Description

The present invention relates to a construction profile system, in particular a Putzabschluss-, Putzabgrenzungs-, Beplankungs- or base profile system for the production of precise plaster finishes, Putzabgrenzungen, plank finishes or base edges of different thickness.

For producing exact plaster finishes, plaster boundaries, Beplankungsabschlüsse or skirting edges building profiles are usually attached to the plastered or to be plastered wall portion, for example, mortared, screwed or glued, and then a plaster layer or a planking is applied, the thickness of the width of the plant towards the front corresponds to bent profile leg, so that it forms an exact frontal completion of the plaster layer or the planking. The sheathing of the profile limb generates on the one hand a visually appealing design of the front side and protects the other from abrasion and corrosion.

In order to be able to produce such exact terminations for plaster layers or planking of different thicknesses, a multiplicity of different structural profiles must be available in which the bent profile legs each have a different width adapted to the desired plaster thickness or planking. Accordingly, both a variety of different profile bodies as well as each adapted thereto casings are required.

The disadvantage of this is that a large variety of construction profiles must be stored, which increases the cost of warehousing. In addition, the production costs are increased because a variety of different profile bodies must be provided.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a construction profile system whose use is associated with different plating thicknesses or planking at a lower cost.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by a construction profile system having the features of claim 1.

In accordance with the invention, construction profiles that are not completely different in design are therefore not required for different layers of plaster or planking, but the support part causing the substantial costs of the construction profile can be identical in all cases, so that a construction profile system with a uniform profile body is present. The adaptation to the respective different Putzschicht- or Beplankungsdicken according to the invention by a correspondingly long trained reinforced section of the respective sheath. Since the costs for the production of different, advantageously made of plastic, wood material or composite sheaths are substantially lower than the cost of producing the preferably made of metal support members, thus the production costs are significantly reduced overall. At the same time the storage costs are reduced, since the shell requires much less space than the significantly larger trained support member.

In order to produce construction profiles for different thicknesses of plaster or planking, only the desired plaster or planking thickness has to be produced corresponding shell applied to the same for all Putzschicht- or Beplankungsdicken support member formed, for example, clipped, pushed or placed. The number of carrier parts to be provided for different thicknesses of plaster or planking can therefore be significantly reduced with the construction profile system according to the invention.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the front end edge of the reinforced portion extends parallel to the front edge of the profile leg in each case. As a result, a uniform thickness or planking thickness over the entire length of the respective construction profile can be achieved.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, in each case a parallel to the front edge of the profile leg approach is formed at the front end edge of the reinforced portion. This approach extends in particular in the direction of the applied plaster layer or planking, whereby a clean longitudinal edge of the plaster or Beplankungsabschlusses is generated. The approach extends essentially over the entire length of the respective construction profile and forms, for example, a stable trigger edge when plastering.

In the invention, the width of the respective reinforced portion, ie its dimension from the front edge of the profile leg to the front end edge of the reinforced portion, and its thickness, ie its dimension perpendicular to its width and to its longitudinal extent, are greater than the thickness of the jacket in their remaining area. As a result, a particularly stable formation of the reinforced section is achieved.

Advantageously, the thickness of the respective reinforced section decreases at least in regions in the direction of its front end edge. Due to the decreasing thickness, the transition regions between the reinforced portion and the remaining portion of the respective sheath can be made uniform. Depending on the application, however, it is also possible for the thickness to increase at least in regions or at least to be substantially constant.

Preferably, in each case one part of the casing which covers the profile limb of the profile body and the reinforced portion go continuously, in particular substantially evenly over one another. In particular, each of the profile leg of the profile body covering part of the sheath and the reinforced portion form a flat outside of the construction profile. As a result, an attractive appearance of the front side end page is generated.

According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, another bent region of the profile body adjoins the profile limb. This further bent region can thereby point obliquely in the direction of the abutment region of the profiled body and, in particular, serve for good anchoring of the profile within the plaster layer or on or in the sheathing and a good fastening possibility for the sheathing. The further bent-over region may in this case have an angle of between approximately 10 ° and 80 ° relative to the profile limb, advantageously of approximately between 20 ° and 60 °, in particular of approximately between 30 ° and 50 °, preferably of approximately 35 ° to 40 °.

