Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a buckle assembly according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
  • Such a buckle is in the US 2011/0107565 A1 disclosed.
  • Buckle arrangements can z. B. be used when it comes to a person on the body must carry loads from which they must be able to separate quickly in an emergency situation or the like.
  • the Buckelnanordrung can z. B. be integrated into a belt system of a backpack or the like. By opening the buckle or buckles, the person in an emergency situation or the like can quickly get rid of the backpack or any other load attached to it by means of the arrangement.
  • the buckles In the above applications, the buckles must be easy to operate and with the least possible effort to separate the buckle components from each other. On the other hand, the buckles when they are in the connection position and the one or more bars are in his or her locking position, but also withstand large tensile loads without being accidentally opened. An unintentional or accidental conditional opening of the connection between the buckle components is in the above-mentioned applications usually inevitably avoided.
  • the task is to improve a generic buckle assembly.
  • a basic idea of the present invention is therefore to provide, in addition to the at least one latch of the first buckle component, at least one counter-latch on the second buckle component, which ensures that in the locking position of the bolt and the counter-bolt, the two buckle components are particularly firmly connected to each other, ie high tensile forces be able to record. Furthermore, this also increases the reliability, since to separate the buckle components from each other both the bolt and the counter latch must be moved into the respective unlocked position. An accidental release of the two buckle components from each other is very unlikely or completely prevented.
  • a connection of the trigger trigger with the counter latch via a transmission line of the counter-trigger from the trigger trigger, and thus from a remote location, movable into its unlocked position.
  • the first buckle component also has a locking surface, which is engaged behind in the locking position of the counter-bolt.

  • connection position of the buckle components is understood to mean the position in which the buckle components have been brought into contact with one another and / or in contact with one another in such a way that the bolt can be brought into its locking position or, if it is not, in particular by external forces, is held automatically.
  • the fact that the buckle components are in this connection position but does not say anything about the actual position of the bolt and / or the counter-bolt. Both can be located in corresponding embodiments in the connection position of the buckle components both in their locking position and in their unlocked position.
  • the bolt and / or the counter bolt is biased or are and in the connecting position of the buckle components automatically occupies the, preferably respective, locking position or occupy, unless he or she, in particular by external forces, is prevented or become.
  • the locking position of the bolt is the position in which this engages behind the associated locking surface of the second buckle component.
  • the unlocking position of the bolt is the position in which the bolt releases the locking surface of the second buckle component. So that the buckle components can be separated from each other, the bolt or all the bolts of the first buckle component must therefore be in the unlocked position.
  • the locking position of the counter-bolt is that position in which the counter-latch locks the bolt in its locking position or a corresponding locking surface engages behind the first buckle component.
  • the unlocking position of the counter-bolt is in each case the position in which it releases the said components.

  • the second buckle component or the counter bolt has at least one elastic return element, which biases the counterbolt in the direction of its locking position.
  • the reset elements are each conveniently designed so that they, as soon as bolt and / or counter latch are released, move them back by means of their elastic restoring forces back into the respective locking position.
  • the elastic return elements can be designed very differently. These may be springs, in particular coil springs, leaf springs or the like, but also bodies made of elastomer such as rubber rings, just to name a few examples.
