Definitions
- the present invention relates to a buckle assembly according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- Such a buckle is in the US 2011/0107565 A1 disclosed.
- Buckle arrangements can z. B. be used when it comes to a person on the body must carry loads from which they must be able to separate quickly in an emergency situation or the like.
- the Buckelnanordrung can z. B. be integrated into a belt system of a backpack or the like. By opening the buckle or buckles, the person in an emergency situation or the like can quickly get rid of the backpack or any other load attached to it by means of the arrangement.
- the buckles In the above applications, the buckles must be easy to operate and with the least possible effort to separate the buckle components from each other. On the other hand, the buckles when they are in the connection position and the one or more bars are in his or her locking position, but also withstand large tensile loads without being accidentally opened. An unintentional or accidental conditional opening of the connection between the buckle components is in the above-mentioned applications usually inevitably avoided.
- the task is to improve a generic buckle assembly.
- a basic idea of the present invention is therefore to provide, in addition to the at least one latch of the first buckle component, at least one counter-latch on the second buckle component, which ensures that in the locking position of the bolt and the counter-bolt, the two buckle components are particularly firmly connected to each other, ie high tensile forces be able to record. Furthermore, this also increases the reliability, since to separate the buckle components from each other both the bolt and the counter latch must be moved into the respective unlocked position. An accidental release of the two buckle components from each other is very unlikely or completely prevented.
- a connection of the trigger trigger with the counter latch via a transmission line of the counter-trigger from the trigger trigger, and thus from a remote location, movable into its unlocked position.
- the first buckle component also has a locking surface, which is engaged behind in the locking position of the counter-bolt.
- the counter latch has at least one support surface and, in its locking position with its support surface, locks the or at least one of the latches in its locking position.
- the support surface of the Gegehriegels the bolt when both latch and counter latch are in the respective locking position supported so that the bolt can not be moved to its unlocked position, as long as the counter latch is in its locked position.
- the counter latch must then be brought first or at least simultaneously with the latch from its locking position to its unlocked position, so that the latch can be moved to its unlocked position. Only when the latch and counter latch are both actuated appropriately can the buckle components be separated.
- the first buckle component but one or more, such. B. have two, four or six bars of the type described.
- connection position of the buckle components is understood to mean the position in which the buckle components have been brought into contact with one another and / or in contact with one another in such a way that the bolt can be brought into its locking position or, if it is not, in particular by external forces, is held automatically.
- the fact that the buckle components are in this connection position but does not say anything about the actual position of the bolt and / or the counter-bolt. Both can be located in corresponding embodiments in the connection position of the buckle components both in their locking position and in their unlocked position.
- the bolt and / or the counter bolt is biased or are and in the connecting position of the buckle components automatically occupies the, preferably respective, locking position or occupy, unless he or she, in particular by external forces, is prevented or become.
- the locking position of the bolt is the position in which this engages behind the associated locking surface of the second buckle component.
- the unlocking position of the bolt is the position in which the bolt releases the locking surface of the second buckle component. So that the buckle components can be separated from each other, the bolt or all the bolts of the first buckle component must therefore be in the unlocked position.
- the locking position of the counter-bolt is that position in which the counter-latch locks the bolt in its locking position or a corresponding locking surface engages behind the first buckle component.
- the unlocking position of the counter-bolt is in each case the position in which it releases the said components.
- the engaging behind the respective buckle component with latch and / or counter latch as well as the locking of the bolt in its locking position by means of the support surface of the counter-bolt is advantageously carried out via a corresponding positive connection.
- the term of grasping is in its most general version in the sense of fix or to understand to understand.
- the buckle components are formed so that one of the buckle components has a male, outwardly projecting extension, with which it engages or is inserted into a corresponding recess of the other buckle component in the connecting position of the two buckle components.
- a male and a female buckle component In this sense, it is common to speak of a male and a female buckle component.
- both buckle components have corresponding projections and recesses with which they then engage in each other in the connecting position.
- the first buckle component has at least one elastic return element, which biases the bolt in the direction of its locking position.
