Definitions

  • the invention relates to an arrangement of a plurality of moist pads in a packaging container for delivery to the end user, having the features of the preamble of patent claim 1.
  • Such arrangements are from the EP 1 440 019 B1 and from the DE 10 2006 020 926 A1 known.
  • the mutual overlapping arrangement of the pads of different stacks enables a simplified removal of a single pad from the packaging container as compared to an arrangement of pads in only one stack.
  • the present invention has for its object to provide an arrangement with which a particularly convenient removal of a single pad from the packaging container is made possible.
  • this so-called subregion in which the pads of the stacks overlap may be divided into two and in particular consist of a first overlap section and of a second overlap section, and in particular by a first overlap section intervening free surface, (ie by a material-free gap, which has a parallel to the plane of extension of a pad extending surface), be spaced.
  • the pads of different stacks are mutually overlapping (alternately) arranged.
  • the pads have a peripheral material recess, which serves as a grip aid.
  • a grip aid can, for example, be created by an indentation of the contour of a pad. The arrangement of such marginal material recesses in the sub-area in which pads of different stacks overlap each other, a compact grip area is created in which the gripping of each pad is particularly comfortable.
  • the pads of different stacks are oriented relative to each other at least substantially mirror-symmetrically. In this way, a symmetrical arrangement can be created with the smallest possible grip area.
  • a further simplification of the removal of the pads from the packaging container results when the material recesses of the pads of different stacks are oriented in opposite directions, ie, for example, both facing the partial region (the material recesses face a packaging center of the packaging container) or both have the sub-area away (the material recesses are facing an environment of the packaging container). This results in a minimum distance of the boundaries of the material recesses of the pads of different stacks and thus a reduction of the gripping area required for gripping the pads of different stacks.
  • the boundary of the pads with the exception of the material recess has a geometric basic shape, wherein the basic shape is preferably circular, oval or polygonal.
  • the material recess is in particular part-circular or partially elliptical, so that the boundary of the material recess is particularly easy with a finger on or behind gripped.
  • the boundary of the pad with the exception of the material recess has a circular basic shape, preferably with a basic shape associated radius between 23 and 40 mm, more preferably between 28 and 38 mm, more preferably between 32 and 38 mm, more particularly with a radius of 35 mm.
  • the pads Due to the peripheral material recess, the pads have a deviating from the radius of the basic shape smallest diameter.
  • the smallest diameter is measured using an imaginary line starting from the vertex of the material recess on the center of the basic shape leading to the intersection with the boundary of the pad opposite the material recess.
  • the smallest diameter in particular in the case of a circular basic shape of the pad, is preferably between 25 and 73 mm, more preferably between 40 and 63 mm, more preferably between 50 and 58 mm.
  • the pad having the material recess occupies a pad area between 13 and 45 cm 2 , in particular between 18 and 37 cm 2 , more particularly between 20 and 35 cm 2 .
  • the pads of both stacks are identical in terms of their material and / or their shape (in particular the basic shape and / or the shape of the material recess) and / or their dimensions.
  • the respective boundaries of the pads along a portion outside the material recess and / or along the material recess on a kink-free course can be provided.
  • a transition, preferably both transitions, of the respective boundaries of the pads between a portion outside the material recess and the material recess is kink-free or are.
  • a boundary is provided in the area of the transitions, which is well suited for comfortable grip contact.
  • Knickok is understood to mean that there are no abrupt changes within the boundaries of the pads and / or along the material recesses, but in particular changes of direction by different radii merge into each other, so for example, there are rounded corners.
  • the marginal material recess deviates from the basic shape of the pad, preferably in the form of a part-circular or partially elliptical indentation.
  • the course of the indent limiting boundary can be determined by a radius.
  • the radius of the recess may preferably correspond to the radius of the circular basic shape of the pad, wherein the radius of the basic shape is preferably between 23 and 40 mm, more preferably between 28 and 38 mm, more preferably between 32 and 38 mm, further preferably 35 mm.
  • the radius of the indentation may be smaller than the radius of the basic shape of the pad.
  • the radius of the recess is between 10 and 35 mm.
  • the limitation of the indentation is based on the direction of the smallest diameter defined above in opposite transitions, in particular kink-free, in the basic form.
  • the boundary in the transitions preferably has a radius which is smaller than the radius determining the basic shape of the pad.
  • the radius in the transitions is preferably between 5 and 15 mm, more preferably 10 mm.
