Claims (7)

  1. Eine Schalungsstruktur (10) zur Ausführung von Horizontalgüssen zur Bereitstellung von Bodenplatten, von der Art, die eine Reihe von Stützen (11) und Lasten tragende Köpfe (12) umfasst, um sie auf den Stützen (11) zum Aufliegen von Platten (13, 14, 15, 16) anzubringen, die konstruiert sind, um eine Oberfläche für einen Betonguss zu bilden; wobei jeder der Lasten tragenden Köpfe (12) eine Platte (17)umfasst, auf der ein Käfig (17a) verschweißt ist, wobei der Käfig einen quadratischen Grundriss hat und aus metallischen Profilelementen hergestellt ist, wobei vertiefte Sitze (18, 19) in den Eckbereichen des Käfigs (17a) angebracht sind und die Eckstütze der tragenden Seitenprofile (22, 23) der Platte (13) bilden und jeder Eckbereich (20) der Platte (17) Mittel (26) für den reversiblen Eingriff einer der Platten (13, 14, 15, 16) auf einer Seite davon hat, die aus zwei zusammentreffenden Seiten (27, 28) gewählt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (26) für reversiblen Eingriff Anti-Kipp-Sicherheitsmittel (29) umfassen, die konstruiert sind, um die Platte zu tragen, die in einer vorübergehenden schrägen Anordnung zur Montage und Demontage aufgehängt sind.
  2. Die Schalungsstruktur gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (26) für den reversiblen Eingriff eines Eckbereichs (24, 25) einer Platte (13, 14, 15, 16) in jedem Eckbereich (20) der Platte (17) zwei konturierte Nasen (31, 32) umfassen, die auf zueinander senkrechten Anordnungsebenen angeordnet sind und die sich beide im Wesentlichen in rechten Winkeln zu der Platte (17) erstrecken, wobei eine erste konturierte Nase (31) verfügbar ist für das Halten und Lösen einer Seite (27) eines Eckbereichs (24), zum Beispiel einer Platte, zum Beispiel (13), wobei die zweite konturierte Nase (32) verfügbar ist für das Halten und Lösen der anderen Seite (28), zusammentreffend mit der ersten Seite (27), desselben Eckbereichs (24) derselben Platte (13).
  3. Die Schalungsstruktur gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der konturierten Nasen (31, 32) einen winkligen Abschnitt (33) hat, der ausgebildet ist, um durch Aufliegen einen komplementär geformten Teil (37) eines Umfangsprofils (34) der Rahmenbegrenzung (35) des Rahmens (36) einer Platte (13, 14, 15, 16) aufzunehmen, wobei das Aufliegen mit der Platte in der schrägen Anordnung zur Montage oder Demontage stattfindet.
  4. Die Schalungsstruktur gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anti-Kipp-Sicherheitsmittel für jede der konturierten Nasen (31, 32) in einem Zahn (38) bestehen, der im winkligen Abschnitt (33) verlängert ist, um so, über ihm in der Nutzungsanordnung, eine Widerlager-Unterschneidung (39) für den inneren Rand (40) eines Lochs (41) zu bestimmen, das in dem tragenden Seitenprofil (22, 23) bestimmt ist, welches eine Seite (27, 28) einer Platte bestimmt.
  5. Die Schalungsstruktur gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes tragende Seitenprofil (22, 23) eine Basis (42) zum Tragen der Platte in der Nutzungsanordnung hat, wobei die Basis (42) konstruiert ist, um im Anschlag gegen einen entsprechenden Zentrierflügel (43) angeordnet zu werden, der von der Platte (17) aufwärts ragt.
  6. Die Schalungsstruktur gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Last tragende Kopf (12) im Wesentlichen quadratisch ist, mit konturierten Nasen (31, 32) für Eingriff, die symmetrisch an den Eckbereichen angeordnet sind, und wobei Zentrierflügel (43), die zwischen zwei konturierten Nasen (31, 32) angeordnet sind, dieselbe Anordnung haben und äquidistant sind von den konturierten Nasen (31, 32).
  7. Die Schalungsstruktur gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Last tragenden Köpfe (12) zum Zwecke früher Entnahme vom Falltyp sind.