- the second buckle component or the counter bolt has at least one elastic return element, which biases the counterbolt in the direction of its locking position.
- the reset elements are each conveniently designed so that they, as soon as bolt and / or counter latch are released, move them back by means of their elastic restoring forces back into the respective locking position.
- the elastic return elements can be designed very differently. These may be springs, in particular coil springs, leaf springs or the like, but also bodies made of elastomer such as rubber rings, just to name a few examples.
- the elastic return elements can also be integrated directly into the bars and / or the counter bars by correspondingly elastically formed areas in the respective bar and / or counter latch are present or these are each completely elastic.
- the bolt is conveniently movable in or on the first buckle component, preferably pivotally mounted.
- the counter latch is expediently movable or preferably displaceable in or on the second buckle component, preferably a housing of the second buckle component.
- Particularly preferred embodiments provide that the counter latch between its locking position and its unlocked position is displaced back and forth, while the bolt is conveniently pivoted back and forth between its locking position and its unlocked position.
- the latch according to back and forth and / or the counter latch according to be swung back and forth.
- the latch can z.
- B. be pivotally mounted about a pivot axis, be inherently rigid component.
- the bolt is an elastically bendable component in itself, so z.
- B. is designed in the form of a spring tongue or at least one such.
- the one or more counter latch is movable by means of trigger trigger as well as by hand on the buckle from its or its locking position into its unlocking or are.
- the transmission line and all other interposed components of the buckle assembly must be operated with, particularly preferred embodiments provide in this context that the one or more counter-latch by manual operation of the Buckle and also by means of a transmission part, which is actuated by the trigger trigger, is movable from his or her locking position in his or her unlocked position or are, wherein the transmission part has an exemption for the operation of the counter-bar by hand.
- the release ensures that a single buckle can be operated by hand without having to move the mentioned components required for remote release.
- a separate engagement opening is provided for bolt and counter latch or for each bolt and each counter latch.
- preferred embodiments provide common engagement openings through which at least one latch and, conveniently, at least one counter latch are simultaneously accessible or actuatable from the outside by hand.
- the first buckle component has at least two, preferably at least four, latches that are pivotably mounted in at least two different, preferably normal, pivot planes.
- the buckles of the buckle assembly according to the invention may each have at least two, but also more than two buckle components, which can be locked together by means of bolt and counter latch and separated from each other.
- the buckles are conveniently so-called buckles, which serve to connect different, attached to the various buckle straps together by connecting the buckle components together.
- the buckle components can each have in the prior art per se known receiving openings for attaching the straps. It may be to receiving openings, which allow adjustment of the belt. But it may also be to receiving openings, where the belt is fixed in one position. This is known per se in buckles in the prior art and need not be explained further.
- the buckle assembly serves to operate a single buckle by means of the trigger trigger from a remote location.
- buckle arrangements according to the invention can also have a plurality of buckles.
- it has a plurality of buckles, which are connected via at least one, preferably one, transmission line, preferably in the form of a Bowden cable, with the trigger trigger or one, with the trigger trigger, preferably via a transmission line connected coupling device.
- the coupling device serves as a kind of multiplying station, which transmits the triggering pulse of the triggering trigger to all buckles connected to it by means of transmission lines.
- a reduction gear is arranged and / or acts between the buckle or buckles and the release trigger, preferably in the coupling device.
- the reduction gear ensures that the forces to be exerted on the trigger trigger by the operator by hand are limited even with several buckles of the buckle assembly to be actuated at the same time.
- Such reduction gear can basically be designed in various ways and ways.
- a preferred variant provides that the reduction gear has a with respect to a rotational axis, preferably concentrically, spaced and rotatable about the axis of rotation rotatable guide track for a connected to the trigger trigger pull rope.
- Preferred embodiments of the invention provide that a locking device, preferably ratchet-like acts on the reduction gear, wherein the locking device locks the reduction gear in its reset position in a return direction and in its release position, the reduction gear in the return direction for returning the or the counter latch in his or releases its locking position.
