  1. Kopfbrett (1) eines Betts der Bauart, das in Benutzungskonfiguration die Form eines vertikalen Schirms hat, der am Ende transversal zur Längsachse eines Betts (10) positionierbar ist, wobei dieser Schirm mindestens eine Rückenlehne (2) und eine Stützstruktur (3) der mindestens einen Rückenlehne (2) aufweist, wobei die oder jede Rückenlehne (2), die vor dem Schirm angeordnet ist und imstande, eine Stützfläche für den Rücken einer in dem mit einem derartigen Kopfbrett (1) eines Betts ausgestatteten Bett (10) sitzenden Person zu bilden, einerseits mit im Verhältnis zur Stützstruktur (3) in Richtung einer Verlagerung nach oben und unten im Verhältnis zur Stützstruktur (3) Schiebe-Verbindungsmitteln (4), andererseits, im oberen Teil, mit im Verhältnis zur Stützstruktur (3) um eine zur Verlagerungsrichtung nach oben und unten etwa orthogonale Achse in Richtung einer annähernden oder beabstandenden Verlagerung des unteren Teils der Rückenlehne (2) im Verhältnis zur Stützstruktur (3) Schwenk-Verbindungsmitteln (5) für eine Verlagerung zwischen einer Position geringeren Platzbedarfs, in welcher der untere Teil der Rückenlehne (2) an die Stützstruktur (3) angenähert ist und sich die mittlere Ebene der Stützfläche der Rückenlehne (2) in einer etwa vertikalen Ebene erstreckt, und einer Position größeren Platzbedarfs, in welcher der untere Teil der Rückenlehne (2) von der Stützstruktur (3) beabstandet ist und die Stützfläche der Rückenlehne (2) geneigt ist, ausgestattet ist, wobei das Kopfbrett (1) eines Betts ferner zwischen dem oder jeder Rückenlehne (2) und der Stützstruktur (3) mindestens einen Aktuator (7) umfasst, der den Schiebe-Verbindungsmitteln (4) und den Schwenk-Verbindungsmitteln (5) gemeinsam ist, wobei dieser Aktuator (7) imstande ist, den Übergang der Rückenlehne (2) von der Position geringeren Platzbedarfs in die Position größeren Platzbedarfs parallel zum Übergang der Rückenlehne von der hohen Position in die niedrige Position und umgekehrt zu erlauben,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schiebe- und Schwenk-Verbindungsmittel (4, 5) zwischen Rückenlehne (2) und Stützstruktur (3) einerseits mindestens einen vertikalen Führungsweg (61), der die Stützstruktur (3) ausstattet, und mindestens ein bewegbares Verbindungsteil (62), das entlang des Führungswegs (61) gleitet und für eine gleitende und schwenkende Montage der Rückenlehne (2) im Verhältnis zum Führungsweg (61) schwenkend (64) mit der Rückenlehne (2) verbunden ist, wobei die Schiebe- und Schwenkachsen zueinander orthogonal sind, andererseits mindestens eine, vorzugweise ein Paar Pleuelstange(n) (63) umfassen, wobei jede Pleuelstange (63), die schwenkend um eine zur Längsachse des Führungswegs (61) orthogonale Achse montiert ist, als Drücker dient, mit dem die Rückenlehne (2) um ihre Drehzapfenverbindung (64) am Verbindungsteil (62) unter der Einwirkung einer verschiebenden Verlagerung der Rückenlehne (2) entlang des Führungswegs (61) in Richtung einer Absenkung der Rückenlehne (2) geschwenkt wird.
  2. Kopfbrett (1) eines Betts nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zwischen Rückenlehne (2) und Stützstruktur (3) angeordnete Aktuator (7) ein linearer Aktuator ist.
  3. Kopfbrett (1) eines Betts nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zwischen Rückenlehne (2) und Stützstruktur (3) angeordnete Aktuator (7) mindestens einen Zylinder (7) umfasst, der mindestens eine ausgefahrene Position und eine eingezogene Position aufweist, wobei eine der Positionen des Zylinders der hohen Position geringeren Platzbedarfs der Rückenlehne (2) entspricht, wogegen die andere Position der niedrigen Position größeren Platzbedarfs der Rückenlehne (2) entspricht.
  4. Kopfbrett (1) eines Betts nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zwischen Rückenlehne (2) und Stützstruktur (3) angeordnete Aktuator (7) an jedes der Elemente gekoppelt ist, zwischen denen er mittels einer Drehzapfenverbindung (71, 72) zwischengestellt ist.
  5. Kopfbrett (1) eines Betts nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es für jeden Aktuator (7) eine Fernbedienung umfasst, die die Funktion des Aktuators (7) steuert.
  6. Kopfbrett (1) eines Betts nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schiebe- und Schwenkverbindungsmittel (4, 5) zwischen Rückenlehne (2) und Stützstruktur (3) zwei parallele Führungswege (61) umfassen und dass sich der Aktuator (7) zwischen den Führungswegen (61) erstreckt.
  7. Kopfbrett (1) eines Betts nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schirm auf der Vorderseite mindestens zwei nebeneinanderliegende Rückenlehnen (2) aufweist.
  8. Kopfbrett (1) eines Betts nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützstruktur (3) der Rückenlehne (2) auf der Vorderseite des Schirms für die oder jede Rückenlehne (2) ein Fenster begrenzt, in dem sich die Rückenlehne (2) in Position geringeren Platzbedarfs einfügt.
  9. Kopfbrett (1) eines Betts nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückenlehnen (2) nebeneinander die Gesamtheit des oberen Teils der Vorderseite des Schirms bilden.
  10. Kopfbrett (1) eines Betts nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oder jede Rückenlehne (2) mit einer vorzugsweise lösbaren Kopfstütze (8) ausgestattet ist, wobei die Kopfstütze (8) die Form einer klappbaren Schürze hat, wobei die Schürze imstande ist, von einer auf die Stützfläche der Rückenlehne (2) heruntergeklappten Position in eine geklappte Position, in der sie mindestens teilweise von der Stützfläche der Rückenlehne (2), von vorn gesehen, verdeckt ist, zu wechseln.
