Description
The present invention relates to the field of swimming pool covers and more particularly to an end-of-travel device for winding a pool cover apron.
It is known to have devices for determining the end-of-travel limit for submerged winder of a pool cover apron, comprising metal elements placed on different deck blades so that sensors can detect the passage of these elements and therefore blades on which they are arranged.
However, these metal elements are glued to the blades or directly inserted into the blades of the cover deck, which forces on the one hand to select the blades on which these elements must be applied, and which can cause on the other hand a degradation of these blades during the application or replacement of these metal elements.
In addition, such devices detect only a passage of these elements in front of a sensor and are therefore not able to determine the direction of passage of a metal element in front of a sensor.
In case of non-detection of a metal element for any reason, such devices are therefore unable to determine the position of the cover apron.
Similarly, following a reset, such devices have no reference and are also no longer able to determine the position of the cover apron. Indeed, the direction of passage of the deck is deduced from previous detections stored.
It is also known to have end-of-travel detection devices for a pool deck winder, whose said reel comprises an incremental rotary encoder which makes it possible to correlate a positioning of the roof deck with a number of rotation of the pool. reel.
However, in case of failure of the encoder the engine, if the sensor is integrated, must be replaced in its entirety, which implies a significant associated cost.

Advantageously, weighting means or
The operating principle of the second embodiment of the
Nevertheless, the signal processing performed by the information provided by the
Thus, in the second embodiment, the
However, in the first operating state E1 of the
In this second embodiment, the signal processing performed downstream of the detection is inverted with respect to that performed in the first embodiment.
In addition, the arrangement of certain elements of the
In the second embodiment, there is the same first set of
In addition, the two
In the example presented, this fourth series of
The base of the U of the retaining
As for the first embodiment, the
Of course, other manufacturing processes can be used to obtain the
In the example presented, this angle α3 is a right angle.
In addition, in this second embodiment, the metal strip comprises an
From each of the two longitudinal sides of this
Thus, in the first configuration C1, the first folding angle α1 in the first embodiment or the
In this first configuration C1, the first folding angle α1 in the first embodiment or the
The end of travel of the unwinding phase is thus detected by reading the logic table deduced from the combination of the signals delivered by the
In this second configuration C2, the first folding angle α1 in the first embodiment or the
The end of travel of the winding phase is thus detected by reading the logic table deduced from the combination of the signals delivered by the
In the third configuration C3, the first folding angle α1 in the first embodiment or the
It should be noted that the logic signal returned by each of the two detection means 10, 20 in these three configurations C1, C2 and C3 is reversed between the two embodiments.
Although the invention has been described in connection with particular embodiments, it is obvious that it is not limited thereto and that it includes all the technical equivalents of the means described and their combinations.
Thus, types of sensors other than inductive sensors may be used as well as other embodiments carrying out the detection function.