- a mechanism is to be understood, as in ratchets known per se, for example by means of corresponding interlocking spring-loaded teeth, movement in one direction and locks in the opposite direction, until a corresponding locking device is brought into its release position so that a provision is possible.
- buckle assemblies by actuating the trigger trigger, only the counter-latches are initially brought from their locking position into their unlocked position.
- this does not mean that the corresponding latch of the buckle or buckles are brought from their locking position to the unlocked position.
- This can be used as a safety measure when the forces required to operate the latch are so high that each latch must be brought individually by hand from its locking position to the unlocked position.
- the respective latch by hand from their locking position must be brought into its unlocked position.
- the bolt and / or the locking surface has or have at least one inclined surface, wherein the inclined surface is designed to support the movement of the bolt from its locking position to its unlocking position upon removal of the first buckle component from the further buckle component.
- the inclined surface is designed to support the movement of the bolt from its locking position to its unlocking position upon removal of the first buckle component from the further buckle component.
- the buckle assembly according to the invention on four buckles 1.
- Buckle assemblies according to the invention may have one, two, three, four but also more buckles 1.
- the buckles 1 are connected by means of the transmission lines 16 to the coupling device 17.
- the coupling device 17 of the first embodiment is connected via a transmission line 16 with the trigger trigger housing 25 and thus with the trigger trigger 15 in connection.
- each buckle 1 has a first buckle component 2 and a further buckle component 3. These are located in the Fig. 1 to 3 , as well as in most other Fig. In the connecting position in which they are connected to each other and locked by bolt 4 and counter latch 6 to each other. Both the latch 4 of the first buckle components 2 and the counter latch 6 of the other buckle components 3 are located in the Fig. 1 to 3 in the respective locking position. In this, each latch 4 engages behind a corresponding locking surface 5 of the respective further buckle component 3. In the illustrated embodiment, each latch 4 is locked in its locking position by means of a support surface 7 of a counter latch 6. This is clear in the section according to Fig. 18 and will be explained in more detail below.
- the further buckle components 3 each have a housing 10 into which the respective first buckle component 2 can be inserted and locked there.
- the housing 10 In order to make accessible upon actuation of the buckle by hand latch 4 and counter latch 6, the housing 10 depending Weil an engagement opening 12, in which the actuating surfaces 13 of the latch 4 and the actuating surfaces 14 of the counter latch 6 are accessible and operable from the outside , In order to bring the counter latch 6 by hand on the respective buckle 1 from its locking position into its unlocked position, must, for example, with one each Finger on the respective actuating surface 14 are pressed.
- the first buckle component 2 can be separated from the further buckle component 3.
- the first, here male, buckle component 2 is pulled out of the housing 10 of the further, here female, buckle component 3.

- Fig. 2 it is a plan view in which the cover 30 of the coupling device housing 36 of the coupling device 17 is removed.
- Fig. 3 an exploded view is shown, in which the construction of the coupling device 17 is particularly easy to see.
- the trigger trigger housing 25 and the coupling device 17, as I said separate components that communicate with each other via a Bowden cable 16.
- the pull cable 21 of the trigger trigger housing 25 with the coupling device 17 connecting Bowden cable 16 is pulled out a little way from the trigger trigger housing 25.
- this pull rope is connected in a Switzerlandseilfix ist 43 with a hub .33 of the reduction gear 18 and fixed thereto.
- the hub 33 has a, preferably concentric, spaced from the axis of rotation 19 extending and here together with the hub 33 about the axis of rotation 19 rotatable guide track 20 on.
- the traction cable 21, which is connected to the trigger trigger 15, is guided on this rotatable guide track 20 and fixed in the traction rope fixing 43.
- the turntable 33 is about their Rotary axis 19 is rotated in the coupling device housing 36.
- a concentric configuration of the guide track 20 with respect to the axis of rotation 19 a constant torque is achieved when pulling on the tripping trigger 15.
- rotary disc gear 34 is rotated about the axis of rotation 19.
- This turntable gear 34 engages a rack 32 of a balance rocker carrier 31.
