Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Identifikationsdokument, wie z.B. einen Reisepass, das gegen eine Fälschung z.B. durch ein Ersetzen einer Seite geschützt ist bzw. das Ersetzen einer Seite zumindest leicht erkennbar ist.
  • Bei der Fälschung von Identifikationsdokumenten wird oft die Naht aufgetrennt, welche einen Umschlag und ein Innenteil, das aus mehreren Datenblättern besteht, verbindet. Nach dem Auftrennen wird beispielsweise ein ursprüngliches Datenblatt entfernt und dafür ein gefälschtes Datenblatt eingesetzt und wieder mit dem Umschlag und den übrigen Datenblättern vernäht.
  • Eine andere Form der Fälschung ist, wenn ein Datenblatt in der Nähe der Naht herausgetrennt und dafür ein gefälschtes Datenblatt eingenäht wird.
  • DE 10 2009 010 800 B3 beschreibt eine Datenseite für ein buchartiges Dokument sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der Datenseite für ein buchartiges Dokument, insbesondere Wert- und/oder Sicherheitsdokument, welche eine erste Schicht aus einem thermoplastischen Werkstoff und zumindest eine zweite Schicht, die mit der ersten Schicht verbunden ist, aufweist und einen Datenbereich, einen Nahtbereich zur Aufnahme einer Naht zum Einbinden der Datenseite in das buchartige Dokument und einen Laschenbereich, der an den Nahtbereich angrenzt und dem Datenbereich gegenüberliegt, umfasst, wobei das zumindest eine Sicherheitsmerkmal sich zusammenhängend über wenigstens einen Teil des Datenbereichs, des Nahtbereichs und des Laschenbereichs erstreckt.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es die Fälschung eines Identifikationsdokuments zu verhindern. Eine weitere Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, dass ein gefälschtes Identifikationsdokument leicht erkennbar ist.
  • Die Aufgabe der Erfindung wird durch den unabhängigen Anspruch 1 und den nebengeordneten Anspruch 10 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausführungen sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen 2 bis 9 beschrieben.
  • Zur Lösung der Aufgabe offenbart die Erfindung ein Identifikationsdokument, das mindestens einen Umschlag und ein Innenteil umfasst, wobei der Umschlag mit dem Innenteil dauerhaft verbunden ist, wobei das Innenteil aus mindestens einem Datenblatt besteht, welches sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass eine Folie auf dem Umschlag und/oder auf mindestens einem Datenblatt angeordnet ist, wobei die Folie dazu dient eine Fälschung des Identifikationsdokuments zu verhindern und/ oder erkennbar zu machen.
  • Ein vorteilhaftes Ausführungsbeispiel zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Folie zumindest auf einem Teil der Oberfläche des Umschlags und/ oder des mindestens einen Datenblatts des Innenteils angeordnet ist. Die Folie kann dabei jede beliebige geeignete Form annehmen. Die Folie kann z.B. in der Form von rechteckigen Streifen oder Kreisen angeordnet werden.
  • Ein weiteres vorteilhaftes Ausführungsbeispiel zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Folie auf einer und/ oder beiden Seiten des Umschlags und/ oder des mindestens einen Datenblatts des Innenteils angeordnet ist. Dies kann eine vorteilhafte Wirkung haben, als neben dem Schutz vor Fälschung auch die mechanischen Eigenschaften des Identifikationsdokuments positiv verstärkt werden, z.B. durch eine erhöhte Stabilität.
  • Ein weiteres vorteilhaftes Ausführungsbeispiel zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Folie in einem Bereich angeordnet ist, wo der Umschlag mit dem mindestens einen Datenblatt des Innenteils dauerhaft verbunden ist.
  • Ein weiteres vorteilhaftes Ausführungsbeispiel zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass der Umschlag mit dem mindestens einen Datenblatt des Innenteils mittels einer Naht vernäht ist. Vorteilhafterweise werden Umschlag und Innenteil mit den dazugehörigen Datenblättern im Bereich eines gemeinsamen Falzes miteinander vernäht.
  • Ein weiteres vorteilhaftes Ausführungsbeispiel zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass auf der Folie eine kleberabweisende Schicht angeordnet ist. Dies ist besonders vorteilhaft, wenn versucht wird, eine gefälschte Datenseite einzukleben. Durch die kleberabweisende Schicht kann der Kleber nicht haften und somit auch die gefälschte Datenseite nicht eingeklebt werden.
  • Ein weiteres vorteilhaftes Ausführungsbeispiel zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass auf der Folie eine Teflonschicht angeordnet ist. Eine Teflonschicht hat ebenfalls eine kleberabweisende Schicht. Neben Teflon können alle anderen geeigneten Materialien verwendet werden, die auch eine kleberabweisende Eigenschaft aufweisen.
  • Ein weiteres vorteilhaftes Ausführungsbeispiel zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass auf der Folie ein Hologramm angeordnet ist.
  • Ein weiteres vorteilhaftes Ausführungsbeispiel zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass auf der Folie eine Beschriftung angeordnet ist. Vorteilhafterweise ist die Beschriftung mit dem Hologramm kombiniert.
  • Ein weiteres vorteilhaftes Ausführungsbeispiel zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Folie aufgeklebt oder auflaminiert ist.
  • Ein weiteres vorteilhaftes Ausführungsbeispiel zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Folie aus mindestens einer Schicht besteht.
  • Zur Lösung der Aufgabe offenbart die Erfindung ferner ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines oben beschriebenen Identifikationsdokuments.
  • Im Folgenden werden Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung anhand der beigefügten Figuren detailliert beschrieben.
