Es wird eine Vorrichtung zur Einstellung eines in einem Möbelkorpus aufgenommenen bewegbaren Möbelteils mittels einer Führungseinheit (17) vorgeschlagen, mit der das Möbelteil im Möbelkorpus bewegbar geführt ist, wobei die Führungseinheit (17) eine Bewegungsschiene (14) umfasst, die zur Anbringung am Möbelteil vorgesehen ist, und die gegenüber einer Korpusschiene (15) verschiebbar gelagert ist. Des Weiteren umfasst die Vorrichtung eine Einstelleinheit (1) zur Anbringung an einem frontseitigen Endabschnitt der Bewegungsschiene (14), mit der eine Anschlagposition der Bewegungsschiene (14) bei Schließbewegungen gegenüber der Korpusschiene einstellbar ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Einstellung eines in einem Möbelkorpus aufgenommenen, mittels einer Führungseinheit bewegbaren Möbelteils nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, eine Führungsvorrichtung zur Bewegungsführung eines in einem Möbelkorpus aufgenommenen, bewegbaren Möbelteils nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 10 sowie ein Möbel mit einer solchen Vorrichtung.
    • Stand der Technik
  • Aus der WO 2011/094776 A1 ist eine Vorrichtung zum lösbaren Kuppeln einer Schublade mit einer ausziehbaren Schiene einer Ausziehführung bekannt. Mit einer Verstelleinrichtung ist die Position einer mit der Schiene verbundenen Schublade relativ zur Schiene in seitlicher Richtung einstellbar. Die Vorrichtung weist einen an der Schublade befestigbaren Befestigungsteil und einen mit der Schiene kuppelbaren Kupplungsteil auf. Der Kupplungsteil ist lösbar mit der Schiene verbunden.
  • Dadurch ist eine mannigfaltige Positionierung einer Schublade gegenüber einer Ausziehführung, insbesondere der Schubladenschiene realisierbar. Die Anbringung ist jedoch vergleichsweise aufwändig.
    • Aufgabe und Vorteile der Erfindung
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verstellvorrichtung für eine Schublade bereitzustellen, die insbesondere vergleichsweise einfacher zu montieren ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • In den abhängigen Ansprüchen sind vorteilhafte und zweckmäßige Weiterbildungen der Erfindung angegeben.
  • Die Erfindung geht von einer Vorrichtung zur Einstellung eines in einem Möbelkorpus aufgenommenen, mittels einer Führungseinheit bewegbaren Möbelteils aus, wobei die Führungseinheit eine Bewegungsschiene umfasst, die zur Anbringung am Möbelteil vorgesehen ist und die gegenüber einer Korpusschiene verschiebbar gelagert ist.
  • Der Kern der Erfindung liegt nun darin, dass die Vorrichtung eine Einstelleinheit zur Abringung an einem frontseitigen Endabschnitt der Bewegungsschiene umfasst, mit der eine Anschlagposition der Bewegungsschiene bei Schließbewegungen gegenüber der Korpusschiene in einem an der Bewegungsschiene montierten Zustand einstellbar ist.
  • Durch diese Maßnahme wird es möglich, eine Tiefenverstellung einer Schublade zu realisieren, ohne dass dafür eine Anbringung einer entsprechenden Vorrichtung an einer Schublade selbst erforderlich ist. Denn die Positionierung findet unmittelbar zwischen Bewegungsschiene und Korpusschiene statt. Dadurch müssen keine Teile an der Schublade montiert werden. Damit können Schubladen völlig unabhängig von einer Tiefeneinstellung zum Einsatz kommen.
  • In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die Einstelleinheit als auswechselbares Bauteil ausgebildet. Durch diese Maßnahme ist es möglich, verschiedene Einstelleinheiten an einer bestehenden Führungseinheit zum Einsatz zu bringen.
  • Denkbar sind, dass für eine bestehende Führungseinheit unterschiedliche Einstelleinheiten für vorgegebene Bereiche einer einstellbaren Tiefenveränderung vorgesehen werden.
  • Um eine einfache und bedienerfreundliche Tiefenverstellung zu realisieren, wird im Weiteren vorgeschlagen, dass die Einstelleinheit ein Rändelrad mit einem Innengewinde umfasst, das an einem Grundkörper der Einstelleinheit drehbar gelagert ist. Das Rändelrad und das Innengewinde können einteilig, aber auch mehrteilig, insbesondere zweiteilig ausgebildet werden.
  • Im Weiteren ist es besonders bevorzugt, wenn die Einstelleinheit eine Anschlagplatte umfasst, die mit einem Gewindestift verbunden ist. Die Anschlagplatte stellt in dieser Ausführungsform vorzugsweise den Anschlag an der Korpusschiene zur Verfügung. Damit ist eine definierte Positionierung von Ladenschiene und Korpusschiene zueinander geschaffen. Vorzugsweise ist die Anschlagplatte an der Einstelleinheit so verschieblich gelagert, dass sie sich bei drehendem Rändelrad nicht mitdrehen kann, sondern nur eine Linearbewegung ausführt. Denkbar ist auch eine andere Form des Anschlags, ggf. als einstückiger Bestandteil des Gewindestiftes.