- the balance rocker bracket 31 is in Fig. 4 shown separately again and slidably mounted on the guide body 28 in the coupling device housing 36. By pulling on the tripping trigger 15, the latter is displaced along the guide body 28 via the turntable 33 forming here the reduction gear 18 in cooperation with the said balance rocker carrier 31. In this movement, the balance rocker bracket 31 takes over the compensating rockers 26 with the means of the corresponding Werfix réelleen 43 to the compensating rockers 26 fixed traction ropes 21 of the leading to the individual buckles 1 Bowden cables 16 with.
- the compensating rockers 26 are each rotatable about their balance rocker fulcrums 27 and equal by a twist of the respective Bowden cable 16 possible deviations in the pulling path between the individual Bowden cables 16.
- the Bowden cables 16 transmit the pulling movement to the respective buckles 1.
- the tension cables 21 are fixed to the transmission parts 23.
- the transmission members 23 are moved by train on the traction cable 21 in each case in the manner in the buckle 1 that they move the respective counter latch 6 from its locking position to its unlocked position. How this is done in detail, will be discussed below on the basis of Fig. 17 to 24 explained.
- a ratchet mechanism is integrated in the reduction gear 18, which, as long as the locking device 22 is in its locking position, the reduction gear 18 is locked in its return direction.
- the locking device 22 is a lever which can be pivoted about the locking device rotation axis 37, which is fixed on the coupling device housing 36.
- the spring 29 presses this lever of the locking device 22 in its locking position.
- the toothing 11 formed on the locking device 22 engages in the toothing 35 of the rotary disk 33 one.
- the meshing engagement between the teeth 11 and 35 is designed so that when pulling the trigger trigger 15, the hub 33 and thus the guide track 20 can be rotated in this direction but is locked in the opposite direction.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 show an alternative embodiment of a trigger trigger 15 for the first embodiment.
- the trigger trigger housing 25 is reduced to the abutment 38.
- Fig. 5 is the abutment 38 completely shown.
- Fig. 6 the cover plate of the abutment 38 is omitted, so you can see the attachment of the shell of the Bowden cable 16.
- alternative trigger trigger 15 does not change the described operation of the first embodiment anything.
- FIGS. 7 and 8 show a second embodiment of the invention, which broadly corresponds to the first embodiment, so that only the differences will be discussed here.
- Fig. 7 shows an outside view
- Fig. 8 the lid 30 of the coupling device housing 36 is removed.
- the essential difference from the first exemplary embodiment is that a Bowden cable 16 between the tripping trigger 15 and the coupling device 17 and, correspondingly, a tripping trigger housing 25 or an abutment 38 has been dispensed with.
- the trigger trigger 15 is arranged directly on the coupling device 17. In its operation and the entire operation of the reduction gear 18, this does not change anything.
- Fig. 9 to 11 show a third inventive embodiment of a buckle assembly with only two buckles.
- Fig. 9 again shows an outside view
- Fig. 10 a representation in which the lid 30 is removed from the coupling device 17.
- Fig. 11 shows an exploded view of the third embodiment.
- Fig. 12 shows by way of example a fourth embodiment according to the invention with two coupling devices 17.
- Fig. 12 is in turn of the coupling devices 17, the lid 30 removed so that you can look into the interior of the coupling device housing 36.
- the provided for driving four buckles 1 coupling device 17 corresponds to the first embodiment.
- the standing with only two buckles 1 in connection second coupling device 17 corresponds to the third embodiment.
- both coupling devices 17 are connected via a Bowden cable 16 with a trigger trigger housing 25 in connection. Pulling on the common release trigger 15 simultaneously actuates both coupling seals 17 and thus all buckles 1 of this embodiment.
- a compensating rocker 26 is also provided in this embodiment on which, in the trigger trigger housing 25 longitudinally slidably mounted carriage 45, which is rotatable about the balance rocker pivot 27.
- FIGS. 13 and 14 show one as an alternative in the embodiment according to Fig. 12 usable trigger trigger 15, in which the length compensation function for the traction cables 21 is directly integrated.
