Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein externes Rack einer Flexodruckmaschine (15) zum Ermitteln von Druckprozessdaten. Um die Rüstzeiten einer Flexodruckmaschine (15) beim Wechsel eines Druckauftrags zu reduzieren, ist vorgesehen, dass das Rack eine Einfärbevorrichtung (6), eine Rasterwalze (7) und einen Formatzylinder (8) umfasst, wobei die Einfärbevorrichtung (6) mit einer speziellen Testfarbe (29) zum Übertragen auf die Oberfläche der Rasterwalze (7) beaufschlagt ist, wobei der Formatzylinder (8) dazu geeignet ist, in einem Berührungsbereich (10) Testfarbe (29) von der Rasterwalze zu empfangen, wobei eine Sensorvorrichtung (17, 19) vorgesehen ist, mittels der in Abhängigkeit von dem Arbeitsabstand zwischen Rasterwalze (7) und Formatzylinder (8) Druckprozessdaten über die Veränderung des Farbfilms innerhalb einer Zone auf der Rasterwalze (7) aufzeichenbar sind, die in der Farbtransportrichtung dem Berührungsbereich (10) nachgelagert und der Einfärbevorrichtung (6) vorgelagert ist, und wobei eine Kommunikationsvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die die Druckprozessdaten von der Sensorvorrichtung (17, 19) an die Flexodruckmaschine (15) weitergibt.
