Claims (13)

  1. Ventilation device with a housing (10), the top side of which is formed by a cover plate (11), and with at least one fastening device for fastening the ventilation device (1) in an assembly wall (M), wherein at least one fastening device is arranged on the cover plate and wherein the fastening device has a base plate (20) and a support element (21) arranged at least partially above the base plate (20) in a mobile manner, wherein the base plate (20) of the fastening device is fastened to the top side of the housing of the ventilation device (1) or is formed by part of the top side of the housing of the ventilation device (1), wherein the support element (21) has an angled shape with a first and a second limb (210, 211), characterised in that the second limb (211) is directed downwards in relation to the first limb (210), the support element (21) is retained on the first limb (210) such that it can be displaced on the base plate (20) and the support element (21) can be pivoted in relation to the base plate (20), such that the support element (21) can be moved between a prefixed position, in which the second limb (211) protrudes beyond the edge of the base plate (20) by an overhang, an assembly position, in which the second limb (211) is pivoted downwards in relation to the prefixed position, and an insertion position, in which the second limb (211) protrudes beyond the edge of the base plate (20) by an overhang which is smaller than the overhang in the prefixed position.
  2. Ventilation device according to claim 1, characterised in that the fastening device (2) has an adjusting screw (22), the adjusting screw (22) extends through the base plate (20), the adjusting screw (22) is connected to the first limb (210) of the support element (21) via a joint (23) and, by rotating the adjusting screw (22), the support element (21) is pivoted about the joint (23) between the prefixed position and the assembly position.
  3. Ventilation device according to claim 2, characterised in that the joint (23) has a pivot axis, which lies parallel to the base plate (20), parallel to the angular vertex (W) of the angular support element (21) and parallel to the edge, beyond which the support element (21) protrudes, and the pivot axis can be displaced in relation to the support element (21).
  4. Ventilation device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the displaceable retention of the first limb (210) of the support element (21) comprises a spring element (26), a guide geometry (201) in the base plate and/or a fixing screw.
  5. Ventilation device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the at least one fastening device (2) on the cover plate (11) of the housing (10) is arranged in the region of the corner of the cover plate (11), such that the support element (21) of the fastening device (2) protrudes beyond the edge of the cover plate (11) in at least the assembly position and the prefixed position and does not protrude beyond the edge of the cover plate (11) in the insertion position.
  6. Ventilation device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the housing (10) has an outwardly protruding projection (13) on the bottom side, at least in regions.
  7. Ventilation device according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the housing (10) has a rectangular shape and at least one fastening device (2) is arranged in the region of each of the four corners, such that in each case two support elements (21) of the fastening device (2) protrude beyond a common edge of the housing (10), at least for a time.
  8. Ventilation device according to one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the first limb is connected to the adjusting screw (22) via the joint (23), characterised in that the second limb (211) has a length that is greater than the difference between the height of the housing (10) of the ventilation device (1) and the wall thickness of the assembly wall (M).
  9. Ventilation device according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the joint (23), via which the adjusting screw (22) is connected to the first limb (210) of the support element (21), comprises a bolt (233) which extends perpendicularly to the axis of the adjusting screw (22) and engages into at least one elongated hole (212) in the first limb (210) of the support element (21).
  10. Ventilation device according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the support element (21), at the free end of the first limb (210) to which the adjusting screw (22) is connected via the joint (23), has a grip (27), via which the support element (21) is retained on the base plate (20) such that it can be displaced and the grip (27) extends through the base plate (20).
  11. Ventilation device according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the joint (23), via which the adjusting screw (22) is connected to the first limb (210) of the support element (21), comprises at least two articulated arms (231, 232), and one of the articulated arms (232) is mounted such that it can be displaced on the adjusting screw (22).
  12. Ventilation device according to claim 11, characterised in that an articulated foot (24), which is retained on the base plate (20) such that it can be displaced, is provided at the free end of the first limb (210), which is connected to the adjusting screw (22).
  13. Ventilation device according to one of claims 11 or 12, characterised in that the free end of the first limb (210) can be fixed on the base plate (20) in at least two positions, and the fixing preferably takes place via a fixing screw.
