Claims (12)

  1. Presse radiale comprenant une structure de base et un outil de pressage (5) reçu dedans, sachant que la structure de base présente deux éléments structurels (1, 2) mobiles (A) l'un par rapport à l'autre au moyen d'une unité d'entraînement, et l'outil de pressage comprend une pluralité de mâchoires de pressage (9 ; 15 ; 27) disposées sur un axe de la presse (6) qui s'appuient de façon coulissante, par des agencements de surfaces coulissantes (10 ; 16, 20 ; 28), sur des agencements de contre-surfaces (11 ; 23, 31 ; 26) correspondants, attribués aux éléments structurels, caractérisée en ce
    qu'au moins au niveau respectivement d'un des agencements de surfaces coulissantes et de contre-surfaces (10, 11; 16, 31 ; 20, 23 ; 28, 26) coopérant, l'appui supportant la charge des mâchoires de pressage (9 ; 15 ; 27) sur l'élément structurel (1 ; 2) concerné a lieu dans deux zones distantes l'une de l'autre, entre lesquelles se trouve un espace libre (F) sans fonction de support de charge s'étendant dans le sens de glissement de la mâchoire de pressage concernée par rapport à l'élément structurel correspondant, sachant que dans les deux zones de support de charge des agencements de surfaces coulissantes et de contre-surfaces coopérant respectifs, le plan de glissement est identique.
  2. Presse radiale selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les espaces libres (F) sont formés respectivement par des évidements (17) prévus sur les mâchoires de pressage (15) au niveau des agencements de surface coulissante (16), s'étendant dans le sens de glissement de la mâchoire de pressage concernée par rapport à l'élément structurel correspondant, lesquels définissent sur l'agencement de surface de glissement respectif, deux tronçons de surface de glissement (18) séparés, coplanaires, distants l'un de l'autre, entre lesquels passe l'évidement correspondant.
  3. Presse radiale selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que des tôles de glissement (12) sont disposées entre les mâchoires de pressage (9) et les éléments structurels (1, 2), sachant que les espaces libres (F) sont formés respectivement par des évidements (13) prévus sur l'élément structurel (1) au niveau des surfaces de pose pour les tôles de glissement, s'étendant dans le sens de glissement de la mâchoire de pressage concernée par rapport à l'élément structurel, lesquels définissent sur l'élément structurel respectif, deux zones (14) séparées physiquement, coplanaires, distantes l'une de l'autre, sur lesquelles repose la tôle de glissement correspondante respective.

Presse radiale selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les mâchoires de pressage reposent sur les éléments structurels en glissement direct et les espaces libres sont formés respectivement par des évidements prévus sur l'élément structurel au niveau des agencements de contre-surfaces, s'étendant dans le sens de glissement de la mâchoire de pressage concernée par rapport à l'élément structurel, lesquels définissent sur l'agencement de contre-surfaces respectif, deux tronçons de contre-surfaces séparés physiquement, coplanaires, distants l'un de l'autre, entre lesquels passe l'évidement correspondant.
  5. Presse radiale selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les espaces libres sont formés respectivement par des évidements (22 ; 25) qui sont prévus sur des tôles de glissement (21 ; 24) reposant sur l'élément structurel et qui s'étendent dans le sens de glissement de la mâchoire de pressage (15 ; 27) concernée par rapport à l'élément structurel correspondant, sachant que des deux côtés des évidements figurent des zones supportant la charge qui reposent tant sur l'élément structurel que sur la mâchoire de pressage respective.
  6. Presse radiale selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les évidements (22 ; 25) sur les tôles de glissement (21 ; 24) sont conçus au niveau des agencements de contre-surface (23 ; 26), ce par quoi les zones supportant la charge sont définies par des tronçons de contre-surface (30 ; 29) distants l'un de l'autre.
  7. Presse radiale selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la largeur des espaces libres (F), transversale au sens de glissement de la mâchoire de pressage (9 ; 15 ; 27) concernée, définie par rapport à l'élément structurel correspondant, correspond à au moins 15 % de la somme des largeurs des deux zones supportant la charge.
  8. Presse radiale selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la largeur des espaces libres (F) correspond à au moins 35 %, particulièrement de préférence à au moins 50 % de la somme des largeurs des deux zones supportant la charge.
  9. Presse radiale selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la profondeur des espaces libres (F) est d'au moins 0,5 % de leur largeur transversale au sens de glissement de la mâchoire de pressage (9 ; 15 ; 27) concernée, définie par rapport à l'élément structurel correspondant.
  10. Presse radiale selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que les deux zones supportant la charge des agencements de surfaces coulissantes et de contre-surfaces (10, 11; 16, 31 ; 20, 23 ; 28, 26) respectifs coopérant, présentent essentiellement la même largeur transversale au sens de glissement de la mâchoire de pressage (9 ; 15 ; 27) concernée, définie par rapport à l'élément structurel correspondant.
  11. Presse radiale selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce qu'il s'agit d'une presse à étrier comprenant deux éléments structurels (1, 2) conçus en tant qu'étrier de presse (3, 4), mobiles entre eux transversalement à l'axe de la presse (6), sachant que les espaces libres (F) s'étendent dans le sens périphérique par rapport à l'axe de la presse.
  12. Presse radiale selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce qu'il s'agit d'une presse à pistons creux ou d'une presse à plaques de pression comprenant deux éléments structurels (1, 2) mobiles entre deux en direction de l'axe de la presse, sachant que les espaces libres (F) s'étendent dans des plans axiaux.
