Claims (13)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une lame (1) hélicoïdale, dans lequel la lame (1) est fabriquée en acier durcissable et présente une branche de coupe (10), qui présente tant une surface de pied (11) sur une extrémité inférieure qu'une surface de coupe (12) sur une extrémité supérieure, sachant que la surface de coupe (12) présente une arête de coupe (9) le long d'un bord avant (13), sachant que la lame (1) est enrichie au carbone, caractérisée en ce que l'acier durcissable de la lame (1) est un acier inoxydable et l'enrichissement de la lame (1) au carbone est effectué uniquement dans une couche de bord (2) de la lame (1) et que la lame (1) est ensuite durcie, ce qui produit une dureté de la couche de bord (2) d'au moins 630 HV et sachant que la couche de bord (2) présente une épaisseur entre 0,001 mm et 0,30 mm.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la couche de bord (2) est enrichie au carbone sur le pourtour de la lame (1) puis durcie.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la lame (1), après l'étape de procédé au cours de laquelle la lame (1) est durcie, est présente sous forme d'acier chromé inoxydable martensitique de type X20Cr13 avec la couche de bord (2) carburée.
  4. Lame hélicoïdale (1), dans laquelle la lame (1) est fabriquée en acier durcissable et présente une branche de coupe (10) qui présente tant une surface de pied (11) sur une extrémité inférieure qu'une surface de coupe (12) sur une extrémité supérieure, sachant que la surface de coupe (12) présente une arête de coupe (9) le long d'un bord avant (13), sachant que la lame (1) est enrichie au carbone, caractérisée en ce que l'acier durcissable de la lame (1) est un acier inoxydable et que seule une couche de bord (2) de la lame (1) est enrichie au carbone et que la lame (1) est durcie, sachant que la couche de bord (2) présente une épaisseur entre 0,001 mm et 0,30 mm et une dureté d'au moins 630 HV.
  5. Lame (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'une dureté de la couche de bord (2) fait au moins 630 HV, de préférence au moins 670 HV, plus encore de préférence au moins 720 HV.
  6. Lame (1) selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que la couche de bord (2) présente une épaisseur entre 0,05 mm et 0,20 mm.
  7. Lame (1) selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'acier durcissable dans lequel la lame (1) est fabriquée, présente dans la couche de bord (2) une teneur en carbone d'au moins 0,25 %, de préférence d'au moins 0,4 %, plus encore de préférence d'au moins 0,6 %.
  8. Lame (1) selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisée en ce que l'acier durcissable dans lequel la lame (1) est fabriquée, présente dans une partie de noyau une teneur en carbone entre 0,05 % et 0,60 %, de préférence entre 0,15 % et 0,50 %.
  9. Lame (1) selon l'une des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisée en ce que l'acier durcissable dans lequel la lame (1) est fabriquée, présente une teneur en chrome d'au moins 12,5 %.
  10. Lame (1) selon l'une des revendications 4 à 9, caractérisée en ce que l'acier durcissable présente une teneur en nickel de maximum 1 %, de préférence de maximum 0,5 % et plus encore de préférence de maximum 0,25 %.
  11. Lame (1) selon l'une des revendications 4 à 10, caractérisée en ce que la couche de bord (2) enrichie au carbone et durcie entoure la lame (1).
  12. Lame (1) selon l'une des revendications 4 à 11, caractérisée en ce que l'acier durcissable est un acier inoxydable martensitique de type X20Cr13.
  13. Lame (1) selon l'une des revendications 4 à 12, caractérisée en ce qu'une partie de noyau de la lame (1) est durcie et présente une dureté d'au moins 300 HV, de préférence d'au moins 350 Hv, et plus encore de préférence d'au moins 400 HV.