  • Figuren 1 bis 4 zeigen unterschiedliche geometrische Ausführungsformen der erfindungsgemäßen Folie in Form eines Streifens, wobei gleiche Bezugszeichen jeweils gleiche Elemente bezeichnen.
  • Figur 1 zeigt beispielsweise ein Datenblatt 2 eines Innenteils eines Identifikationsdokuments. Auf einer Seite des Datenblatts 2 befindet sich vorzugsweise in einem Bereich, wo gewöhnlich eine Falzung ausgebildet ist, eine erfindungsgemäße Folie 4. Ein Umschlag des Identifikationsdokuments und die dazugehörigen Datenblätter 2 des Innenteils des Identifikationsdokuments werden beispielsweise mittels einer Naht 6 miteinander vernäht. Die Naht 6 verläuft erfindungsgemäß im Bereich der erfindungsgemäßen Folie 4.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Folie 4 weist an ihrer Oberfläche eine kleberabweisende Schicht auf. Damit wird verhindert, dass gefälschte Datenblätter 2 eingeklebt werden, zumindest wird das Einkleben erheblich erschwert.
  • Ferner weist die erfindungsgemäße Folie 4 auf ihrer Oberfläche ein Hologramm auf. Wird ein Datenblatt 2 durch Auftrennen einer Umschlag und Innenteil verbindenden Naht 6 entfernt und gegen ein gefälschtes Datenblatt 2 ersetzt, so ist die Fälschung leicht zu erkennen. Beim Vernähen des gefälschten Datenblatts 2 mit den übrigen Datenblättern 2 und dem Umschlag werden die Folie 4 und das Hologramm durch weitere Einstiche einer weiteren Naht 6 beschädigt. Diese weiteren Einstiche sind ein Beleg dafür, dass das Identifikationsdokument gefälscht wurde. Ferner sind die weiteren Einstiche in der erfindungsgemäßen Folie 4 mit Hologramm leichter zu erkennen, als in Papier. Die weiteren Einstiche sind leicht ohne technische Hilfsmittel mit dem Auge erkennbar.
  • Sollte ein gefälschtes Datenblatt 2 eingeklebt werden, dann wäre dies ebenfalls leicht erkennbar mittels der erfindungsgemäßen Folie 4, insbesondere dann, wenn die Folie 4 ein Hologramm trägt. Beim Einkleben des gefälschten Datenblatts 2 ist das Hologramm nicht mehr vollständig sichtbar, was ein Zeichen für eine Fälschung ist.
  • Das Hologramm kann ferner mit einer Beschriftung ergänzt werden. Sollte die Beschriftung nicht mehr vollständig lesbar sein, so ist dies ebenfalls ein Hinweis auf eine Fälschung.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Folie 4 wird auf das Datenblatt 2 mittels geeigneter Verfahren dauerhaft aufgebracht. Als Verfahren bieten sich beispielsweise eine Heißfolienprägung an. Ferner kann die Folie 4 eine Klebeschicht aufweisen, mit Hilfe der sie auf das Datenblatt 2 geklebt wird. Darüber hinaus kann die Folie 4 mittels Druck und Hitze auf das Datenblatt 2 aufgebracht werden.
  • Figur 2 zeigt ein Datenblatt 2 mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Folie 4, wobei die Folie 4 hier eine wellenförmige Form aufweist.
  • Figur 3 zeigt ein erfindungsgemäßes Ausführungsbeispiel, bei dem die Folien 4 in viele kleine Elemente aufgeteilt ist, die einen gewissen Abstand zueinander haben.
  • Figur 4 zeigt ein erfindungsgemäßes Ausführungsbeispiel, bei dem die Folie 4 in einer Zick-Zack-Form angeordnet ist.

Claims (10)

  1. Identifikationsdokument, umfassend mindestens einen Umschlag und ein Innenteil,
    wobei der Umschlag mit dem Innenteil dauerhaft verbunden ist, wobei das Innenteil aus mindestens einem Datenblatt (2) besteht,
    wobei eine Folie (4) auf dem Umschlag und/oder auf mindestens einem Datenblatt (2) angeordnet ist, wobei die Folie (4) dazu dient eine Fälschung des Identifikationsdokuments zu verhindern und/ oder erkennbar zu machen,
    wobei die Folie (4) in einem Bereich angeordnet ist, wo der Umschlag mit dem mindestens einen Datenblatt (2) des Innenteils dauerhaft verbunden ist; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    auf der Folie (4) eine kleberabweisende Schicht angeordnet ist.
  2. Identifikationsdokument nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie (4) zumindest auf einem Teil der Oberfläche des Umschlags und/ oder des mindestens einen Datenblatts (2) des Innenteils angeordnet ist.
  3. Identifikationsdokument gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie (4) auf einer und/oder beiden Seiten des Umschlags und/oder des mindestens einen Datenblatts (2) des Innenteils angeordnet ist.
  4. Identifikationsdokument gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umschlag mit dem mindestens einen Datenblatt (2) des Innenteils mittels einer Naht (6) vernäht ist.
  5. Identifikationsdokument gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Folie (4) eine Teflonschicht angeordnet ist.
  6. Identifikationsdokument gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Folie (4) ein Hologramm angeordnet ist.
  7. Identifikationsdokument gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Folie (4) eine Beschriftung angeordnet ist.
  8. Identifikationsdokument gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie (4) aufgeklebt oder auflaminiert ist.
  9. Identifikationsdokument gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie (4) aus mindestens einer Schicht besteht.
  10. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Identifikationsdokuments gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 9.
