Dispenser device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein said standby position (6C) is located substantially at the same level as the first working position (6A), but in a vertical plane offset to the side opposite the machine for processing the sheet material coming from said coils, so as to facilitate the transfer of the coil (2, 3) from the standby position (6C) into the first working position (6A).

Dispenser device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein it includes braking means (37A 37B and 37C) associated with at least the first working position (6A) and with the second working position (6B) on the supporting structure (4), even preferably also with the standby position (6C).

Dispenser device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein it includes a tilting system (13) forming a buffer stock for the sheet material (12), said system (13) including at least one deflection roller (131, 132, 133) around which said sheet (12) winds up, said rollers (131, 132, 133) being mounted at their ends in rotation on two supporting arms (134), said arms (134) being pivotally mounted at one end (135) about an axis of rotation (136) transverse to said sheet (12), said system (13) also including at least one deflection roller (137, 138) mounted on the supporting structure (4).