  • Hierzu ist es bevorzugt, dass der Gewindestift derart am Grundkörper der Einstelleinheit gelagert ist, dass durch Drehung des Rändelrads der Gewindestift mit der Anschlagplatte parallel zu Bewegungsrichtungen der Bewegungsschiene gegenüber dem Grundkörper verschiebbar ist, um die Anschlagposition einstellen zu können.
  • In einer überdies bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist der Grundkörper ein insbesondere rechtwinkliges Winkelstück, wobei die verschiebbar gelagerte Anschlagplatte in einem ersten Winkelschenkel gelagert ist. Vorzugsweise ist die Anschlagplatte an einem ersten Winkelschenkel über den Gewindestift montiert, stützt sich jedoch an einem zweiten Winkelschenkel ab, sodass eine Verdrehsicherung für die Anschlagplatte und den Gewindestift realisiert ist.
  • In einer außerdem bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist eine im Wesentlichen gerade Seitenkante der Anschlagplatte derart an einer ebenen Innenfläche des zweiten Winkelschenkels angeordnet, dass Drehwinkel der Anschlagplatte um eine Längsachse des Gewindestifts zur Schaffung einer Vordrehsicherung begrenzt sind.
  • Um eine lineare Positionierung des Anschlags zu definieren, wurde im Weiteren vorgeschlagen, dass an der Innenfläche des zweiten Winkelschenkels ein Vorsprung ausgebildet ist, der lineare Verschiebungen der Anschlagplatte begrenzt. Auf diese Weise kann auch verhindert werden, dass der Gewindestift ggf. aus einem Innengewinde der Rändelschraube in einer zu extremen Lage herausfällt.
  • Bei einer darüber hinausgehenden bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist an einem der beiden Winkelschenkel ein Anbringabschnitt ausgebildet, der für eine Anbringung der Vorrichtung in einer Aufnahme der Bewegungsschiene angepasst ist. Vorzugsweise wird die Einstelleinheit an der Bewegungsschiene lediglich eingehakt bzw. eingeclipst, also eine werkzeuglose Anbringung des Anbringabschnitts realisiert. Auf diese Weise kann auch nachträglich eine Einstelleinheit an einer bestehenden Führungseinheit montiert werden oder Führungseinheiten lassen sich mit und ohne Einstelleinheit anbieten, ohne dass die Führungseinheit verändert werden müsste.
  • An einer Führungsvorrichtung werden vorzugsweise Anbringorgane vorgesehen, um daran die Einstelleinheit befestigen zu können.

  • In Figur 1 ist eine Tiefenveretellvorrichtung 1 abgebildet.
  • Die Tiefenverstellvorrichtung 1 besitzt einen ersten Schenkel 2, der rechtwinklig zu einem zweiten Schenkel 3 steht. Am ersten Schenkel 2 ist in einer Aussparung ein Rändelrad 4 auf einem Gewindestift 5 drehbar angebracht. Am vorderen Ende des Gewindestifts 5 ist eine Anschlagplatte 6 angeordnet. Das Rändelrad besitzt eine Hülse 7, die insbesondere einstückig mit dem Rändelrad ausgebildet ist und die vom Rändelrad absteht sowie in einem nach außen zeigenden Wandungsabschnitt 8 des ersten Schenkels 2 drehbar montiert ist. Damit ist für das Rändelrad eine definierte Lagerung realisiert. In einer Durchführung (nicht dargestellt) in einem zweiten Wandungsabschnitt 9, der die innere Berandung des ersten Schenkels 2 bildet, ist der Gewindestift geführt. Der erste Wandungsabschnitt 8 und der zweite Wandungsabschnitt 9 sind auf Abstand derart zueinander, dass dazwischen drehbar das Rändelrad 4 passt. Durch Drehen des Rändelrads 4 wird der Gewindestift 5 entweder aus- oder eingefahren, zusammen mit der Anschlagplatte 6, um damit eine Anschlagspositionierung vorzunehmen. Die maximal nach außen verschobene Position des Gewindestifts 5 bzw. der Anschlagplatte 6 wird durch einen Anschlag 10 am zweiten Schenkel 3 der Tiefenverstellvorrichtung 1 begrenzt.
  • Die Tiefenverstellvorrichtung 1 weist an ihrem zweiten Schenkel 3 außerdem eine Einrichtung 11 zur Befestigung an einer Ladenschiene einer Führungseinheit auf. Im vorliegenden Fall besteht die Einrichtung 11 unter anderem aus einem hakenförmigen Abschnitt 12, mittels dem sich die Tiefenverstellvorrichtung 1 in eine Ladenschiene einhängen lasst. Für eine sichere Positionierung weist der zweite Schenkel außerdem einen Schlitz 13 auf, in welchen sich bei der Montage eine Wandung einer Landenschiene einfahren lässt.
