Abstract

Es wird eine Zweischeibenmaschine zur Oberflächenbehandlung eines Werkstücks durch Feinschleifen, Läppen oder Polieren beschrieben. Diese besteht aus einem Maschinengestell, mindestens zwei Antrieben (3, 4), zwei durch jeweils einen Antrieb (3, 4) über eine Welle (5, 6) rotativ antreibbaren Arbeitsscheiben (7, 8), nämlich einer unteren Arbeitsscheibe (8) und einer höhenverstellbar darüber angeordneten oberen Arbeitsscheibe (7), sowie aus mindestens einer zwischen den Arbeitsscheiben (7, 8) als Teil einer planetenkinematischen Anordnung bewegbaren Läuferscheibe (18) zur Aufnahme mindestens eines Werkstücks. Zur Vermeidung beziehungsweise deutlichen Verringerung von Schwingungen, wird vorgeschlagen zumindest den Teil (1) des Maschinengestells, an welchem der Antrieb (3) für die obere Arbeitsscheibe (7) festgelegt und die diese Arbeitsscheibe (7) treibende Welle (5) gelagert ist, gemeinsam mit mindestens einem diesen Teil (1) direkt oder mittelbar über den unteren Teil (2) des Maschinengestells auf dem Boden abstützenden vertikalen Abschnitt (11, 12) als eine monolithische Einheit aus einem Hartgestein ausauszubilden.
