Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for stacking packages of bags made of plastic film, the device having at least one traction means, preferably one or two toothed belts. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for stacking packages of bags made of plastic film for a device, the device having at least one traction means, preferably one or two toothed belts.
  • the device consists of a stacking section of endless, intermittently driven traction means running over deflection wheels or rollers, which are provided with stacking stacking pins arranged in pairs and fastened to support plates, the spacing of which can be changed from one another.
  • the traction means consist of two parallel bands or belts, of which alternately one band or belt is connected to a support plate of each pair of stacking pins.
  • the belts or straps can be adjusted and locked in their relative position with respect to one another or lagging behind.
  • the belts consist of toothed belts.
  • a disadvantage of the collecting systems with stacking pins known from the prior art is that the bags have at least one hanging hole, positioning hole or the like after stacking.
  • the US 4,451,249 A relates to an apparatus and a method for producing thermoplastic bags. Sections are produced in the method, each of which defines two bags that the sections are successively transferred to a stacking device of an intermittently switchable conveyor which has a number of such stacking devices which are arranged at a distance from one another along its longitudinal direction and which break into the sections of the stacker intervene at least at one point, thereby obtaining the sections as an accurate stack, and severing the sections of the stack after advancing from where the sections were received on a given stacker.
  • a disadvantage of depositing the bags on conveyor belts is that it is not possible to produce stacked packages that have a straight edge. Furthermore, it is not possible to automatically pack the stack packages that are not straight, for example by means of a robot and associated gripper arm.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to create a possibility by means of which the disadvantages described above are reduced or avoided.
  • the device has at least one cassette holder, on which bags can be placed flat on top of one another and which can be fastened to the traction means, and in that the cassette holder has at least one means for clamping the placed bags.
  • a cassette rack is a collection system for bags on which bags can be placed flat on top of one another.
  • the width of the means for clamping is smaller than the width of the bag. This allows the bags to be clamped in the clamping means.
  • the width of the means for clamping refers to its inner width, that is, the inner distance of the means for clamping. In this inner distance the respective bag is placed with its width in relation to the two side edges of the bag in order to be clamped in during and after insertion by means of the clamping device according to the invention.
  • the means for clamping consists of two cassette sheets.
  • the device for stacking packs of bags made of plastic film is part of a bag making machine. It is also possible for the bag manufacturing machine to have at least one additional toothed belt in addition to the at least one toothed belt of the device for stacking bags.

It is therefore possible to adapt the cassette tray to the bag width to be stacked. Bags with a width of 660 mm can be stacked in a cassette rack of approximately 660 mm. According to the invention, the bag width is larger than the width of the means for clamping the cassette tray.
  • the width of the means for clamping can be varied by displacing the two cassette sheets relative to one another on the unit, preferably by displacing the two cassette sheets relative to one another in the T-slot.
  • the width of the means for clamping can be changed according to the previous explanations by assembling several units to form an overall unit.
  • the device has two toothed belts.
  • Particularly preferred configurations of the device with two toothed belts are described below, since the arrangement of the means for clamping and additionally the arrangement of the stacking pins can be changed together over time by means of two toothed belts. It is possible that Attach the stacking pin to the same toothed belt that the cassette plate uses. It is also possible to attach the stacking pin to a T-slot plate, which is attached to the same toothed belt that the cassette holder uses. Alternatively, it is possible for the stacking pin to be fastened to another toothed belt of the device to which the cassette holder is not fastened.
  • the position of the stacking pin in the device on the toothed belt or on the T-slot plate can be varied. This enables the stacking pin to be moved on the toothed belt or on the T-slot plate itself, which changes its position.
  • the device has a single toothed belt that moves the stacking pins.
  • the position of the stacking pin in the device can be varied by means of the two toothed belts which can be moved relative to one another.
  • the distance between the stacking pins, which are preferably arranged in pairs, is increased or decreased by changing the direction of the opposite direction of movement of the respective toothed belt.