Preferably, the sheaths for embracing the free end of the further bent portion are formed. At the free end of the further bent portion of the attached casing ensures a secure connection of the casing to the profile body by this encompassing, as by embracing an undercut between the casing and the profile body is generated.

In accordance with a further preferred embodiment of the invention, a part of the casing covering the further bent region of the profile body and the reinforced section are continuous, in particular essentially flat, with each other. As a result, the plaster layer or the planking facing surface of the shell is uniform.

Preferably, the profile leg is bent by approximately 90 ° relative to the contact area. In principle, other angles are conceivable. It is advantageous if the profile limb approximately occupies an angle of 90 ° relative to the wall section to be plastered or to be plastered, since in this case the plaster layer or the planking terminating end face runs perpendicular to the wall section.

According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the reinforced portion extends obliquely relative to the profile limb. This is particularly useful in base profiles, since in this case the oblique reinforced section forms a front drip edge for the base profile. For vertically mounted profiles, however, an arrangement of the reinforced portion as an extension of the profile leg extending essentially perpendicular to the wall section or to the contact area is advantageous. In principle, the arrangement of the construction profiles according to the invention is possible horizontally, vertically or obliquely. In particular, in a vertical arrangement, for example, the generation of a shadow gap is possible.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the surface of the intended for contact with the plaster layer or the planking portion of the shells is roughened at least partially. As a result, a better connection with the plaster layer or the planking is achieved.

According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, a drip edge is formed on the outside of the sheaths. This is particularly advantageous for a base profile. In this case, the drip edge can be provided by the front edge of the reinforced area and, alternatively or additionally, a separate drip edge formed on the outside of the casing.

The sheaths are preferably made of plastic, in particular of PVC, of wood material or of composite material. In principle, the use of another suitable plastic is conceivable. The profile body may be made of metal, in particular galvanized sheet steel, plastic, in particular PVC, wood material or composite material. Other, in particular corrosion-protected recyclables or metals can be used for the production of the profile body.

Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.

Fig. 1 shows a profile body 1, which forms a support part 2 of an inventively designed Putzabschluss- or base profile system. The profile body 1 has an elongated structure which is perpendicular to the in Fig. 1 extends illustrated drawing plane. Furthermore, the profiled body 1 comprises a contact area formed to be plastered to a wall portion 3 and an area opposite the investment area At the profile leg 4, another bent portion 5 of the profile body adjoins, which is obliquely bent toward the contact area 3 facing away, so that in the transition region between the profile leg 4 and the further bent portion 5, a front edge 6 of the profile leg 4 is formed.

The contact area 3 has starting from the profile leg 4 a perpendicular to the profile leg 4 extending contact area 7, to which a groove-shaped recess 8, a bulged main area 9, another contact area 10 and a Endumbiegung 11 follow. In particular, in the bulging main area 9 openings 12 (see Fig. 5 ) and optionally reinforcements, for example in the form of reinforcing beads, formed in Fig. 1 are indicated by black areas 13.

Fig. 2a to c show cross sections of three differently formed, preferably made of plastic sheaths 14, 15, 16, which together with the profile body 1 after Fig. 1 For example, can form plaster finish profiles of Putzabschlussprofilsystems for different thick plaster layers. The sheaths 14, 15, 16 and all other shells described in this application have an elongated structure which extends in each case in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the drawing.

Each of the casings 14 to 16 comprises a base section 17, which is formed on the outer contour of the lower part of the profile body 1 and which in each case has the same design. The base portion 17 has a first free end 18 which is formed for insertion into the groove-shaped recess 8 of the profile body 1, as in the Fig. 4a to c can be seen.

Starting from the first free end 18, the base part 17 placed on the carrier part 2 extends along the outside of the contact area 7, the profile leg 4 and the further bent area 5 until it has an elongate extension 20 formed on a second free end 19 the free end 21 of the further bent portion 5 surrounds. As in particular from the Fig. 4a to c can be seen, therefore, the sheaths 14 to 16 are connected after placement on the lower portion of the profile body 1 form-fitting with this. Here, the obliquely bent back to the second free end 19 of the base portion 17 of the shells 14 to 16 at an angle relative to the voltage applied to the profile leg 4 region 37 is bent, which is smaller than the angle between the profile leg 4 and the other bent portion 5 of the profile body 1, so that the sheaths 14 to 16 rest under prestress on the profile body 1.

