Claims (4)

  1. Perceuse à percussion comprenant :
    une section de mécanisme d'impact linéaire (115) adaptée pour appliquer une force d'impact à un embout d'outil (119) dans une direction axiale de l'embout d'outil (119), et
    une section de mécanisme d'entraînement rotatif (117) adaptée pour faire tourner l'embout d'outil (119) autour d'un axe de l'embout d'outil (119), où
    un impact rotatif peut être appliqué sur l'embout d'outil (119) dans une direction de rotation,
    l'impact rotatif est appliqué lorsqu'un couple de résistance appliqué à l'embout d'outil (119) atteint une valeur de couple prédéterminée, et
    la section de mécanisme d'entraînement rotatif (117) comprend un premier engrenage de transmission (141) monté sur un arbre intermédiaire (125), un second engrenage de transmission (142) en prise avec le premier engrenage de transmission (141) et amené à tourner autour de l'axe de l'embout d'outil (119), un élément de frappe rotatif (147) qui tourne avec le second engrenage de transmission (142) et une enclume (149) adaptée pour être tournée par l'élément de frappe rotatif (147),

    un ressort de sollicitation (155) est disposé à l'extérieur du manchon (143) et comporte une extrémité arrière maintenue en contact avec une surface avant de l'élément de réception de ressort (161) et une extrémité avant maintenue en contact avec la surface d'extrémité arrière de l'élément de frappe rotatif (147), et
    l'élément de réception de ressort (161) est monté sur le manchon (143) de telle sorte qu'il peut coulisser dans la direction axiale, ainsi la position de l'élément de réception de ressort (161) peut être ajustée par opération manuelle externe de l'élément de réception de ressort (161) de telle sorte que la valeur prédéterminée du couple peut être ajustée manuellement.
  2. Perceuse à percussion tel que défini dans la revendication 1, dans laquelle :
    la section de mécanisme d'entraînement rotatif (117) peut être commutée entre un état d'opération dans lequel l'impact rotatif est appliqué à l'embout d'outil (119) et un état hors opérationnel dans lequel l'impact rotatif n'est pas appliqué à l'embout d'outil (119).
  3. Perceuse à percussion tel que défini dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, dans laquelle :
    l'élément de frappe rotatif (147) peut être entraîné sélectivement en rotation dans une direction ou dans l'autre autour de l'axe de l'embout d'outil (119), et la force d'impact peut être appliquée à l'embout d'outil (119) à la fois dans une direction et dans l'autre direction en modifiant le sens de rotation.
  4. Perceuse à percussion tel que défini dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle :
    un mode d'entraînement peut être commuté entre un mode de perçage à percussion dans lequel l'embout d'outil (119) est amené à effectuer à la fois un mouvement de frappe dans la direction axiale et une rotation autour de l'axe et un mode de perçage dans lequel l'embout d'outil (119) est amené à effectuer uniquement une rotation autour de l'axe, et l'impact rotatif est appliqué à l'embout d'outil (119) via la section de mécanisme d'entraînement rotatif (117) dans le mode de perçage à percussion et le mode de perçage.
