Claims (15)

  1. Borne de raccordement ou de connexion (1) pour conducteurs électriques (8), pour la connexion électrique d'au moins un conducteur et d'au moins un corps de contact électrique,
    dotée d'un corps isolant (2), dans lequel le corps de contact est disposé,
    le corps de contact présentant au moins un cadre de contact (4) et un élément de ressort (5) agissant conjointement avec le cadre de contact (4),
    le cadre de contact (4) étant muni d'au moins une bande de cadre de contact avec des jambes (33, 34) adjacentes, l'élément de ressort (5) présentant un bras (27) et des branches de ressort (23, 24, 25, 26) étant disposées à l'extrémité du bras (27),
    caractérisée en ce
    qu'une bande de cadre de contact supérieure (30) et une bande de cadre de contact inférieure (31) sont prévues sur le cadre de contact (4), qui sont disposées décalées l'une par rapport à l'autre et sont reliées par l'intermédiaire d'une bande de décalage (32),
    et que le bras (27) de l'élément de ressort (5) est disposé perpendiculairement et repose sur la bande de décalage (32) et est en outre maintenu par au moins un élément de guidage (41 ; 42 ; 43 ; 44) ou est maintenu de manière alternative entre des éléments de guidage (41 ; 42 ; 43 ; 44) perpendiculairement le long des bandes de cadre de contact (30, 31) orientées avec l'arête vers le haut.
  2. Borne de raccordement ou de connexion (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les branches de ressort (24, 26) sont repliées à un autre niveau que les branches de ressort (23, 25),
    et que les branches de ressort (23, 25) et les branches de ressort (24, 26) sont repliées sur des côtés opposés du bras (27).
  3. Borne de raccordement ou de connexion (1) selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que
    l'élément de ressort (5) est conçu d'un seul tenant et/ou que l'élément de ressort (5) est disposé à l'intérieur du cadre de contact (4).
  4. Borne de raccordement ou de connexion (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les branches de ressort (23, 24) et les branches de ressort (25, 26) sont disposées respectivement aux extrémités respectives du bras (27) de l'élément de ressort (5) par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison de branches de ressort (28 ; 29).
  5. Borne de raccordement ou de connexion (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de ressort (5) est maintenu latéralement par rapport à des jambes de positionnement (35, 36) et/ou que les branches de ressort (23, 24, 25, 26) de l'élément de ressort (5) reposent avec leurs extrémités libres contre des points de contact (37, 38, 39, 40) du cadre de contact (4) .
  6. Borne de raccordement ou de connexion (1) selon la revendication 1,
    dotée d'une pièce de contact (7), laquelle traverse le corps isolant (2) et/ou un élément de fixation (6) en-dessous du corps isolant (2) et peut se mettre en contact avec le cadre de contact (4),
    caractérisée en ce
    qu'une langue (48) de la pièce de contact (7) est maintenue et/ou est mise en contact entre une bande (31) du cadre de contact (4) et une languette (45) du cadre de contact.
  7. Borne de raccordement ou de connexion (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce
    qu'une langue (48) de la pièce de contact (7) dépasse par un orifice (46) du cadre de contact (4), au moins un élément de butée (50) étant prévu sur la langue (48) de la pièce de contact (7) et étant en prise avec le cadre de contact (4) ou au moins un élément de butée (62) étant prévu sur le cadre de contact (4) et/ou sur l'élément de ressort (5) et étant en prise avec la langue (48) de la pièce de contact (7).
  8. Borne de raccordement ou de connexion (1) selon l'une des revendications 6 à 7, caractérisée en ce que
    la languette (45) est disposée sur la bande de cadre supérieure (30) du cadre de contact (4), s'étend vers le bas et forme à peu près un plan avec la bande de cadre de contact supérieure (30).
  9. Borne de raccordement ou de connexion (1) selon la revendication 1,
    avec un poussoir (3), qui est relié avec le corps isolant (2) par complémentarité de forme, et présente des touches (17) de part et d'autre de sa ligne centrale (21), chaque touche (17) présentant une languette de touche (18) qui peut faire mouvoir les branches de ressort (23, 25) respectives,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le poussoir (3) est conçu souple autour de sa ligne centrale (21), où, en particulier, chaque touche (17) du poussoir (3) pouvant être pivotée sans effet sur les autres touches du poussoir (3) et agissant sur la branche de ressort (23 ; 25) disposée en-dessous.
  10. Borne de raccordement ou de connexion (1) selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que
    le poussoir (3) est relié par complémentarité de forme avec au moins un élément de connexion (16) autour d'un axe (15) du corps isolant (2).
  11. Borne de raccordement ou de connexion (1) selon la revendication 9 ou la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que
    le poussoir (3) présente des touches (17) qui sont reliées ensemble par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une langue de connexion (19) et/ou au moins une languette de connexion (20), et/ou que les touches (17) individuelles du poussoir (3) retournent automatiquement à leur position.
  12. Borne de raccordement ou de connexion (1) selon la revendication 1,
    - des trous d'insertion (9, 10, 11, 12) étant prévus sur le corps isolant,
    - respectivement plusieurs trous d'insertion étant présents sur une rangée,
    - des conducteurs électriques (8) pouvant être insérés dans les trous d'insertion (9, 10, 11, 12),
    caractérisée en ce
    qu'un trou d'insertion est disposé décalé par rapport au trou d'insertion se situant à côté sur une rangée à l'horizontale avec un espace A.
  13. Borne de raccordement ou de connexion (1) selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que
    les trous d'insertion (9a, 10a ; 11a, 12a) sont décalés dans une rangée verticale par rapport aux trous d'insertion (9b, 10b ; 11b, 12b) de la rangée verticale située à côté et/ou que les trous d'insertion (9, 10, 11, 12) sont taillés en pointe avec un angle W.
  14. Lampe avec une borne de raccordement ou de connexion (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
  15. Procédé de montage d'une borne de raccordement ou de connexion (1) selon la revendication 10,
    présentant les étapes suivantes :
    - montage du corps de contact dans le corps isolant (2),
    - connexion par complémentarité de forme du poussoir (3) avec le corps isolant (2) de sorte que ses langues de touche (18) peuvent déplacer les branches de ressort (23, 25) respectives,
    caractérisé par
    une connexion par complémentarité de forme du poussoir (3) avec l'élément de connexion (16) autour de l'axe (15) du corps isolant (2) de telle manière que les touches (17) du poussoir (3) peuvent être pivotées indépendamment les unes des autres.
