Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour coiffer les cheveux comprenant :
    un premier élément de corps allongé déformable flexible (12) ayant une longueur et ayant des première et seconde parties d'extrémité ;
    un second élément de corps allongé déformable flexible (14) ayant des première et seconde parties d'extrémité raccordées aux première et seconde parties d'extrémité du premier élément de corps, respectivement, le second élément de corps (14) ayant une longueur qui est inférieure à la longueur du premier élément de corps (12), de sorte qu'un espace (20) est formé entre le premier élément de corps (12) et le second élément de corps (14) à travers lequel les cheveux peuvent être insérés ; un mécanisme de fixation configuré pour fixer la première partie d'extrémité du premier élément de corps (12) à la seconde partie d'extrémité du premier élément de corps (12) dans une configuration arrondie dans laquelle les premier et second éléments de corps (12, 14) sont déformés en une forme arrondie avec le second élément de corps (14) positionné à l'intérieur d'une circonférence du premier élément de corps (12).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le mécanisme de fixation comprend une bride (22) fixée à la première partie d'extrémité du premier élément de corps (12) et un bouton (24) fixé à la seconde partie d'extrémité du premier élément de corps (12).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le mécanisme de fixation comprend un élément mâle fixé à la première partie d'extrémité du premier élément de corps (12) et un élément femelle fixé à la seconde partie d'extrémité du premier élément de corps (12), l'élément femelle étant configuré pour recevoir l'élément mâle.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le mécanisme de fixation comprend :
    une première pièce (402) ayant un premier disque (410), un montant (412) et un élément de retenue (414) ;
    une seconde pièce (404) ayant un second disque (416) et un tube (418), le montant (412) de la première pièce (402) pouvant être inséré dans le tube (418) de la seconde pièce (404) et étant retenu par l'élément de retenue (414) de la première pièce (402) dans lequel le premier disque (410) et le second disque (416) fournissent chacun une surface pour présenter un ornement esthétique.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les premier et second éléments de corps (12, 14) sont composés de matériau en mousse à alvéoles fermés ou d'un matériau élastomère thermoplastique.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel au moins l'un des premier et second éléments de corps (12, 14) est composé d'un matériau élastomère thermoplastique ayant des bossages sur au moins l'une de ses surfaces.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins l'un des premier et second éléments de corps (12, 14) comprend au moins une ouverture formée comme un fermoir pour recevoir un article décoratif.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre au moins une pierre précieuse fixée sur au moins l'un des premier et second éléments de corps (12, 14) par collage, couture, piquage et/ou traitement thermique.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre au moins une pierre précieuse formée de manière solidaire dans au moins l'un des premier et second éléments de corps (12, 14), dans lequel au moins l'un des premier et second éléments de corps (12, 14) est composé d'une matière plastique, et la au moins une pierre précieuse est moulée dans au moins l'un des premier et second éléments de corps (12, 14) pendant la formation d'au moins l'un des premier et second éléments de corps (12, 14).
