Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Oberflächenbehandlung eines Geldscheines (1), der auf mindestens einer seiner entgegengesetzten Seiten (20, 21) mindestens einen Druck umfasst, der aus mindestens einem Motiv (3) besteht, wobei diese Seite (20, 21) und ihr zugehöriger Druck (3) durch einen durchsichtigen Schutzüberzug (R) bedeckt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anbringen eines Überzugs, der einen Lack und eine organische chemische Verbindung enthält, die Fluoratome in der Form von mindestens einer Perfluorpolyether-Gruppe (PFPE) einschließt, durch Drucken auf der Seite (20, 21) vorgenommen wird und seine Trocknung vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überzug (R) auf der Seite unter der Form von zwei getrennten Schichten gedruckt wird, das heißt zuerst einer ersten Lackschicht (4) und dann einer zweiten (5), die die organische chemische Verbindung enthält, die Fluoratome in der Form von mindestens einer Perfluorpolyether-Gruppe (PFPE) in einer Wasserbasis oder in einer Lösungsmittelbasis einschließt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trocknung des Lacks unter einer ultravioletten Strahlung vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei die organische chemische Verbindung, die Fluoratome in der Form von mindestens einer Perfluorpolyether-Gruppe (PFPE) einschließt, in einer Lösungsmittelbasis ist, die mit der Matrix des Lacks, mit dem sie gemischt wird, in einer funktionalisierten Form verträglich ist, das heißt, in der Lage ist, mit dieser letzteren durch Bilden von chemischen Verbindungen zu interagieren, um ihre Verankerung/ihr Anhaften zu verstärken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trocknung der zweiten Schicht (5) durch ultraviolette Strahlung vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei die chemische Verbindung in einer Wasserbasis ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trocknung ohne chemische Abwandlung oder Veränderung der organischen chemischen Verbindung durch Trocknung unter Heißluft vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überzug (R) auf der Seite unter der Form einer Mischung des Lacks, der unter ultravioletter Strahlung polymerisierbar ist, und der organischen chemischen Verbindung gedruckt wird, die Fluoratome in der Form von mindestens einer Perfluorpolyether-Gruppe (PFPE) einschließt, in einer Lösungsmittelbasis ist, die mit der Matrix des Lacks, mit dem sie gemischt wird, in einer funktionalisierten Form verträglich ist, das heißt, in der Lage ist, mit dieser letzteren durch Bilden von chemischen Verbindungen zu interagieren, um ihre Verankerung/ihr Anhaften zu verstärken.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trocknung der Mischung unter ultravioletter Strahlung vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überzug (R) mindestens ein bakterizides und/oder fungizides und/oder antivirales Mittel einschließt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 und 8 in Kombination, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel in der zweiten Schicht (5) enthalten ist.