- This is a common pull rope 21, which is guided around a compensation path 39 within a trigger trigger 15 constructed here in two shells.
- Fig. 14 is the trigger trigger housing 25 of this embodiment shown open, so you can see the compensation path 39.
- a corresponding abutment 38 is provided, which in Fig. 14 is also shown open.
- FIGS. 15 and 16 show an embodiment of the invention, in which the buckle assembly comprises a single buckle 1. This is connected directly via a corresponding Bowden cable 16 with the remote release trigger 15. In this way, even with only a single buckle 1, the counter latch 16 can be remotely operated by pulling on the trigger trigger 15. Since it is necessary to tighten the train on the tripping trigger 15 in this Auslanderüngsbeispiel only against the return elements 9 of the counter latch 6 a single buckle 1, was here waived a coupling device 17 and a corresponding reduction gear 18.
- Fig. 17 to 24 Now show different representations of the buckles 1, as they come in the previously described embodiments are used. Shown are only a single buckle 1 and their components.
- Fig. 17 shows a side view and the cutting plane AA.
- Fig. 18 shows the section along the cutting plane AA.
- Fig. 19 shows a plan view of the buckle 1 and the sectional plane BB.
- the section along the section plane BB is in Fig. 20 shown.
- Fig. 21 the buckle 1 is shown in an exploded view.
- Fig. 22 shows the transmission part 23.
- Fig. 23 shows a pair of Schmidtgeln. 6
- Fig. 24 shows the first buckle component 2 in a separate representation.
- Both the latch 4 of the first buckle component 2 and the counter latch 6 of the further buckle component 3 are each in their locking position.
- the latch 4 engage behind in this locking position depending on a locking surface 5 of the further buckle member 3.
- the counter latch 6 lock in this position by means of their support surfaces 7, the bolt 4 in its locked position.
- the counter latch 6 In order to bring the latch 4 in its unlocked position, the counter latch 6 must be brought into its unlocked position, so that the support surfaces 7 release the latch 4 in this embodiment. This can, as already described, be done by hand, by, for example, with one finger, in the Engaging openings 12 into it and presses on the actuating surfaces 13 and 14 of latch 4 and counter latch 6.
- the counter latch 6 are pushed back against the bias of their formed here as coil springs return elements 9 in the further buckle member 3, so that the support surfaces 7 release the latch 4.
- the latch 4 can then be pivoted by appropriate pressure on their actuating surfaces 13 inwards.
- the bolt 4 must be pressed against the designed as restoring elements resilient leg 8, Are both latch 4 and 6 counter latch in the unlocked position, the first buckle member 2 can be pulled out of the housing 10 of the other buckle part 3.
- a longitudinally displaceable mounted transmission member 23 is provided in the buckle 1.
- This has a Switzerlandseilfix ist 43, in which a pull cable 21 of a corresponding transmission line or a corresponding Bowden cable 16 can be mounted.
- a control pin 40 of the transmission part 23 engages in a free space 41 of the counter latch 6. This space 41 is limited by the stops 42.
- Fig. 24 is particularly good to see that in the illustrated embodiment, the latch 4 are equipped with inclined surfaces 24, with which they rest against the locking surfaces 5. Due to the existence of the inclined surfaces 24, it is when the counter latch 6 are by remote control in its unlocked position, possible to bring by correspondingly tight train on the first buckle member 2, the latch 4 in its unlocked position without having to press the.Germanriens vom 13. This serves, for example, in an emergency, after having brought the counter latch 6 by means of remote release into its unlocked position, the latch 4 of the various buckles 1 of the system need not solve individually, but by appropriately strong pulling on the first buckle components 2 or so connected straps can bring the latch 4 in its unlocked position, so as to be able to separate the buckle components 2 and 3 from each other.
- both the locking surfaces 5 and the latches 4 have corresponding oblique surfaces to support the movement of the respective latch 4 from its locking position to its unlocked position when the first buckle component 2 is removed from the further buckle component 3. But it can also be provided 24 only on the latch 4 or only on the locking surface 5 corresponding inclined surfaces.
