Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif de mélange (1) pour le post-traitement de gaz d'échappement (2) dans un système d'échappement d'un moteur à combustion interne, qui comporte un boîtier (4) comprenant une section d'entrée (3) et un tube intérieur (7) agencé à l'intérieur du boîtier (4), s'étendant essentiellement parallèlement à une direction d'injection principale (5) d'un appareil de dosage (6) pour l'alimentation d'un liquide et/ou d'un mélange liquide-gaz, muni d'une zone de prémélange (10) formée à l'intérieur (8) du tube intérieur (7), le boîtier (4) comprenant une partie de boîtier en forme de spirale (13) et l'appareil de dosage (6) étant agencé sur un côté frontal (11) du boîtier (4), un courant principal de gaz d'échappement (12) étant acheminé entre le boîtier (4) et la surface d'enveloppe extérieure (14) du tube intérieur (7) et pouvant être amené dans une zone de mélange principale (16), et un courant partiel de gaz d'échappement (17) pouvant être amené par un passage de tube intérieur (18) dans la zone de prémélange (10) plus à proximité de l'appareil de dosage, le courant partiel de gaz d'échappement (17) débouchant par l'intermédiaire de la zone de prémélange (10) dans la zone de mélange principale (16), et le courant principal de gaz d'échappement (12) comportant une proportion volumique de gaz d'échappement plus grande que le courant partiel de gaz d'échappement (17) .
  2. Dispositif de mélange (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la direction d'injection principale (5) de l'appareil de dosage (6) est essentiellement parallèle et/ou coaxiale à l'axe longitudinal du boîtier (4) et/ou à l'axe longitudinal du tube intérieur (7).
  3. Dispositif de mélange (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le courant principal de gaz d'échappement (12) comporte au moins 70 % en volume du gaz d'échappement (2) amené dans la section d'entrée (3), de préférence au moins 80 % en volume du gaz d'échappement (2), de manière particulièrement préférée au moins 90 % en volume du gaz d'échappement (2).
  4. Dispositif de mélange (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le tube intérieur (7) comporte une partie cylindrique (20) et une partie s'effilant (21), la partie s'effilant (21) étant agencée en amont de la partie cylindrique (20) dans la direction d'écoulement (S) du courant principal de gaz d'échappement (12).
  5. Dispositif de mélange (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une déviation du courant partiel de gaz d'échappement (17) par un élément déflecteur (22) vers la direction d'injection principale (5) a lieu à l'intérieur du tube intérieur (7) et/ou directement avant la zone de prémélange (10) et/ou à l'extrémité avant de la zone de prémélange (10).
  6. Dispositif de mélange (1) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel l'élément déflecteur (22) est configuré sous forme annulaire et/ou symétrique par rotation et est de préférence configuré sur son côté intérieur (24) sous forme cylindrique circulaire et/ou dans sa section sous forme s'effilant vers son extrémité libre (25).
  7. Dispositif de mélange (1) selon la revendication 5 ou 6, dans lequel la longueur (27) de l'élément déflecteur (22) est plus courte que la longueur (28) du tube intérieur (7), de préférence en ce que la longueur (27) de l'élément déflecteur (22) est plus courte que la moitié de la longueur (28) du tube intérieur (7), de manière particulièrement préférée en ce que la longueur (27) de l'élément déflecteur (22) est plus courte qu'un quart de la longueur (28) du tube intérieur (7).
  8. Dispositif de mélange (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'angle de pulvérisation (a) est choisi de telle sorte que la pulvérisation ne touche essentiellement pas la paroi intérieure du tube intérieur (7) dans l'état non traversé par un gaz d'échappement.
  9. Dispositif de mélange (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la section d'entrée (3) du gaz d'échappement est inférieure ou égale à la longueur (28) du tube intérieur (7), de préférence en ce que le rapport entre la section d'entrée (3) du gaz d'échappement (2) et la longueur (28) du tube intérieur (7) est de 1:1 à 1:1,5.
  10. Dispositif de mélange (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le passage de tube intérieur (18) est formé par une pluralité d'ouvertures de passage (32), les ouvertures de passage (32) étant de préférence agencées sur un anneau circulaire ou un segment d'anneau circulaire, l'anneau circulaire ou le segment d'anneau circulaire étant de manière particulièrement préférée agencé dans le premier tiers de longueur ou quart de longueur, tourné vers l'appareil de dosage (6), du tube intérieur (7).
  11. Dispositif de mélange (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le tube intérieur (7) est agencé par l'intermédiaire de traverses à l'intérieur du dispositif de mélange (1) et les traverses sont de préférence agencées exclusivement dans le canal de dérivation acheminant le courant partiel de gaz d'échappement (17) depuis la zone d'entrée dans la zone de prémélange (10).
  12. Dispositif de mélange (1) selon la revendication 11, dans lequel au moins une traverse est formée de telle sorte que le courant partiel de gaz d'échappement (17) passant à côté de la traverse subisse une modification de direction définie, de préférence subisse une déviation d'au moins 10°, la géométrie des traverses étant de manière particulièrement préférée au moins semblable, de telle sorte que la déviation puisse être exécutée de manière au moins semblable.
  13. Dispositif de mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le courant partiel de gaz d'échappement (17) doit exécuter, en partant de la section d'entrée jusqu'aux ouvertures de passage, un mouvement (B) à l'encontre de la direction d'injection principale (5) et/ou en ce que les ouvertures de passage et/ou le canal de dérivation (19) du tube intérieur (7) sont agencés dans la direction longitudinale plus à proximité de l'appareil de dosage (6) que la zone, tournée vers l'appareil de dosage (6), de la section d'entrée.
  14. Dispositif de mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le tube intérieur (7), l'élément déflecteur (22) et/ou les traverses présentent une symétrie ponctuelle dans la section par rapport à l'axe/la direction d'injection principale (5), et/ou en ce que le tube intérieur (7), l'élément déflecteur (22) et/ou les traverses présentent une géométrie symétrique par rotation, de préférence par rapport à l'axe/la direction d'injection principale (5).
