Abstract

Dem liegt die Tatsache zugrunde, dass sich das Glättergebnis bis zu einem gewissen Punkt mit der Anzahl der Glättoperationen verbessert. Glätten der Oberfläche bedeutet dabei gleichzeitig auch einen optischen Glanzeffekt, der meist aus ästhetischen Gründen zusätzlich erzielt werden soll. Im Fall eines Haarglätters wirkt die Hitze bei dieser Anwendung natürlich häufiger und intensiver auf das zu glättende Haar ein und kann dabei unter Umständen zu Schäden führen. Häufiges und intensives Kämmen erzeugt einen ähnlichen Effekt, allerdings wiederum verbunden mit einer möglichen Schädigung der Haare. Die vorliegende Erfindung beschäftigt sich daher mit dem Problem, für eine Glätteinrichtung der gattungsgemäßen Art eine verbesserte oder zumindest eine alternative Ausführungsform anzugeben, die eine möglichst schonende, gleichzeitig aber effektive Glättung von zu glättenden Haaren bzw. Fasern ermöglicht. Dieses Problem wird erfindungsgemäß durch den Gegenstand des unabhängigen Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche. Die vorliegende Erfindung beruht auf dem allgemeinen Gedanken, bei einer an sich bekannten Glätteinrichtung mit zwei schwenkbar aneinander gelagerten Armen, zwischen denen Haare bzw. Fasern beim Glätten hindurch gezogen werden, an zumindest einem der Arme der Glätteinrichtung wenigsten ein schwingendes Glättelement vorzusehen, das derart schwingt, das beim Durchziehen der Haare bzw. Fasern während des Glättens zumindest einzelne Stellen der Haare bzw. Fasern mehrfach überstrichen und dadurch deutlich besser geglättet werden. Hierdurch kann eine besonders intensive, andererseits aber durch eine reduzierte Wärmeeinwirkung auch schonende Glättwirkung erzielt werden, da durch das zumindest eine schwingende Glättelement während einer normalen Anwendung der zurückgelegte Weg in Bezug auf die Oberfläche der Faser bzw. des Haares vervielfacht wird. Im Vergleich zu einer bisherigen Glätteinrichtung, bspw. im Vergleich zu einem bisher bekannten Haarglätter, werden somit bei der erfindungsgemäßen Glätteinrichtung die zu glättenden Fasern bzw. Haare während eines einzigen Durchziehens mehrfach überstrichen und dadurch deutlich stärker geglättet. Insbesondere bei Haaren ist dabei darauf zu achten, dass die Schwingung in einer für das Haar günstigen Richtung, das heißt bspw. in Richtung der Schuppen, erfolgt, wodurch der während des Glättens entstehende Glanzeffekt zusätzlich verstärkt werden kann. Eine der Arbeitsrichtung der Glätteinrichtung angemessene Schwingungsrichtung könnte dabei bspw. durch eine entsprechende Sensorik (Bewegungssensor) sowie eine automatisch umschaltende Schwingungseinrichtung erreicht werden. Denkbar ist selbstverständlich auch, dass die erfindungsgemäße Glätteinrichtung eine Vorzugsrichtung aufweist. Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Glätteinrichtung ist somit ein besonders effektives, gleichzeitig jedoch auch schonendes Glätten von insbesondere Haaren möglich. Bei einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung ist das zumindest eine Glättelement als Heiz-/Kühlplatte ausgebildet oder aber zusätzlich zu einer Heiz- /Kühlplatte an einem Arm der Glätteinrichtung angeordnet. Selbstverständlich kann zumindest eines der Glättelemente an einem Arm auch als Heiz-/Kühlelement und am anderen Arm als Kühlelement ausgebildet sein. Hierdurch eröffnen sich mehrere Möglichkeiten zum Anordnen bzw. Vorsehen des erfindungsgemäßen schwingenden Glättelements, das sowohl zusätzlich zu einer feststehenden Heizplatte/Kühlplatte am Arm der Glätteinrichtung angeordnet werden kann oder aber bspw. selbst die Funktion der Heiz-/Kühlplatte übernehmen kann. Selbstverständlich ist auch eine Anordnung mehrerer schwingender Glättelemente zusätzlich zu einer fixen Heiz-/Kühlplatte oder die Anordnung mehrerer schwingender Glättelemente, wovon eines oder mehrere davon als Heiz-/Kühlplatte ausgebildet sind denkbar. Vorzugsweise kann auch eine mittige, feststehende Heiz-/Kühlplatte vorgesehen werden, an deren Längsränder jeweils ein schwingendes Glättelement angeordnet ist und dadurch die zu glättenden Fasern bzw. Die Sensoreinrichtung 10 kann dabei bspw. einen Bewegungssensor 12 aufweisen.
