Claims (7)
- Klammer zum Befestigen von Metallblechen (2) an Dachbalken (3), umfassend:eine Basisfläche (10) mit einer größeren Dimension, die in der Längsrichtung (X-X) verläuft, und einer kleineren Dimension, die in der Querrichtung (Y-Y) verläuft, undeine Lagerfläche (20) im rechten Winkel zur Basisfläche (10) und einstückig damit, wobeiwenigstens zwei Durchgangslöcher (11) in der Basisfläche ausgebildet sind, undEndlöcher (11), die jeweils aus einem der Durchgangslöcher (11) bestehen und in der Basisfläche (10) in der Nähe von einem (10a; 10b) der gegenüberliegenden Querseitenränder (10a, 10b) der Basisseite ausgebildet sind,mindestens ein Paar Versteifungs- und Führungsrippen (15), die auf der Basisfläche (10) ausgebildet sind;eine kontinuierliche, erhabene Versteifungs- und Führungsrippe (14), die in der Längsrichtung (X-X) verläuft; wobeidas mindestens eine Paar Versteifungs- und Führungsrippen (15) zwischen der Längsrippe (14) und der Lagerfläche (20) verläuft,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasssie ferner eine erhabene Rippe (13) umfasst, die in der Querrichtung (Y-Y) zwischen jedem Endloch (11) und dem assoziierten Querseitenrand (10a, 10b) der Basisfläche (10) verläuft;dadurch, dass die erhabene Längsrippe (14) in einem bestimmten Abstand vom freien Längsrand (10c) der Basisfläche (10) gebildet ist, wobei die gegenüberliegenden Enden der Längsrippe (14) mit dem Ende jeder Querendrippe (13) verbunden sind, welches auf den freien Rand (10c) der Basisfläche gerichtet ist,und dadurch, dass die gegenüberliegenden Enden der Versteifungs- und Führungsrippen (15) jeweils mit der Längsrippe (14) und mit der Lagerfläche (20) verbunden sind. - Klammer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippenpaare (15) wenigstens zwei Paare sind.
- Klammer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der freie Rand (21) der Lagerfläche (20) ausgesparte Zonen (22) hat, die sich zwischen ersten Falten (21 a) im Wesentlichen parallel zur Querrichtung (Y-Y) befinden.
- Klammer nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Falte (21 a) ein freies Ende (21 b) hat, das in Richtung auf die Lagerfläche (20) in einem Winkel zwischen 115° und 165° und vorzugsweise zwischen 135° und 145° gefaltet ist.
- Klammer nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querversteifungs- und -führungsrippen (15) ein Ende zum Verbinden mit der Lagerfläche (20) haben, versehen mit einer Falte (15b), die in einer Querrichtung (Z-Z) parallel zu der Lagerfläche (20) verläuft.
- Klammer nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querendrippen (13) ein Ende haben, das auf die Lagerfläche (13b) gerichtet und damit verbunden ist.
- Klammer nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens ein zusätzliches Durchgangsloch (12) zwischen den beiden Löchern (11) neben den gegenüberliegenden Querseitenrändern (10a, 10b) der Basisfläche (10) aufweist.
