Definitions
- the present invention relates to a window, a door or a facade element according to the preamble of claim 1.
- bulbs of various types and sizes arranged on or near the window constructions to illuminate the panel elements are known.
- LED lamps are mounted on the edge of the window, which emit their light by refraction in the glass on the disc surfaces again.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to provide a window, door or facade element, which overcomes the aforementioned disadvantages.
- the invention solves the problem in that the at least one glass rebate insulation has at least one light source.
- the invention is therefore based on the idea of a glass rebate insulation for the thermal insulation of a rebate area of a frame profile into which a surface element, such as e.g. an insulating glass pane protrudes / is used to create for a window, a door or a facade element for buildings, which has at least one light source.
- a surface element such as e.g. an insulating glass pane protrudes / is used to create for a window, a door or a facade element for buildings, which has at least one light source.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment of the glass rebate insulation according to the invention is obtained when LEDs, in particular SMD LEDs are used as the light source and the bulbs are integrated into the Glasfalzdämmung so that they are not visible in the assembled state of Glasfalzdämmung and thus protected from environmental influences or from damage ,
- a gel reservoir can be present in the glass rebate insulation which bursts upon installation of the surface element on the glass rebate insulation, so that the gel settles between the illuminant and the surface element or flows there , Thereby, the refractive index jump between air and e.g. reduced or avoided the glass of the surface element.

- the positioning of the glass rebate insulation 49 is effected by corresponding grooves 52, 53 in the casement profile 5, in which corresponding projections 54, 55 of the glass rebate insulation 49 engage.
- the Glasfalzdämmung 49 is preferably made as an endless profile of a plastic material, such as an elastic, closed-cell polyethylene foam by extrusion and is prefabricated for installation in the Glasfalz 17 accordingly.
- a particularly advantageous voltage supply of the luminous means 43 results when the glass rebate insulation 49, based on its cross-section, is at least partly or completely made of an electrically conductive plastic material, such as e.g. carbon-compounded, elastic, closed-cell polyethylene foam.
- an electrically conductive plastic material such as e.g. carbon-compounded, elastic, closed-cell polyethylene foam.
- Such a glass rebate insulation is e.g. producible by co-extrusion.
- a lighting means 43 of the invention Glasfalzdämmung 49 is embedded in the Glasfalzdämmung 49 in a recess 56 and arranged so that its main radiation is adjusted so that on a designed as insulating glass surface element 18, taking into account the refractive index of window glass to air by exceeding the critical angle Total reflection preferably gives a total reflection of the light and thereby a significant part or even the entire surface of the surface element 18 is advantageously illuminated.
- a pre-assembled arrangement of a plurality of lighting means 43-for example LEDs-including a conductor 57- is introduced into the recess 56 become.
- the assembly effort for introducing the bulbs 43 in the recess 56 in the Glasfalzdämmung 49 is thereby reduced orteilhaft.
- the conductor 57 at the bottom of the recess 56 of the Glasfalzdämmung 49 can cohesively, eg by gluing, or by form-fitting, for example by clipping done.
- the conductor 57 is led out laterally from the depression 56 and forms in each case a cable connection 58 or plug connection with which the conductor 56 can be provided with a connecting cable (not shown).
- the glass rebate insulation 49 has in its cross section a plurality of dome-like webs 59, which contact the surface element 18 in the mounted state. Due to the dome-like webs 59, the heat input or the heat conduction via the surface element 18 is minimized and, as a whole, the overall thermal insulation properties of the frame 2, 3 are improved.
- the recess 56 is filled with a transparent gel 60 after insertion of the luminous means 43, so that the luminous means 43 is completely surrounded by the gel 60 in its entirety.
- the gel 60 forms a thin skin, which is destroyed during assembly of the surface element 18 on the Glasfalzdämmung 49.
- the gel reservoir may also be protected from damage by an adhesive strip (not shown) .
- the gel strip is or may be removed or removed from the gel reservoir before assembly to the middle glass pane 61, if-as shown here by way of example-an insulating glass pane with three-ribbed structure is used as the surface element 18.
- the refractive index jump between air and eg the glass of the surface element 18 is thereby reduced or avoided.
- the lighting means 43 may be arranged to light the outer glass sheet or the inner glass sheet of insulating glass or a combination of glass sheets or all glass sheets of an insulating glass panel, as far as the sheet member 18 as shown in FIG Fig. 1 exemplified Isolierglas is selected with multi-disc structure.
- the illuminant 43 Due to the selected arrangement of the illuminant 43 in the glass rebate insulation 49, the illuminant 43 is protected against environmental influences but also against damage and beyond not visible from the outside.
- the lighting means 43 is realized by an LED chain which extends over the entire length of the Glasfalzdämmung 49. Particularly preferred as LEDs SMD LEDs are provided. As a result, the luminous means 43 can be arranged over the entire length of the glass rebate insulation 43. In principle, however, other suitable bulbs 43 can be used.
- illuminants 43 such as, for example, LEDs -with constant spacing from one another over the entire length of the glass rebate insulation 49 or at the periphery of the surface element 18, locally different light intensities can be generated on the surface element 18 by varying the quantity of illuminant 43 per unit length.
- the bulbs 43 with variable spacing from one another advantageously over the entire length of the glass rebate insulation 49.
- RGB SMD LEDs it is also possible to arrange LEDs with different colors of light or to use RGB SMD LEDs, so that the light colors are e.g. can be changed by a control unit and thus dynamic lighting effects on the surface element 18 can be realized.
- the size of the LEDs is at most 6 ⁇ 6 mm, preferably 5 ⁇ 5 mm, preferably 4 ⁇ 4 mm and particularly preferably 3 ⁇ 3.5 mm.
- a glass rebate insulation 49 according to the invention with illuminant 43 in a casement 3 is to be understood as merely an example.
- the invention is also in a window 1 without sash 3, ie in a fixed frame, such as the frame 2, can be installed.

Abstract
Description
- In
