  • the pipe 31 is screwed into the section 26 so as to be arranged in contact with the shoulder 28 and be joined in a fluid-tight manner to the shoulder 28 itself and has a polygonal hollow head 38 which is formed inside the hole 33 upstream of the portion 33a in the direction 32 and allows an Allen key (known and not shown) to screw/unscrew the pipe 31 into/from said line 24.

Claims (6)

  1. Unité de pompe pour délivrer du combustible, de préférence du combustible diesel, depuis un réservoir de stockage (2) jusqu'à un moteur à combustion interne (3), l'unité de pompe comprenant une pompe de préalimentation (7) ; une pompe haute pression (6) ; un circuit hydraulique (14) comprenant, séquentiellement, une première ligne (15) pour connecter l'un à l'autre le réservoir de stockage (2) et la pompe de préalimentation (7), une deuxième ligne (16) pour connecter l'une à l'autre la pompe de préalimentation (7) et la pompe haute pression (6), une troisième ligne (18) pour connecter l'un à l'autre la pompe haute pression (6) et le moteur à combustion interne (3), une quatrième ligne (24) pour connecter l'un à l'autre la deuxième ligne (16) et le réservoir de stockage (2) et une cinquième ligne (35) pour connecter l'une à l'autre la deuxième et la quatrième ligne (16, 24) ; et un tube de venturi (31) qui définit une partie de la quatrième ligne (24) et qui communique hydrauliquement avec la cinquième ligne (35) ; et caractérisée en ce que le tube de venturi (31) est vissé dans la quatrième ligne (24), en ce que la quatrième ligne (24) et le tube de venturi (31) comprennent des parties d'assemblage respectives (36) qui sont formées sur la surface interne de la quatrième ligne (24) et sur la surface externe du tube de venturi (31), respectivement, et qui sont assemblées l'une à l'autre de manière étanche aux fluides au moyen de filetages à gaz respectifs (37), en ce que le tube de venturi (31) comprend une première entrée (33a) pour recevoir le combustible provenant de la quatrième ligne (24), une deuxième entrée (34) pour recevoir le combustible provenant de la cinquième ligne (35) et une sortie (33b) pour le combustible dans ladite quatrième ligne (24) et en ce que la deuxième entrée (34) est formée en aval de la partie d'assemblage (36) du tube de venturi (31) dans une direction d'écoulement (32) du combustible le long de la quatrième ligne (24).
  2. Unité de pompe selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le tube de venturi (31) est pourvu d'un trou central (33) qui s'étend à travers le tube de venturi (31), coaxialement par rapport à un axe longitudinal (25) de la quatrième ligne (24), de manière à définir la première entrée (33a) et la sortie (33b) ; la deuxième entrée (34) s'étendant radialement à travers le tube de venturi (31) de manière à communiquer hydrauliquement avec le trou central (33).
  3. Unité de pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la quatrième ligne (24) comprend une partie élargie (26) et une partie étroite (27) qui sont agencées l'une après l'autre et qui sont connectées l'une à l'autre au niveau d'un épaulement de fin de course (28) qui est sensiblement à angle droit par rapport à un axe longitudinal (25) de ladite quatrième ligne (24) ; le tube de venturi (31) étant vissé dans ladite partie élargie (26) de manière à être agencé en contact avec ledit épaulement de fin de course (28) et à être assemblé de manière étanche aux fluides avec celui-ci.
  4. Unité de pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le tube de venturi (31) présente une tête polygonale (38) prévue pour être mise en prise avec une clé fonctionnelle.
  5. Unité de pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant également une soupape de débordement (29) agencée le long de la quatrième ligne (24) en amont du tube de venturi (31) dans une direction d'écoulement (32) du combustible le long de ladite quatrième ligne (24).
  6. Unité de pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le circuit hydraulique (14) comprend également une électrovanne de dosage (20) montée le long de la deuxième ligne (16) ; la quatrième ligne (24) et la cinquième ligne (35) étant connectées à la deuxième ligne (16) en amont et en aval, respectivement, de l'électrovanne de dosage (20) dans une direction d'écoulement (21) du combustible le long de ladite deuxième ligne (16).