In contrast to the sheath 14 after Fig. 2a is on the sheaths 15, 16 according to the Fig. 2b and c in each case a reinforced portion 22, 23 is formed, which is in particular formed integrally with the base portion 17.

The reinforced portions 22, 23 each have a front end edge 24, but different widths, as is apparent from the Fig. 2b and c is recognizable. In the area of the front end edge 24, an elongate extension 25 extending parallel to the front end edge 24 is formed, by which a stable withdrawal edge is formed for the finish end profile.

The use of the sheaths 14 to 16 together with a profile body 1 is in the Fig. 4a to c shown. In the Fig. 4a to c In each case a wall section 26 can be seen, which is provided with a plaster layer 27, 28, 29 is provided. The plaster layers 27, 28, 29 have different thicknesses, as it is from the Fig. 4a to c can be seen.

In order to form an exact plaster finish, a support part 2 with a cover 14, 15, 16 attached to it is preferably fastened to the wall section 26 with attachment lugs before attaching the render layers 27, 28, 29, whereupon subsequently the plaster layer 27, 28, 29 in the usual manner Way is applied. Like from the Fig. 4a to 4c can be seen, depending on the thickness of the plaster layers 27, 28, 29 correspondingly different sheaths 14, 15, 16 of the plaster finish profile system used, wherein in each case the total cross-sectional width of the selected sheath 14, 15, 16 of the thickness of the plaster layer to be generated 27, 28, 29 corresponds.

Furthermore, from the Fig. 4a to 4c to recognize that in all three different layers of plaster 27, 28, 29 is achieved by the respective plaster finish profile of Putzabschlussprofilsystems invention a smooth and clean plaster finish. Through the openings 12 in the profile body 1 and by the Endumbiegung 11 and the other bent portion 5 of the profile body 1 a good penetration and corresponding undercuts between the metal profile 1 and the plaster material are produced, so that a good connection between the plaster layer 27, 28, 29 and the plaster finish profile is achieved. The surface of the area 38 of the casing 14, 15, 16 which comes into contact with the plaster layer 27, 28, 29 can be roughened in order to ensure better adhesion of the plaster material.

The Fig. 3a to c show sheaths 30, 31, 32 which correspond to sheaths 14-16, but which include specific modifications for use with a base profile. These changes exist on the one hand in that the casings 30 to 32 each comprise on their underside an obliquely downward-pointing, elongated drip edge 33, by which liquids flowing on the underside of the casings 30, 31, 32 in the direction of the wall section 26 are stopped and dripped off.

Furthermore, the sheaths 31, 32 comprise reinforced sections 34, 35, which run obliquely downwards relative to the region 37 resting against the profile limb 4. All other elements of the sheaths 30, 31, 32 are formed corresponding to the sheaths 14, 15, 16.

Due to the oblique arrangement of the reinforced sections 34, 35, the respective front end edge 24 forms an additional drip edge 36, as can be seen in particular from FIGS Fig. 6b and 6c can be seen.

From the Fig. 6a to c It can be seen that the sheaths 30, 31, 32 together with the profile body 1 form a base profile of a base profile system according to the invention, through which an exact base edge of a plaster layer 27, 28, 29 is formed. Also in the Fig. 6a to c again three different thickness plaster layers 27, 28, 29 are shown, which are provided to produce an exact base edge with a base profile, which consists of the already described profile body 1 and the sheaths 30, 31, 32. The base profile is in contrast to the plaster finish profile according to Fig. 4a to 4c horizontally attached to the wall portion 26 to create a horizontal base edge. Apart from this orientation, the attachment and use of the base profiles according to the invention is identical to the already described attachment and use of Putzabschlussprofile the Putzabschlussprofilsystems invention.

While the construction profile according to the invention has been described by way of example with reference to Putzabschluss- and base profiles, the use as Putzabgrenzungsprofil or planking profile, for example in drywall, facades or similar applications is possible in a similar manner. Furthermore, in the figures, the sheaths each as a solid material, ie formed solid. However, the sheaths may also be formed in particular in their reinforced section of a hollow chamber material.
