  • the second part 5'' of the supporting element 5 and the functional element 4 are connected to another. This is done in the present embodiment by means of a screw connection as shown in FIG 5 where screws are indicated with reference 11. It can be understood that the second part 5'' of the supporting element 5 and the functional element 4 may be connected one to the other through a snap-in connection (details not shown, but well known in the art, see above mentioned citations).
  • FIG 7 it can be seen that the premounted unit consisting of the second part 5'' and the functional element 4 is brought to the pane element 3, which bears the first part 5' of the supporting element 5.
  • the unit consisting of the second part 5'' and the functional element 4 is pressed horizontally onto the first part 5'.
  • a snap connection - see hooks 10 in FIG 6 - allows a secure but removable connection between the two parts 5' and 5'' of the supporting element 5.
  • the parts 5', 5'' of the supporting element 5 are designed in a modular way. By this it becomes possible to mount different functional elements 4 onto the pane element 3 using basically the same supporting element. More specifically, the first part 5' of the supporting element 5 is always the same and is combined with a respective second part 5'' which is designed in such a manner that a specific functional element 4 can be securely supported. The portion of the supporting element second part 5'' that engages the first part 5' is the same for all parts 5'' supporting different functional elements 4.
  • the actuator i.e. the rotational knob covers completely the hole 6 in the pane element 3, thereby enhancing the aesthetic effect of the front side of the appliance 1, and protects the functional elements from dirt.

Claims (15)

  1. Gerät (1), insbesondere ein Haushaltsgerät, das eine Rahmenkonstruktion (2), ein an der Rahmenkonstruktion (2) befestigtes Scheibenelement (3) und mindestens ein Funktionselement (4) umfasst, wobei das Funktionselement (4) mit dem Scheibenelement (3) verbunden ist, wobei das Funktionselement (4) durch ein Stützelement (5) am Scheibenelement (3) befestigt ist, wobei das Stützelement (5) aus mindestens einem ersten Teil (5') und einem zweiten Teil (5") besteht, wobei die zwei Teile (5', 5") des Stützelements (5) abnehmbar verbunden sind, wobei das erste Teil (5') des Stützelements (5) mittels eines Klebers mit dem Scheibenelement (3) verbunden ist, und wobei das Funktionselement (4) aus der Gruppe von Thermostaten, Schaltern und Schaltuhren ausgewählt ist, wobei das Scheibenelement (3) mindestens ein Loch (6) zur Durchführung eines Schaftelements (7) des Funktionselements (4) hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Teil (5') des Stützelements (5) mit Ausrichtungsmitteln (8) zum Ausrichten des ersten Teils (5') im Verhältnis zum Loch (6) ausgestattet ist.
  2. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Funktionselement (4) und das zweite Teil (5") des Stützelements (5) abnehmbar verbunden sind.
  3. Gerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen den mindestens zwei Teilen (5', 5") des Stützelements (5) eine Schnappverbindung ist.
  4. Gerät nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen dem Funktionselement (4) und dem zweiten Teil (5") des Stützelements (5) eine Schraub- oder Schnappverbindung ist.
  5. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Loch (6) kreisförmig ausgebildet ist.
  6. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausrichtungsmittel (8) eine vorspringende Kante umfasst, die mindestens teilweise in das Scheibenelement (3) eindringt.
  7. Gerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorspringende Kante (8) nur teilweise in das Scheibenelement (3) eindringt.
  8. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Betätigerelement (9), vorzugsweise ein Drehknopf, am Ende des Schaftelements (7) des Funktionselements (4) befestigt ist, wobei das Betätigerelement (9) das Loch (6) im Scheibenelement (3) vollständig abdeckt.
  9. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Teil (5') des Stützelements (5) mittels Silikon mit dem Scheibenelement (3) verbunden ist.
  10. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scheibenelement (3) eine Glasscheibe ist.
  11. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scheibenelement (3) mittels eines Klebers mit der Rahmenkonstruktion (2) verbunden ist.
  12. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Teil (5") des Stützelements (5) als ein modulares Element ausgebildet und so ausgelegt ist, dass es mit mehreren unterschiedlichen Funktionselementen (4) verbunden werden kann.
  13. Verfahren zur Montage des Geräts (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, insbesondere des Haushaltsgeräts, das die Rahmenkonstruktion (2), das Scheibenelement (3) und das mindestens eine Funktionselement (4) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren folgende Schritte umfasst:
    a) Verbinden des ersten Teils (5') des Stützelements (5) mit einer Oberfläche des Scheibenelements (3) mittels des Klebers;
    a') Verbinden des Scheibenelements (3) mit der Rahmenkonstruktion (2);
    b) Verbinden des Funktionselements (4) mit dem zweiten Teil (5") des Stützelements (5);
    c) abnehmbares Befestigen des zweiten Teils (5") des Stützelements (5) am ersten Teil (5') des Stützelements (5),
    wobei das Funktionselement (4) aus der Gruppe von Thermostaten, Schaltern und Schaltuhren ausgewählt ist.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scheibenelement (3) mit der Rahmenkonstruktion (2) mittels eines Klebers verbunden wird, wobei dieser Verbindungsvorgang vorzugsweise gleichzeitig mit Schritt a) von Anspruch 13 durchgeführt wird.
  15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schritt a) von Anspruch 13 und Schritt b) von Anspruch 13 gleichzeitig durchgeführt werden, wobei mindestens einer der Schritte a), b) vorzugsweise mit einem automatischen Manipulator durchgeführt wird.
