Claims (11)

  1. Élément de sécurisation (10) pour le montage mural de corps de chauffe,
    sachant que l'élément de sécurisation (10) peut être fixé contre une patte (40)
    et sachant qu'est prévue une unité de montage (60) présentant une tête de montage (61) fixée contre le mur et qui présente de préférence un excentrique (62),
    sachant que l'élément de sécurisation (10) comprend un réceptacle (21) dans lequel la patte (40) peut être introduite au moins localement par son côté inférieur (41) pour retenir ainsi la patte (40),
    sachant que l'élément de sécurisation (10) présente une fixation (20) comprenant un corps (23) et au moins une saillie (24) et contre lequel une surface d'appui (22) ou surface de contact pour la tête de montage (61) ou l'excentrique (62) est prévue,
    sachant que contre la fixation (20) et/ou contre la surface d'appui (22) est prévu au moins un élément renfort tel qu'une moulure (26), une nervure ou une plaque supplémentaire (55),
    sachant qu'ensuite l'élément de sécurisation (10) présente un dispositif de retenue (30) venant appliquer contre le côté supérieur (42) de la patte (40) et dépassant cette dernière par dessus ou la pénétrant par derrière au moins localement,
    sachant que la fixation (20) et le dispositif de retenue (30) se trouvent par le biais d'un moyen de jonction (50) en jonction active l'une avec l'autre, jonction qui est en mesure de modifier l'écart entre la fixation (20) et le dispositif de retenue (30) et
    sachant que le moyen de jonction (50) présente un filetage (51),
    caractérisé en ce que,
    L'élément de jonction (10) comprend un contre-écrou (52) disposant d'un filetage antagoniste (53) et sachant qu'il est possible de faire engrener le filetage (51) et le filetage antagoniste (53) l'un dans l'autre,
    et en ce que le contre-écrou (52) peut, pour l'empêcher de tourner, être introduit dans un évidement (28) du corps (23).
  2. Élément de sécurisation (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une saillie (24) s'éloigne du corps (23) en formant un angle (25) d'env. 90°.
  3. Élément de sécurisation (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps (23) présente un raidisseur (27) veillant à ce qu'au moins une saillie (24) ne se déforme pas.
  4. Élément de sécurisation (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que contre la fixation (20) est prévu le réceptacle (21) entourant la partie inférieure (41) de la patte (40) ou pénétrant dedans par derrière.
  5. Élément de sécurisation (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu un ressort (29), notamment un ressort en spirale agissant sur la fixation (20) et/ou sur le dispositif de retenue (30) et/ou sur le contre-écrou (52).
  6. Élément de sécurisation (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que contre le dispositif de retenue (30) présente au moins deux branches (31) entourant le côté supérieur (42) de la patte (40) ou pénétrant dedans par derrière.
  7. Élément de sécurisation (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'entre la patte (40) et la fixation (20) est prévue au moins une rondelle (54) à dents chevauchantes.
  8. Élément de sécurisation (10) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la fixation (20), le dispositif de retenue (30), le moyen de jonction (50), la rondelle (54) à dents chevauchantes, le contre-écrou (52) et/ou le ressort (29) sont prémontés pour former un sous-ensemble (11).
  9. Élément de sécurisation (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la fixation (20) et/ou le dispositif de retenue (30) sont en fonte de zinc injectée, une pièce découpée à la presse et coudée, en matière plastique ou en matériau composite.
  10. Unité à patte équipée d'un sous-ensemble selon la revendication 8, sachant que comme patte (40) est prévu(e) un adaptateur (43) ou une console au moins localement en forme de patte, console sur laquelle le sous-ensemble (11) est prémonté et forme ainsi l'unité à patte.
  11. Unité à console équipée d'un sous-ensemble selon la revendication 8, sachant que le sous-ensemble (11) est prémonté contre l'unité de montage (60), en particulier contre la tête de montage (61) ou contre l'excentrique (62) et forme ainsi l'unité à console.