- the return elements 8 and 9 of the latch 4 and counter latch 6 can also be designed differently.
- both counter latch 6 and 4 latch can perform both a pivotal and a linear movement on their way from their locking position to their unlocked position and back.
- the buckle components 2 and 3 visible Gurtbefest onlysschlitze are provided in the Fig. With which the buckle components can be attached to straps or the like.
- other fastening means for fastening the buckle components 2 and 3 may be provided on straps or other bodies.
- the trigger trigger housing 25, the abutments 38 or on the transmission lines 16 fastening means, such as Gurtschlitze be provided for attachment of these components to straps or other bodies.

In the above applications, the buckles must be easy to operate and with the least possible effort to separate the buckle components from each other. On the other hand, the buckles when they are in the connection position and the one or more bars are in his or her locking position, but also withstand large tensile loads without being accidentally opened. An unintentional or accidental conditional opening of the connection between the buckle components is in the above-mentioned applications usually inevitably avoided.
The task is to improve a generic buckle assembly.
This is inventively achieved with a Buckelnanorcanung according to
A basic idea of the present invention is therefore to provide, in addition to the at least one latch of the first buckle component, at least one counter-latch on the second buckle component, which ensures that in the locking position of the bolt and the counter-bolt, the two buckle components are particularly firmly connected to each other, ie high tensile forces be able to record. Furthermore, this also increases the reliability, since to separate the buckle components from each other both the bolt and the counter latch must be moved into the respective unlocked position. An accidental release of the two buckle components from each other is very unlikely or completely prevented. Preferably, by a connection of the trigger trigger with the counter latch via a transmission line of the counter-trigger from the trigger trigger, and thus from a remote location, movable into its unlocked position.
In principle, it is conceivable that the first buckle component also has a locking surface, which is engaged behind in the locking position of the counter-bolt. Particularly preferred embodiments of the invention provide that the counter latch has at least one support surface and, in its locking position with its support surface, locks the or at least one of the latches in its locking position. In other words, it is thus provided in these embodiments that the support surface of the Gegehriegels the bolt when both latch and counter latch are in the respective locking position, supported so that the bolt can not be moved to its unlocked position, as long as the counter latch is in its locked position. In these embodiments, the counter latch must then be brought first or at least simultaneously with the latch from its locking position to its unlocked position, so that the latch can be moved to its unlocked position. Only when the latch and counter latch are both actuated appropriately can the buckle components be separated.
For completeness, it should be noted that even if in the claims of the bolt and the counter latch in places only in the singular is mentioned, a variety of embodiments are conceivable. The first buckle component but one or more, such. B. have two, four or six bars of the type described. The same applies to the second buckle component. This may also have one, but also two or more counter-locking bars, which function in the manner described or interact with one or more latches of the first buckle component.
The connection position of the buckle components is understood to mean the position in which the buckle components have been brought into contact with one another and / or in contact with one another in such a way that the bolt can be brought into its locking position or, if it is not, in particular by external forces, is held automatically. The fact that the buckle components are in this connection position, but does not say anything about the actual position of the bolt and / or the counter-bolt. Both can be located in corresponding embodiments in the connection position of the buckle components both in their locking position and in their unlocked position. Conveniently, however, it is provided that the bolt and / or the counter bolt is biased or are and in the connecting position of the buckle components automatically occupies the, preferably respective, locking position or occupy, unless he or she, in particular by external forces, is prevented or become.
The locking position of the bolt is the position in which this engages behind the associated locking surface of the second buckle component. The unlocking position of the bolt is the position in which the bolt releases the locking surface of the second buckle component. So that the buckle components can be separated from each other, the bolt or all the bolts of the first buckle component must therefore be in the unlocked position. The locking position of the counter-bolt is that position in which the counter-latch locks the bolt in its locking position or a corresponding locking surface engages behind the first buckle component. The unlocking position of the counter-bolt is in each case the position in which it releases the said components. The engaging behind the respective buckle component with latch and / or counter latch as well as the locking of the bolt in its locking position by means of the support surface of the counter-bolt is advantageously carried out via a corresponding positive connection. The term of grasping is in its most general version in the sense of fix or to understand to understand.
