Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif (1), notamment pour l'empilage de produits d'impression, la fabrication d'un corps d'ouvrage (3) à partir de courant (2) provenant desdits produits d'impression (4), ledit courant (2) comprenant les produits d'impression (4) du corps d'ouvrage (3) en ordre séquentiel, un produit d'impression (4) dudit corps d'ouvrage (3) présentant une marque de commande (21), ledit dispositif (1) présentant une installation de détection (20) destinée à la détection de ladite marque de commande (21), ledit dispositif (1) présentant un dispositif de séparation (40) en vue de la séparation des produits d'impression de l'ordre séquentiel de produits d'impression (4) correspondant à un corps d'ouvrage (3) des produits d'impression (4) suivants du courant (2), ledit dispositif (1) destiné à la séparation des produits d'impression étant configuré en fonction d'un premier signal de détection de ladite installation de détection (20), ledit dispositif (1) présentant une tête d'encollage (30, 30') destinée à l'application de colle sur un produit d'impression (4) de l'ordre séquentiel de produits d'impression (4) correspondant au corps d'ouvrage (3), ledit dispositif (1) étant configuré en vue de l'application de colle en fonction d'un deuxième signal de détection de ladite installation de détection (20), caractérisé en ce que le courant est un courant imbriqué.
  2. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite marque de commande (21) est imprimée sur le produit d'impression (4), en particulier dans la zone des marges de rognage inférieure et supérieure et/ou du verso (4'), ledit produit d'impression (4) présentant notamment ladite marque de commande (21) sur le côté tourné vers un des produits d'impression (4) suivants dudit courant imbriqué (2).
  3. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite marque de commande (21) dudit produit d'impression (4) comprend une première marque partielle et une seconde marque partielle, ou juste une première marque partielle.
  4. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite installation de détection (20) présente un premier capteur et un deuxième capteur, ou juste un premier capteur pour la détection de ladite marque de commande (21).
  5. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite installation de détection (20) comprend un capteur optique, en particulier une caméra et/ou un lecteur laser.
  6. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de séparation (40) comprend une griffe mobile (43, 43') en fonction du premier signal de détection, ladite griffe (43, 43') étant configurée notamment en vue du chevauchement par-dessous de l'ordre séquentiel de produits d'impression (4) affecté à un corps d'ouvrage (3) en effectuant un mouvement dans une direction perpendiculaire à une direction de transport (100) locale dudit courant imbriqué (2), notamment en parallèle par rapport à la direction du champ de gravité terrestre.
  7. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tête d'encollage (30, 30') est configurée pour l'application de colle sous la forme d'un point de colle (33) et/ou d'un cordon de colle (33), notamment dans la zone des marges de rognage inférieure et supérieure et/ou du verso (4') desdits produits d'impression (4) du corps d'ouvrage (3).
  8. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tête d'encollage (30, 30') présente une buse de colle (32) d'un diamètre d'ouverture entre 0,01 mm et 1 mm, de préférence entre 0,1 mm et 0,5 mm, tout particulièrement préféré entre 0,3 mm et 0,4 mm ou entre 0,2 mm et 0,3 mm destinée à l'application de colle sur lesdits produits d'impression (4), notamment dans la zone des marges de rognage inférieure et supérieure et/ou du verso (4') desdits produits d'impression (4) du corps d'ouvrage (3).
  9. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif (1) présente un élément d'impression destiné à la réalisation d'un joint de colle à l'aide de l'application de colle entre lesdits produits d'impression (4) du corps d'ouvrage (3).
  10. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite marque de commande (21) comprend un code bidimensionnel, notamment un QR code, ledit code bidimensionnel présentant une information de commande.
  11. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite information de commande comprend un des informations sur le nombre et/ou la position desdits produits d'impression (4) affectés à un corps d'ouvrage (3) à l'intérieur dudit courant imbriqué (2), desdits produits d'impression (4) à enduire de colle à l'intérieur dudit courant imbriqué (2) et/ou desdits points de colle (33) et/ou desdits cordons de colle (33) à appliquer sur lesdits produits d'impression (4).
  12. Procédé destiné à l'utilisation d'un dispositif (1), notamment pour l'empilage de produits d'impression, la fabrication d'un corps d'ouvrage (3) à partir d'un courant (2) provenant desdits produits d'impression (4), ledit courant (2) comprenant les produits d'impression (4) du corps d'ouvrage (3) en ordre séquentiel, un produit d'impression (4) dudit corps d'ouvrage (3) présentant une marque de commande (21), ledit dispositif (1) et le procédé destiné à l'empilage de produits d'impression (1) présentant une installation de détection (20) destinée à la détection de ladite marque de commande (21), ledit dispositif (1) présentant un dispositif de séparation (40) en vue de la séparation des produits d'impression de l'ordre séquentiel de produits d'impression (4) correspondant à un corps d'ouvrage (3) des produits d'impression (4) suivants du courant (2), ledit dispositif (1) destiné à la séparation des produits d'impression étant configuré en fonction d'un premier signal de détection de ladite installation de détection (20), ladite marque de commande (21) de l'installation de détection (20) étant détectée dans une première étape de procédé, un premier signal de détection et un deuxième signal de détection étant générés, de la colle étant appliquée à l'aide de ladite tête d'encollage (30) sur un produit d'impression (4) de l'ordre séquentiel de produits d'impression (4) correspondant au corps d'ouvrage (3) lors d'une deuxième étape de procédé en fonction du deuxième signal de détection, une séparation des produits d'impression de l'ordre séquentiel de produits d'impression (4) correspondant à un corps d'ouvrage (3) des produits d'impression (4) suivants du courant imbriqué (2) étant effectuée à l'aide du dispositif de séparation (40) dans une troisième étape de procédé en fonction du premier signal de détection.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que de la colle est appliquée lors de la deuxième étape de procédé uniquement sur des produits d'impressions (4) qui présentent une marque partielle.
  14. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que de la colle est appliquée sur lesdits produits d'impression (4) sous la forme d'un point de colle (33) et/ou d'un cordon de colle (33), notamment dans la zone des marges de rognage inférieure et supérieure et/ou du verso (4') desdits produits d'impression (4) du corps d'ouvrage (3) lors de la deuxième étape de procédé.
  15. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de séparation (40) comprend une griffe mobile (43, 43') en fonction du premier signal de détection, ladite griffe (43, 43') effectuant durant le chevauchement par-dessous de l'ordre séquentiel de produits d'impression (4) affecté à un corps d'ouvrage (3) un mouvement dans une direction perpendiculaire à une direction de transport (100) locale dudit courant imbriqué (2), notamment en parallèle par rapport à la direction du champ de gravité terrestre.