  • In Figur 2 ist die Tiefenverstelleinrichtung 1 an einer Schubladenschiene 14 montiert gezeigt. Außerdem ersichtlich in Figur 2 ist eine Korpusschiene 15, mit welcher die Anschlagplatte 6 der Tiefenverstellvorrichtung 1 zusammenwirkt. Dabei trifft in der Anschlagsposition die Anschlagplatte 6 auf einen Anschlagabschnitt 16 an der Korpusschiene 15. In Figur 2 ist der vordere Bereich einer Führungseinheit 17 dargestellt. Dementsprechend ist die Tiefenverstellvorrichtung 1 an einem frontseitigen Ende der Schubladenschiene 14 angeordnet.
  • Im Zusammenspiel mit der Korpusschiene 15 bewirkt dadurch ein Ausfahren des Gewindestifts 5, dass die Schubladenschiene und damit eine daran montierte Schublade nicht mehr so weit an der Korpusschiene und somit in den Korpus eingefahren werden kann. In diesem Fall kommt eine etwaige Schubladenfront (nicht dargestellt) weiter aus einem Korpus heraus. Im umgekehrten Fall, wenn der Gewindestift 5 über das Rändelrad 4 eingefahren wird, lässt sich die Schubladenschiene weiter einschieben, was mit daran befestigter Schublade zur Folge hat, dass die Schubladenfront im geschlossenen Zustand weiter in einen Korpus einrückt. Auf diese Weise lassen sich Schubladenfronten so justieren, dass sie im eingefahrenen Zustand der Führungseinheit 17 bevorzugt alle in einer Ebene liegen und damit ein homogenes Bild abgeben.
  • Sowohl in Figur 1 als auch in Figur 2 ist die maximal ausgefahrene Position des Gewindestifts 5 dargestellt. Selbstverstandlich sind andere, weiter nach innen eingefahrene Positionen möglich.

Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Einstellung eines in einem Möbelkorpus aufgenommenen bewegbaren Möbelteils mittels einer Führungseinheit (17), mit der das Möbelteil im Möbelkorpus bewegbar geführt ist, wobei die Führungseinheit (17) eine Bewegungsschiene (14) umfasst, die zur Anbringung am Möbelteil vorgesehen ist, und die gegenüber einer Korpusschiene (15) verschiebbar gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung eine Einstelleinheit (1) zur Anbringung an einem frontseitigen Endabschnitt der Bewegungsschiene (14) umfasst, mit der eine Anschlagposition der Bewegungsschiene (14) bei Schließbewegungen gegenüber der Korpusschiene einstellbar ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstelleinheit (1) als auswechselbares Bauteil ausgebildet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstelleinheit (1) ein Rändelrad (4) mit einem Innengewinde umfasst, die an einem Grundkörper der Einstelleinheit (1) drehbar gelagert ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstelleinheit (1) eine Anschlagplatte (6) umfasst, die mit einem Gewindestift (5) verbunden ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gewindestift (5) derart am Grundkörper der Einstelleinheit (1) gelagert ist, dass durch Drehung des Rändelrades (4) der Stift (5) mit der Anschlagplatte parallel zu Bewegungsrichtungen der Bewegungsschiene (14) gegenüber dem Grundkörper verschiebbar ist, um die Anschlagposition einzustellen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper ein rechtwinkliges Winkelstück ist, wobei eine verschiebbar gelagerte Anschlagplatte (6) in einem ersten Winkelschenkel (2) gelagert ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine im Wesentlichen gerade Seitenkante der Anschlagplatte (6) derart an einer ebenen Innenfläche eines zweiten Winkelschenkels (3) angeordnet ist, dass Drehwinkel der Anschlagplatte (6) um eine Längsachse des Gewindestifts begrenzt sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Innenfläche des zweiten Winkelschenkels (3) ein Vorsprung (10) ausgebildet ist, der Verschiebungen der Anschlagplatte (6) begrenzt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einem der beiden Winkelschenkel (2, 3) ein Anbringabschnitt (11) ausgebildet ist, der für eine Anbringung in einer Aufnahme an der Bewegungsschiene (14) angepasst ist.

Führungsvorrichtung zur Bewegungsführung eines in einem Möbelkorpus aufgenommenen bewegbaren Möbelteils mittels einer Führungseinheit (17), mit der das Möbelteil im Möbelkorpus bewegbar geführt ist, wobei die Führungseinheit (17) eine Bewegungsschiene (14) umfasst, die zur Anbringung am Möbelteil vorgesehen ist, und die gegenüber einer Korpusschiene (15) verschiebbar gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem vorderen Bereich der Bewegungsschiene (14) eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 angebracht ist.
  11. Führungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Bewegungsschiene (14) eine Aufnahme für eine Anbringung der Einstelleinheit (1) ausgebildet ist.
  12. Möbel mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