In general, the buckle components are formed so that one of the buckle components has a male, outwardly projecting extension, with which it engages or is inserted into a corresponding recess of the other buckle component in the connecting position of the two buckle components. In this sense, it is common to speak of a male and a female buckle component. However, mixed forms are also conceivable in the invention, in which both buckle components have corresponding projections and recesses with which they then engage in each other in the connecting position.
In preferred embodiments, it is provided that the first buckle component has at least one elastic return element, which biases the bolt in the direction of its locking position. The same applies favorably also for the second buckle component or the counter bolt. Here, too, it is thus advantageously provided that the second buckle component has at least one elastic return element, which biases the counterbolt in the direction of its locking position. The reset elements are each conveniently designed so that they, as soon as bolt and / or counter latch are released, move them back by means of their elastic restoring forces back into the respective locking position. The elastic return elements can be designed very differently. These may be springs, in particular coil springs, leaf springs or the like, but also bodies made of elastomer such as rubber rings, just to name a few examples. However, the elastic return elements can also be integrated directly into the bars and / or the counter bars by correspondingly elastically formed areas in the respective bar and / or counter latch are present or these are each completely elastic. The bolt is conveniently movable in or on the first buckle component, preferably pivotally mounted. The counter latch, on the other hand, is expediently movable or preferably displaceable in or on the second buckle component, preferably a housing of the second buckle component. Particularly preferred embodiments provide that the counter latch between its locking position and its unlocked position is displaced back and forth, while the bolt is conveniently pivoted back and forth between its locking position and its unlocked position. Of course, but also the latch according to back and forth and / or the counter latch according to be swung back and forth. The latch can z. B. be pivotally mounted about a pivot axis, be inherently rigid component. Alternatively and / or in addition, however, it is also conceivable that the bolt is an elastically bendable component in itself, so z. B. is designed in the form of a spring tongue or at least one such.
In preferred embodiments of the invention, it is provided that the one or more counter latch is movable by means of trigger trigger as well as by hand on the buckle from its or its locking position into its unlocking or are. In order for an actuation of the counter-bolt by hand directly on the buckle not the trigger trigger, the transmission line and all other interposed components of the buckle assembly must be operated with, particularly preferred embodiments provide in this context that the one or more counter-latch by manual operation of the Buckle and also by means of a transmission part, which is actuated by the trigger trigger, is movable from his or her locking position in his or her unlocked position or are, wherein the transmission part has an exemption for the operation of the counter-bar by hand. The release ensures that a single buckle can be operated by hand without having to move the mentioned components required for remote release.
In the connecting position of the buckle members should both bar and counter latch can be conveniently brought by manual operation from the outside of its locking position in the respective unlocked position. Preferred embodiments of the invention provide for this purpose that a housing of the buckle, preferably of the second buckle component, at least one, preferably common, externally accessible engagement opening and the latch and / or the counter latch, preferably each, at least one actuating surface has or have, wherein the actuating surface or the actuating surfaces in the Verb.indungsstellung the buckle components and in the locking position of the bolt and / or the counter-bolt from the outside through the engagement opening by hand is operable. It is basically conceivable that a separate engagement opening is provided for bolt and counter latch or for each bolt and each counter latch. However, preferred embodiments provide common engagement openings through which at least one latch and, conveniently, at least one counter latch are simultaneously accessible or actuatable from the outside by hand.
Embodiments of the invention are possible in which the first buckle component has at least two, preferably at least four, latches that are pivotably mounted in at least two different, preferably normal, pivot planes.
In principle, it should be noted that the buckles of the buckle assembly according to the invention may each have at least two, but also more than two buckle components, which can be locked together by means of bolt and counter latch and separated from each other. The buckles are conveniently so-called buckles, which serve to connect different, attached to the various buckle straps together by connecting the buckle components together. The buckle components can each have in the prior art per se known receiving openings for attaching the straps. It may be to receiving openings, which allow adjustment of the belt. But it may also be to receiving openings, where the belt is fixed in one position. This is known per se in buckles in the prior art and need not be explained further.
