Claims (9)

  1. Relieuse-colleuse (1) destinée à la fabrication de corps d'ouvrages et de brochures (100), comprenant une pluralité de postes de traitement (5), au moins deux pinces convoyeuses (11, 12, 13) affectées au convoyage de corps d'ouvrages (100), et au moins une piste de guidage fermée (3) sur laquelle lesdites pinces convoyeuses (11, 12, 13) tournent en boucle et franchissent lesdits postes de traitement (5),
    caractérisée par le fait
    qu'un entraînement respectif (41, 42, 43), pourvu d'un moyen de traction sans fin (21, 22, 23) tournant en boucle, est associé à une pince convoyeuse (11, 12, 13) respective, une pince convoyeuse considérée (11, 12, 13) étant alors reliée audit moyen de traction (21, 22, 23) ; et
    par le fait que les entraînements (41, 42, 43) sont indépendants les uns des autres, et que ladite relieuse-colleuse (1) comporte une commande (6) de machine, en vue de piloter lesdits entraînements (41, 42, 43) de manière indépendante.
  2. Relieuse-colleuse selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée par le fait
    que des profils de vitesse, tributaires de localisations et/ou de produits, sont consignés dans la commande (6) de la machine, en vue du pilotage des entraînements (41, 42, 43).
  3. Relieuse-colleuse selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée par le fait
    qu'un moyen de traction (21, 22, 23) respectif est réalisé sous la forme d'une chaîne convoyeuse.
  4. Relieuse-colleuse selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée par le fait
    qu'un moyen de traction considéré (21, 22, 23) est respectivement réalisé sous la forme d'une bande, d'un câble ou d'une courroie, notamment en tant que courroie crantée.
  5. Relieuse-colleuse selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée par le fait
    que chaque entraînement (41, 42, 43) présente un moteur électrique commandable (31, 32, 33) conçu pour entraîner le moyen de traction (21, 22, 23), un moteur électrique respectif (31, 32, 33) étant en liaison technique de transmission de données avec la commande (6) de la machine.
  6. Relieuse-colleuse selon l'une des revendications précédentes,

    que les postes de traitement (5) sont réalisés en tant que poste d'introduction de corps d'ouvrages, poste de traitement de dos de livres, poste de dépôt de colle, délivreur d'enveloppes, poste de pressage d'enveloppes, poste d'enlèvement et/ou poste de séchage.
  7. Relieuse-colleuse selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisée par le fait
    que ladite relieuse-colleuse (1) est équipée d'un poste de traitement additionnel, en particulier d'un poste d'application de bandes collantes.
  8. Relieuse-colleuse selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée par le fait
    que ladite relieuse-colleuse (1) comprend au moins deux emplacements d'arrêt (51, 52, 53) assignés aux pinces de convoyage (21, 22, 23), dont l'un est destiné à l'introduction (51) de corps d'ouvrages, et l'autre au pressage (52) d'une enveloppe contre un corps d'ouvrage (100).
  9. Relieuse-colleuse selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
