Claims (7)

  1. Structure de coffrage (10) pour l'exécution de pièces coulées horizontales pour la fourniture de dalles de plancher, du type comprenant une série d'étais (11) et de têtes porteuses de charge (12) devant être agencées sur lesdits étais (11) pour l'appui de panneaux (13, 14, 15, 16) conçus afin de former une surface pour un moulage de béton, chacune desdites têtes porteuses de charge (12) comprenant une plaque (17) sur laquelle une cage (17a) est soudée, ladite cage ayant une forme en plan carrée et étant obtenue à partir d'éléments profilés métalliques, des assises creuses (18, 19) étant prévues dans les régions de coin de ladite cage (17a), et constituant le support de coin des profils latéraux porteurs de charge (22, 23) du panneau (13), chaque région de coin (20) de ladite plaque (17) présentant des moyens (26) pour la mise en prise réversible d'un des panneaux (13, 14, 15, 16) sur un côté de celui-ci qui est choisi parmi deux côtés incidents (27, 28), caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de mise en prise réversibles (26) comprenant des moyens de sécurité anti-basculement (29) sont conçus pour supporter le panneau suspendu dans une configuration provisoirement inclinée pour montage et démontage.
  2. Structure de coffrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens (26) pour la mise en prise réversible d'une partie de coin (24, 25) d'un panneau (13, 14, 15, 16) comprennent, au niveau de chaque région de coin (20) de ladite plaque (17), deux languettes profilées (31, 32), qui sont agencées sur des plans d'agencement mutuellement perpendiculaires et s'étendent à la fois sensiblement à angles droits par rapport à ladite plaque (17), une première languette profilée (31) disponible pour la mise en prise et hors prise d'un côté (27) d'une partie de coin, par exemple (24), d'un panneau, par exemple (13), la seconde languette profilée (32) étant disponible pour la mise en prise et hors prise de l'autre côté (28), incident sur le premier côté (27), de la même partie de coin (24) du même panneau (13).
  3. Structure de coffrage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chacune desdites languettes profilées (31, 32) présente une partie anguleuse (33) adaptée pour recevoir par appui une partie de forme complémentaire (37) d'un profil périmétrique (34) de la bordure de cadre (35) du cadre (36) d'un panneau (13, 14, 15, 16), ledit appui étant prévu avec ledit panneau dans la configuration inclinée pour montage ou démontage.
  4. Structure de coffrage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de sécurité anti-basculement sont constitués, pour chacune desdites languettes profilées (31, 32) d'une dent (38) qui est étendue au niveau de la partie anguleuse (33) de sorte à définir, au-dessus d'elle dans la configuration d'utilisation, une contre-dépouille de butée (39) pour le rebord interne (40) d'un trou (41 ) qui est défini dans ledit profil latéral porteur de charge (22, 23) qui définit un côté (27, 28) d'un panneau.
  5. Structure de coffrage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque profil latéral porteur de charge (22, 23) possède une base (42) pour supporter le panneau dans la configuration d'utilisation, ladite base (42) étant conçue pour être agencée en butée contre une aile de centrage correspondante (43) qui fait saillie vers le haut par rapport à ladite plaque (17).
  6. Structure de coffrage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque tête porteuse de charge (12) est sensiblement carrée, avec des languettes profilées (31, 32), pour mise en prise, qui sont agencées de manière symétrique au niveau des régions de coin, et des ailettes de centrage (43) qui sont intercalées entre deux languettes profilées (31, 32) ayant le même agencement et étant équidistantes desdites languettes profilées (31, 32).
  7. Structure de coffrage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdites têtes porteuses de charge (12) sont du type à abaissement pour un retrait anticipé.
