Claims (10)
- Pflegebett (1), ausgestattet mit einem Gestell (2) und mit einem Bettrahmen (3), wobei dieses Bett (1) außerdem ausgestattet ist:- mit einer Vorrichtung (4) zur Einstellung der Höhe des Bettrahmens (3) bezüglich des Gestells (2), wobei diese Vorrichtung (4) eine verformbare Kreuzverstrebung (5) enthält, die mit einer Kopfstange (6) und mit einer Fußstange (7) versehen ist, die aneinander angelenkt sind;- mit einer Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung (18), die enthält:wobei dieses Bett (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Kopplung (31) der Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung (18) ausrückbar ist und eine eingerückte Konfiguration, in der die Schere (19) mit dem Stellantrieb (30) gekoppelt ist, und eine ausgerückte Stellung einnehmen kann, in der die Schere (19) vom Stellantrieb (30) entkoppelt ist, und dass das Bett (1) außerdem ausgestattet ist:- eine Schere (19), die zwischen der Kopfstange (6) und dem Bettrahmen (3) zwischen einer zusammengelegten Stellung und einer ausgeklappten Stellung gelenkig montiert ist,- einen Stellantrieb (30), der die Bewegung der Schere (19) über eine Kopplung (31) steuert,- mit einer Anti-Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung (35), die enthält:- eine Schubstange (36), die zwischen der Fußstange (7) und dem Bettrahmen (3) zwischen einer unteren Stellung und einer oberen Stellung gelenkig montiert ist;- eine Bremse (43) mit einer Verriegelungsstellung, in der sie die Drehung der Schubstange (36) bezüglich der Fußstange (7) blockiert, und mit einer Freigabestellung, in der sie die Drehung der Schubstange (36) bezüglich der Fußstange (7) erlaubt,- mit einem Notsteuersystem (46), das ein Steuerpedal (47) und eine mechanische Kraftübertragung (48) enthält, die das Steuerpedal (47) mit der Anti-Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung (35) und mit der Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung (18) verbindet, wobei das Steuerpedal (47) beweglich montiert ist zwischen:- einer inaktiven Stellung, in der das Pedal (47) die Bremse (43) der Anti-Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung (35) in ihrer Verriegelungsstellung und die Kopplung (31) der Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung in ihrer eingerückten Stellung hält,- einer aktiven Stellung, in der das Pedal (47) die Bremse (43) der Anti-Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung (35) freigibt und die Kopplung (31) der Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung (18) in ihrer ausgerückten Stellung platziert.
- Bett (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremse (43) der Anti-Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung (35) in Form eines Arbeitszylinders vorliegt, der einen Kolben (44), der in einem Zylinder (45) gleitend montiert ist, und ein Ventil mit zwei Stellungen enthält, die vom Pedal (47) gesteuert werden, nämlich eine geschlossene Stellung, die der Verriegelungsstellung der Bremse (43) entspricht, in der das Ventil den Zylinder (45) verschließt, und eine offene Stellung, die der Freigabestellung der Bremse (43) entspricht, in der das Ventil den Zylinder (45) belüftet.
- Bett (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stellantrieb (30) einen Motor (32) und die Kopplung (31) eine bewegliche Stange (33) enthält, die zwischen den Motor (32) und die Schere (19) eingefügt ist, und dass in der eingerückten Stellung die Stange (33) fest mit dem Motor (32) verbunden ist, während in der ausgerückten Stellung die Stange (33) bezüglich des Motors (32) frei beweglich ist.
- Bett (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kraftübertragung (48) direkt vom Pedal (47) zur Bremse (43) der Anti-Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung (35) und indirekt vom Pedal (47) zur Kopplung (31) der Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung (18) geht.
- Bett (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kraftübertragung (48) einen Satz von Kabeln (51, 52) enthält, der ein Primärkabel (51), das das Pedal (47) mit der Bremse (43) der Anti-Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung (35) verbindet, und ein Sekundärkabel (52) aufweist, das die Anti-Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung (35) mit der Kopplung (31) der Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung (18) verbindet.
- Bett (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuersystem (46) einen Hebel (53) enthält, der in Drehung mit der Schubstange (36) gekoppelt ist, und dass das Sekundärkabel (52) den Hebel (53) mit der Kopplung (31) der Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung (18) verbindet, wobei der Hebel (53) zwischen einer inaktiven Stellung, in der er das Sekundärkabel (52) lockert, was es der Kopplung (31) ermöglicht, ihre eingerückte Konfiguration einzunehmen, und einer aktiven Stellung beweglich ist, in der er einen Zug auf das Sekundärkabel (52) ausübt, was die Kopplung (31) in ihrer entrückten Konfiguration platziert.
- Bett (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (53) um eine fest mit der Fußstange (7) verbundene Achse (54) drehend montiert ist, dass eine Rückstellfeder (58) den Hebel (53) in seine aktive Stellung beaufschlagt, und dass die Schubstange (36) einen Anschlag (59) trägt, gegen den der Hebel (53) unter der Wirkung der Rückstellfeder (58) angelegt wird.
- Bett (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anti-Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung (35) ein Rückstellorgan (60) enthält, das die Schubstange (36) in ihre obere Stellung beaufschlagt.
- Bett (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kraftübertragung (48) direkt vom Pedal (47) zur Anti-Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung (35) und vom Pedal (47) zur Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung (18) geht.
- Bett (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kraftübertragung (48) einen Satz von Kabeln (51, 52) enthält, der ein Primärkabel (51), das das Pedal (47) mit der Bremse (43) der Anti-Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung (35) verbindet, und ein Sekundärkabel (52) aufweist, das das Pedal (47) mit der Kopplung (31) der Trendelenburg-Vorrichtung (18) verbindet.
