Der Backblechrand (21) wird durch gängige technische Verfahren wie Formen, Biegen u.a. fertiggestellt. Optional können alle vier Ränder des Backblechs (20) genauso fertiggestellt werden. Das Einschieben ist fertig, wenn das Backblech (20) ganz im Backraum (10) ist. Das Backblech (20) wird aus dem Backraum (10) horizontal herausgenommen, wenn man das Backblech (20) herausnehmen will. Das Backblech (20) ist dann raus, wenn die seitliche Stütze (30) aus der Führungsschiene (210) ganz herausgenommen wird.
