Claims (7)

  1. Foyer comprenant une chambre de combustion et une porte relevable qui s'ouvre et se ferme vers le haut et vers le bas, où la chambre de combustion peut être soit ouverte vers la pièce dans laquelle le foyer est érigé, ou fermée à celle-ci en refermant la porte relevable qui comprend un panneau transparent (2) sous la forme d'une plaque en verre (2) ou un autre panneau au moins en partie transparent (2), un cadre de vitre externe (4), qui est une unité assemblée en forme de U, dont les éléments qui la compose sont trois sections essentiellement en forme de L (4A-4C), une section orientée verticalement (4A) du côté gauche du panneau transparent (2) visible de la partie extérieure du foyer, une section horizontale supérieure visible donc (4B) et une section orientée verticalement visible donc (4C) du côté droit du panneau transparent (2), ces sections formant un cadre de vitre (1) de la porte relevable, caractérisées par le fait que le cadre de vitre (1) comprend au moins un cadre de vitre interne (5) et le cadre de vitre externe en forme de U (4) entre lesquels se trouve le panneau transparent (2), où le cadre de vitre interne (5) comprend une section tubulaire (5A-5C) dont la section transversale forme une ligne continue entourant une cavité, où la paroi ou les parois du cadre de vitre interne (5) dirigés vers le centre de la chambre de combustion dispose(nt) d'une bouclier de protection (8) formant une couche au moins double sur la paroi ou les parois du cadre de vitre interne (5) dirigé vers le centre de la chambre de combustion.
  2. Foyer selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le cadre de vitre interne (5) comprend une section tubulaire (5A-5C) présentant une section transversale essentiellement rectangulaire.
  3. Foyer selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la section tubulaire (5A-5C) se compose de deux sections essentiellement en forme de L (5Aa et 5Ab, 5Ba et 5BB, 5Ca et 5Cb).
  4. Foyer selon la revendication 1 ou plusieurs des revendications précitées, caractérisé par le fait que le cadre de vitre externe (4) est relié ou intégré au cadre de vitre interne (5).
  5. Foyer selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le cadre de vitre externe (4) est composé de sections en forme de L (4A-4C), chacune présentant un tronçon (4A'-4C') faisant dos à la chambre de combustion et donc situé à l'extérieur du foyer ayant une largeur (B1), comprenant l'épaisseur des tronçons (4A''-4C'') dirigée en angle droit des tronçons (4A'-4C'), dont la largeur varie de maximum 30 %, ou encore mieux de 20 %, 10 % ou 5 % maximum de la somme de l'épaisseur des tronçons (4A''-4C'') des sections (4A-4C) dirigées en angle droit par rapport à la plaque en verre (2), une largeur (B2) des tubes (5A-5C) du cadre de vitre interne (5) et une épaisseur du bouclier de protection (8).
  6. Foyer selon la revendication 1 ou plusieurs des revendications précitées, caractérisé par le fait que le cadre de vitre (1) comprend un joint de fenêtre (6) situé sur le côté du cadre de vitre interne (5), faisant face au centre de la chambre de combustion.
  7. Foyer selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que le joint de fenêtre (6) est relié au cadre de vitre interne (5) en étant fixé entre le cadre de vitre interne (5) et le bouclier de protection (8) sur lequel il est appliqué.