In principle, it is conceivable that the buckle assembly serves to operate a single buckle by means of the trigger trigger from a remote location.
However, buckle arrangements according to the invention can also have a plurality of buckles. In these, it is conveniently provided that it has a plurality of buckles, which are connected via at least one, preferably one, transmission line, preferably in the form of a Bowden cable, with the trigger trigger or one, with the trigger trigger, preferably via a transmission line connected coupling device. Conveniently, the coupling device serves as a kind of multiplying station, which transmits the triggering pulse of the triggering trigger to all buckles connected to it by means of transmission lines.
If the buckle arrangement has a plurality of buckles and these should be actuatable simultaneously by a single release trigger, this can very quickly lead to considerable forces having to be expended on the release trigger in order to open all the buckles. To avoid this, preferred embodiments of the invention provide that a reduction gear is arranged and / or acts between the buckle or buckles and the release trigger, preferably in the coupling device. The reduction gear ensures that the forces to be exerted on the trigger trigger by the operator by hand are limited even with several buckles of the buckle assembly to be actuated at the same time.
Such reduction gear can basically be designed in various ways and ways. A preferred variant provides that the reduction gear has a with respect to a rotational axis, preferably concentrically, spaced and rotatable about the axis of rotation rotatable guide track for a connected to the trigger trigger pull rope. As a result, a relatively small force can be converted into a large torque, which makes it easier to operate with little effort a variety of buckles simultaneously.
Preferred embodiments of the invention provide that a locking device, preferably ratchet-like acts on the reduction gear, wherein the locking device locks the reduction gear in its reset position in a return direction and in its release position, the reduction gear in the return direction for returning the or the counter latch in his or releases its locking position. Under ratchet-like in this context, a mechanism is to be understood, as in ratchets known per se, for example by means of corresponding interlocking spring-loaded teeth, movement in one direction and locks in the opposite direction, until a corresponding locking device is brought into its release position so that a provision is possible. If such a locking device is used in buckle arrangements according to the invention with a corresponding reduction gear, then it can be provided that, after the trigger trigger has been actuated, the or the Counter latch can only then be moved back from its unlocked position into its locking position when the locking device is brought into its release position and thus the reduction gear is released. To reset elastic return elements such as springs can be integrated into the coupling device and / or the reduction gear. But it is just as well possible that only elastic return elements are provided for returning the counter latch, which are integrated into the buckle or in the other-buckle component. These elastic return elements in the buckles can then act directly or indirectly on the counter latch.
In buckle assemblies according to the invention, by actuating the trigger trigger, only the counter-latches are initially brought from their locking position into their unlocked position. However, this does not mean that the corresponding latch of the buckle or buckles are brought from their locking position to the unlocked position. This can be used as a safety measure when the forces required to operate the latch are so high that each latch must be brought individually by hand from its locking position to the unlocked position. But there are also variants according to the invention, in which after unlocking the counter latch by trigger trigger not on each buckle, the respective latch by hand from their locking position must be brought into its unlocked position. These variants provide that the bolt and / or the locking surface has or have at least one inclined surface, wherein the inclined surface is designed to support the movement of the bolt from its locking position to its unlocking position upon removal of the first buckle component from the further buckle component. In these variants, it is then possible that no longer each bar individually must be opened by hand. It is then enough to pull on the first buckle component itself. The inclined surfaces then ensure that when a certain force threshold is exceeded, the bolts are brought from the inclined surfaces in their unlocked positions, so that the first buckle components can be deducted from the other buckle components. However, this is preferred in any case only if the respective cooperating with the bars counter latch are in their unlocked position.

In the first embodiment, the buckle assembly according to the invention on four
In the first embodiment as well as in all other embodiments shown here, 16 Bowden cables are used as transmission lines. This is a very reliable and reliable form of the
In the exemplary embodiments shown, the
In order to simultaneously bring all the

In the embodiment shown, a ratchet mechanism is integrated in the

In order to bring the
