Claims (8)

  1. Trägervorrichtung für Hebe-Schiebe-Tür oder Fenster (1), wobei die Tür oder das Fenster mindestens einen festen Rahmen (2) und einen Flügel (3) umfasst, horizontal verschiebbar relativ zum Rahmen (2) zwischen einer offenen Stellung und einer geschlossenen Stellung, wobei die Trägervorrichtung mindestens einen Hauptträger (4, 5) umfasst, in Verwendung verbunden mit dem unterseitigen Kreuzstück (6) des Flügels (3) und ruhend auf einer horizontalen Grundschiene (7), um das Verschieben des Flügels (3) sowohl in die Öffnungs- als auch die Schließrichtung zu erlauben, wobei die mindestens eine Hauptträgervorrichtung (4, 5) umfasst:
    - einen ersten Rahmen vom Kastentyp (8), aufweisend einen oberen Abschnitt (8a), ausgelegt, um in Verwendung mit dem unteren Kreuzstück (6) des Flügels gekuppelt zu werden;
    - einen zweiten Rahmen (9), tragend ein Räderpaar (10, 11), das in Verwendung ruhend auf der Schiene (7) positioniert ist, wobei der zweite Rahmen (9) ausgelegt ist, um eine Schwenkbewegung der zwei Räder (10, 11) um einen einzelnen Schwenkpunkt (P1) zu erlauben;
    - einen Verbindungsmechanismus (12) zum Heben und Senken des Flügels (3) relativ zur Schiene (7), entsprechend jeweils der offenen und der geschlossenen Stellung des Flügels (3), wobei der Verbindungsmechanismus (12) zwischen dem ersten Rahmen (8) und in Verwendung einer Antriebsverbindung (13), gesteuert durch einen Griff (14), positioniert am Flügel (3), positioniert ist und wirkt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsmechanismus (12) auch mit dem zweiten Rahmen (9) verbunden ist, um eine Bewegung in beide Richtungen des Räderpaars (10, 11) auf der Schiene (7) während der Hebe- und Senkbewegung des Flügels (3) zu erlauben und das Räderpaar (10, 11) zentriert relativ zum ersten Rahmen (8) während des Hebens oder Senkens beizubehalten, wobei der Verbindungsmechanismus (12) eine erste proximale Bewegungsstange (12a) aufweist, die mittels eines Gelenks an drei verschiedenen Punkten (P4, P5, P2) jeweils mit dem ersten Rahmen (8), der Antriebsverbindung (13) und dem zweiten Rahmen (9) verbunden ist, wobei der Verbindungsmechanismus (12) auch eine zweite Stange (12b) umfasst, distal relativ zur Antriebsverbindung (13) angeordnet, mittels eines Gelenks verbunden mit dem ersten Rahmen (8) an einem Punkt (P6) an einem Ende und am anderen Ende mittels eines Gelenks verbunden an einem einzelnen Punkt (P3) mit dem zweiten Rahmen (9) und einer steifen Verbindungseinheit (17) der Trägervorrichtung, verbunden mindestens mit dem Kreuzstück (6) des Flügels (3), und wobei der erste Rahmen (8) eine Oberfläche (15, 16) umfasst, geformt an jedem ihrer Enden und ausgelegt, um einen Kontaktführungsnocken für die Gelenkverbindungspunkte (P2, P3) des Verbindungsmechanismus (12) zu bilden, verbunden mit der Antriebsverbindung (13) und jeweils mit der steifen Verbindungseinheit (17), wobei jede geformte Oberfläche (15, 16) einen Trägerpunkt des ersten Rahmens (8) an den Gelenkverbindungspunkten (P2, P3) an der angehobenen Öffnungsposition des Flügels (3) bildet.
  2. Trägervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die steife Verbindungseinheit (17) in Serie mit einem Hilfsträger (5) angeordnet ist.
  3. Trägervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der zweite Rahmen (9) zwei flache Platten (9a, 9b) umfasst, die teilweise im ersten Rahmen (8) untergebracht sind und relativ zum ersten Rahmen (8) bewegbar sind, wobei jede Platte (9a, 9b) mittels eines Gelenks an seinen entsprechenden Enden mit dem Verbindungsmechanismus (12) verbunden ist.
  4. Trägervorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die zwei flachen Platten (9a, 9b) einen zweiten Rahmen (9) bilden, aufweisend einen einzelnen Schwenkpunkt (P1) für das Räderpaar (10, 11) in einem Zwischenbereich relativ zu den zwei Gelenkverbindungspunkten (P2, P3) mit dem Verbindungsmechanismus (12).
  5. Trägervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Räderpaar (10, 11) drehbar an einem Paar horizontaler Kippvorrichtungen (18, 19) fixiert ist, bildend einen weiteren unabhängigen Rahmen im zweiten Rahmen (9), aufweisend den zentralen Schwenkpunkt (P1), der mittels eines Gelenks mit dem zweiten Rahmen (9) verbunden ist.
  6. Trägervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend einen zweiten Träger (5), aufweisend:
    - einen ersten Rahmen vom Kastentyp (8), aufweisend einen oberen Abschnitt (8a), ausgelegt, um in Verwendung mit dem unteren Kreuzstück (6) des Flügels (3) gekuppelt zu werden;
    - einen zweiten Rahmen (9), tragend ein Räderpaar (10, 11), das in Verwendung ruhend auf der Schiene (7) positioniert ist, wobei der zweite Rahmen (9) ausgelegt ist, um eine Schwenkbewegung der zwei Räder (10, 11) um einen einzelnen Schwenkpunkt (P1) zu erlauben;
    - einen Verbindungsmechanismus (12) zum Heben und Senken des Flügels (3) relativ zur Schiene (7), entsprechend jeweils der offenen und der geschlossenen Stellung des Flügels (3), wobei der Verbindungsmechanismus (12) zwischen dem ersten Rahmen (8) und in Verwendung der steifen Verbindungseinheit (17) in Serie mit dem Hauptträger (4) positioniert ist und wirkt.
  7. Trägervorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei der erste Rahmen (8) des Hilfsträgers (5) einen rückseitigen Endhohlraum (21) zur Unterbringung eines elastischen Hilfselements (22) umfasst, das zwischen dem ersten Rahmen (8) und dem Verbindungsmechanismus (12) eingesetzt ist und während des Hebens des Flügels (3) auf den Verbindungsmechanismus (12) drückt.
  8. Trägervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der erste Rahmen (8) seinen jeweiligen oberen Abschnitt (8a) umfasst, ausgebildet, um zwei Kupplungsrillen (S1, S2) in einem Kanal (6c), bestehend aus dem unterseitigen Kreuzstück (6) des Flügels (3), zu formen.
