Abstract

Procédé d'exploitation d'une ligne de chemin de fer pourvue d'éléments de ligne qui sont commandés par un ordinateur (1, 1.1, 1.2) à sûreté technique en matière de signalisation qui exécute de manière cyclique une routine de vérification (5; 5.1, 5.2), ainsi que ligne de chemin de fer équipée pour la mise en oeuvre dudit procédé. L'objet de la présente invention est d'économiser de l'énergie et des coûts. A cet effet, l'ordinateur (1; 1.1, 1.2) fonctionne selon les besoins en mode actif (3) ou en mode de veille (4), ledit ordinateur (1; 1.1, 1.2) en mode de veille (5) étant commuté en mode actif (3) pour la durée de la routine de vérification (5; 5.1, 5.2) au moyen d'une logique de commutation (6; 6.1, 6.2, 6.3) à sûreté technique en matière de signalisation.
