Claims (5)

  1. Insert de commutateur (1, 2) d'un commutateur d'installation électrique comportant un boîtier de commutateur formé d'une première partie de boîtier (4, 6) et d'une seconde partie de boîtier (5, 7), sur lequel une bascule de commutateur (43) est fixée mobile en rotation,
    - dans lequel la bascule de commutateur (43) agit sur une bascule de contact (38) par l'intermédiaire d'un bras d'actionnement plongeant dans le boîtier de commutateur,
    - dans lequel il est prévu au moins deux bornes de connexion (19, 25, 31) qui sont munies d'au moins une pièce de contact (20, 21, 32, 33) et d'au moins un palier de bascule de contact (26, 27) et qui peuvent être électriquement connectées l'une à l'autre au moyen de la bascule de contact (38) sollicitée par la bascule de commutateur (43),
    - dans lequel lesdites au moins deux bornes de connexion (19, 25, 31) sont mises en place dans des réceptacles (18, 24, 30) formant chambres de contact sur la face intérieure de la première partie de boîtier (4, 6),
    - caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu sur la face intérieure de la première partie de boîtier (4, 6) une nervure de centrage (16) qui bloque la bascule de contact (38) à une position de préassemblage entre le palier de bascule de contact (26, 27) et la nervure de centrage (16),
    - la bascule de contact (38) présente des rainures latérales (39) dans lesquelles s'engage la nervure de centrage (16), et un guidage central de la bascule de contact (38) est assuré par les rainures latérales (39) aussi bien à la position de préassemblage qu'à une position de fonctionnement ultérieure lorsque le montage de l'insert de commutateur (1, 2) est achevé.
  2. Insert de commutateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une pièce de contact (20, 32) et le palier de bascule de contact (26) sont réalisés de manière à présenter une forme en U.
  3. Insert de commutateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une pièce de contact (21, 33) et le palier de bascule de contact (2) sont réalisés de manière à présenter une forme en L.
  4. Insert de commutateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première partie de boîtier (4, 6) et la seconde partie de boîtier (5, 7) sont reliées l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'ergots d'encliquetage (11) s'engageant dans des évidements d'encliquetage (12).
  5. Insert de commutateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bras d'actionnement est formé d'un poussoir (45) pouvant être déplacé dans un manchon de guidage (44) et ayant une came de commande (46) du côté de son extrémité.
