankert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - eine Rohrstruktur (3) zum Absenken eines Abschnitts der Rohrstruktur (3) unter die Oberfläche der Flüssigkeit (9) angepasst, und zum Positionieren des Fundamentelements (10) in Längsrichtung innerhalb der Rohrstruktur (3) geeignet ist,
    - Abdichtungseinrichtungen (7) mit der Rohrstruktur (3) in Kontakt stehen und angepasst sind, um ein enthaltenes Volumen durch Kontakt zwischen dem Abschnitt der Rohrstruktur (3) unter der Oberfläche und dem Fundamentelement (10) zu erzeugen, wenn das Fundamentelement in Längsrichtung innerhalb der Rohrstruktur (3) positioniert ist, um das Fundamentelement (10) nach unten zu treiben, und
    - Pumpeinrichtungen (15), die angepasst sind, um Flüssigkeit aus dem enthaltenen Volumen (12) zu entfernen, wenn das Fundamentelement (10) in Längsrichtung innerhalb der Rohrstruktur (3) positioniert ist, und das enthaltene Volumen (12) erzeugt wurde.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Vorrichtung weiterhin eine Trägerstruktur umfasst, die eine Mehrzahl von mit der Rohrstruktur verbundenen schwenkbaren Beinen umfasst, wobei die Mehrzahl von Beinen angepasst ist, um die Rohrstruktur durch Positionieren der Mehrzahl von Beinen auf dem Grund der Flüssigkeit zu tragen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei die Vorrichtung weiterhin eine Trägerstruktur umfasst, die angepasst ist, um die Rohrstruktur in einer im Wesentlichen vertikalen Position zu halten.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei die Abdichtungseinrichtungen an der Rohrstruktur befestigt sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei die Abdichtungseinrichtung einen erweiterbaren Abschnitt umfasst, der angepasst ist, um erweitert zu werden, wenn das Fundamentelement in Längsrichtung innerhalb der Rohrstruktur positioniert wird, wodurch eine dichte Abdichtung sichergestellt wird.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei die Rohrstruktur teleskopische Abschnitte umfasst, die angepasst sind, um die Rohrstruktur zu verlängern oder zu verkürzen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei das enthaltene Volumen zu der Atmosphäre hin offen ist.
  8. System, umfassend eine Mehrzahl von Vorrichtungen nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei die Mehrzahl von Vorrichtungen durch mindestens einen Abstandshalter verbunden ist, um eine zuvor bestimmte Position der in den Rohrstrukturen positionierten Fundamentelemente im Verhältnis zueinander sicherzustellen.
  9. Vorrichtung zur Reduzierung von Schallschwingungen in einer Flüssigkeit, wenn ein Fundamentelement (10) unter die Oberfläche der Flüssigkeit getrieben wird, sodass ein Ende in dem Grund (9) der Flüssigkeit verankert ist, umfassend die Schritte des
    - Absenkens eines Abschnitts einer Rohrstruktur (3) unter die Oberfläche der Flüssigkeit,
    - Einsetzens eines Fundamentelements (10) in die Rohrstruktur (3),
    - Erzeugens eines enthaltenen Volumens (12) zwischen dem Fundamentelement (10) und der Rohrstruktur (3), wobei Abdichtungseinrichtungen (7) in Abdichtungskontakt mit dem Fundamentelement (10) und der Rohrstruktur (3) stehen,
    - Entfernens von Flüssigkeit aus dem enthaltenen Volumen (12), des aufeinanderfolgenden Treibens des Fundamentelements (10) in den Grund der Flüssigkeit (9) mit reduzierten Schallschwingungen.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, weiterhin umfassend den Schritt des Einstellens der Neigung der Rohrstruktur.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Einstellen der Neigung der Rohrstruktur durch Verwendung einer Trägerstruktur durchgeführt wird, die vorzugsweise eine Mehrzahl von Beinen umfasst, wobei ein Ende die Rohrstruktur trägt, und das andere auf dem Grund der Flüssigkeit ruht.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, wobei, nachdem das Fundamentelement nach unten in den Grund getrieben wurde, der folgende Schritt ausgeführt wird:
    Anheben der Rohrstruktur über das Fundamentelement und dadurch Entfernen der Rohrstruktur von dem Fundamentelement.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, wobei die Rohrstruktur auf den Grund der Flüssigkeit abgesenkt wird.
  14. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, wobei die Rohrstruktur teleskopische Elemente zum Verlängern und Verkürzen der Rohrstruktur umfasst.
  15. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, wobei das Absenken eines Abschnitts einer Rohrstruktur unter die Oberfläche der Flüssigkeit von einem Fahrzeug ausgeführt wird, welches geeignet ist, auf der Flüssigkeit zu schwimmen.
  16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, wobei das Fahrzeug mindestens einen Pfahl umfasst, der auf den Grund der Flüssigkeit abgesenkt wird, um das Fahrzeug zu tragen, wobei das Fahrzeug vorzugsweise über die Oberfläche der Flüssigkeit angehoben wird, während es auf dem mindestens einen Pfahl steht.
  17. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 15, wobei eine Mehrzahl von Rohrstrukturen, die durch Abstandsstücke miteinander verbunden sind, verwendet wird, wenn ein Fundamentelement in einem zuvor festgelegten Muster nach unten getrieben wird.
