Claims (12)
- Recessed light fixture (10) to be installed in a ceiling or ceiling system, on the top of said recessed light fixture is mounted at least one fixing device (16) that includes a connecting element (18) which carries a holding extension (26) and which is movably mounted to said recessed light fixture (18) in such a manner that said holding extension is movable between a first position, in which it does not or only slightly project above the contour of the recessed light fixture, and a second position, in which it is located outside of the contour of the recessed light fixture and above a region of the ceiling or ceiling system and comes to bear against the same, characterized in that the connecting element (18) includes a section (20) that is turned away from the recessed light fixture (10) and is adjustable in height, said section being one of two legs (20, 22) of the connecting element (18) and carrying said holding extension (26), and the other leg (22) being movably mounted on the top of said recessed light fixture (10).
- Recessed light fixture according to claim 1, characterized in that the holding extension (26) is carried by the upper leg (20) of the connecting element (18).
- Recessed light fixture according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting element (18) is made in one piece.
- Recessed light fixture according to claim 1, characterized in that the holding extension (26) includes a cantilever section (28) and a supporting section (30) that comes to bear against the ceiling system.
- Recessed light fixture according to claim 1, characterized in that the holding extension (26) extends from its supporting leg (20) towards the apex region of the connecting element (18).
- Recessed light fixture,according to claim 1, characterized in that in said apex region of the connecting element (18), said two legs (20, 22) are connected to each other only over a portion of the transverse width of the legs.
- Recessed light fixture according to claim 1, characterized in that said cantilever section (28) and/or said supporting section (30) are formed in a web-like manner such that the thickness of the web transversely to the longitudinal extension thereof is small.
- Recessed light fixture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fixing device can be pivoted between the first and the second position about a first screw (32) by which the fixing device (16) is mounted to said recessed light fixture (10).
- Recessed light fixture according to claim 8, characterized in that the first screw (32) is guided in a first threaded hole of the leg (22) of the connecting element (18) which faces said recessed light fixture.
- Recessed light fixture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that on the connecting element (18), a second screw (34) is provided by which the leg (20) that carries the holding extension is adjustable.
- Recessed light fixture according to claim 10, characterized in that the second screw (34) is guided in a second threaded bore of the leg (22) that faces said recessed light fixture.
- Recessed light fixture according to claim 10, characterized in that the part of said recessed light fixture carrying said connecting element (18) is provided with a through hole (35) through which the second screw (34) extends and which corresponds to at least the distance along which said second screw (34) moves when the holding extension (26) is moved between the first and the second position.
