Definitions
- the present invention relates to a drinking container for receiving drinks.
- Containers or containers for drinks are nowadays not only increasingly used for the indirect provision of these drinks, but rather serve these containers directly as drinking containers, ie they are drunk directly from this container without the aid of a glass or cup.
- Such drinking containers for example, often used while driving in cars and can be stored in appropriate holders. In particular of such containers is required that they can be comfortably operated with one hand. This applies to both the initial opening process as well as the safe and tight resealing.
- Many beverages, especially in the soft drink sector have pasteurized or even sterilized to have a sufficient level of food purity and shelf life. This happens regularly in the beverage container as such. Also bottling under aseptic conditions is often required to ensure sterility of the offered drinks.
- the above-mentioned food law requirements often place high demands on the materials used as well as on the production process.
- the US 6,299,033 discloses, for example, a spice container having a body for containing spices with a snap-on lid.
- a shrink wrap may be used to cover the snap cap.
- the snap cover includes openings for spreading the spices.
- the WO 2007/121601 relates to a plastic closure for drinking containers, which comprises a drinking and pouring spout with a lower edge provided with lancing elements. By pressing down the drinking and pouring spout, a sealing foil closing a container spout can be torn open by means of the piercing elements.

- the invention was based on the object of providing high-purity, for example, contamination-free beverages without, for example, having to rely on a pasteurization step.
- the present invention has the object to provide such containers available with which a possible subsequent contamination or contamination or manipulation of a bottled beverage after completion of filling for each recognizable in a simple manner.
- a drinking container for drinks comprising a body for holding fluids with a bottom, a first side wall adjoining the bottom and an opening section adjoining the first side wall with an outlet opening; a cover module which can be placed on the body or has a second side wall and a lid flap adjoining thereto, wherein the first and the second side wall, when the lid module is present on the body, at least partially form an outline of the container whose diameter in the longitudinal direction of the container at least goes through a maximum; and at least one film, in particular shrink film, which at least partially on the first and second side wall, in particular shrunk, rests, and which extends on both sides of the at least one diameter maximum, and with the further features of claim 1.
- Suitable films which at least partially surround the first and second side walls and abut them and thus firmly hold the body and cover module together can be made of well-known plastic materials, for example made of polyolefin films such as polyethylene and polypropylene films or also of polystyrene films or films of styrene copolymers.
- the films used have a rubber-elastic property profile, which makes it particularly easy to attach the film completely close fitting to the first and second side walls.
- the film on the container according to the invention preferably extends around the entire circumference of the container and in this case covers the first and the second side wall at least in sections.
- the films are preferably under tension.
- the shrink film is preferably at least such shrunk off a portion of the body as well as at least a portion of the lid module that they can not be moved relative to each other or to be removed from each other, without destroying the shrink film.
- Suitable shrink films and methods for their preparation and their attachment are well known to those skilled in the art.
- shrink films may be made from polyolefins such as polyethylene or polypropylene or from PVC.
- the film extends in a configuration, in particular the shrink film, in the shrunk onto the container state in the direction of the cover module maximum to just below the lid flap. If the film, in particular shrink film, also shrunk onto the cover flap, this would unnecessarily complicate a functional opening of the container. Accordingly, in the containers according to the invention, the cover module by the film, in particular shrink film, with the body, in particular captively mounted or connected.
- Containers according to the invention are, for example, drinking containers for soft drinks. It is also possible to use the containers according to the invention for receiving, transporting and consuming coffee, cocoa or tea beverages.
- the container according to the invention is equipped with a separate first closure for the dispensing opening.
- the cover flap comprises a, in particular integral, second closure for the dispensing opening on the side facing the dispensing opening, this second closure closing the dispensing opening when the cover flap is closed.
- the first closure of the dispensing opening comprises or constitutes a destructible film, preferably a metal and / or plastic film.
- the container according to the invention also has a destruction unit for the first closure.
- the cover module is equipped with a destruction unit.
- An expedient embodiment provides that the first closure can be screwed or screwed onto the dispensing opening.
- the opening section has at least one first fastening element and that the cover module has at least one second fastening element which is complementary to the first fastening element, wherein the body and cover module, in particular reversible, via the interaction of the first and second fastening element , are connectable.
- Particularly suitable containers according to the invention form, with the first and second side walls, at least in regions, a bulbous outline shape, for example as known from wooden wine barrels, which preferably comprises the at least one diameter maximum.
- this outline shape formed from the first and second side walls does not necessarily have a symmetrical course.
- a longitudinal axis can be readily determined.
- the side wall of these containers, i. the first and second side walls then regularly also envelop this virtual longitudinal axis.
- placed by a container longitudinal axis can generally determine the diameter or the course of the diameter of the container from the bottom to the discharge opening.
- the at least one diameter maximum of the outline shape lies in the region of the first side wall or in the region of the second side wall. If the outline shape does not have a regular shape and, in particular, provides a plurality of diameter values depending on the orientation at a height of the longitudinal axis, it has proven to be advantageous to use the respective maximum diameter along the longitudinal axis of the outline shape.
- the foil extending on this side and beyond the at least one diameter maximum it is meant in the sense of the present invention that the foil extends from this at least one diameter maximum once in the direction of the bottom as well as in the direction of the dispensing opening.
- embodiments of the container according to the invention in which the outline shape of the first and second side walls in the region of the first side wall has the largest bulge, which subsequently tapers in the direction of the bottom and the dispensing opening, have proved to be particularly easy to handle and tamper-proof.
- the cover module and / or the body can be formed at least in sections from glass, plastic, ceramic and / or metal or comprise these materials.
- the first and second fastening element of the body or cover module represent, for example, mutually complementary threads.
- the cover flap is designed preferably lockable in the open and / or closed position. In this way, the lid flap can be fixed in the open position in a position in which it does not disturb the user during the drinking process.
- the cover flap is in this case mounted in a particularly advantageous embodiment by means of a hinge, preferably a film hinge movable as part of the cover module.
- a further embodiment of the invention Beloältnisses further provides that the cover flap also includes a closing surface, which is preferably connected to the second side wall.
- This end surface can be configured with at least one drinking aid or a drinking edge which surrounds the dispensing opening when the lid module is present on the body. The present on the end surface drinking rim serves to make the drinking process as simple and safe.
- Such containers are particularly preferred in which the first and the second side wall merge substantially seamlessly into one another.
- the first side wall in particular circumferentially, has an attachment edge on which a portion of the second side wall, preferably an edge of the second side wall, is placed or can be placed.
- the surprising finding is accompanied by the fact that a drinking container can be obtained in a relatively simple manner, that allows almost complete control over whether there is contamination of the beverage present in the container both during production and during later use could.
- the container according to the invention is also easy and reliable, one-handed, to use.
- the container according to the invention can easily be filled under sterile conditions beverages such as coffee or cocoa. A subsequent pasteurization of the drink is not required.
- the sterilized body is filled under aseptic conditions with the beverage through the discharge opening. Subsequently, this dispensing opening is closed or sealed, and the body thus filled can be provided or connected to the lid module either in the aseptic filling area or after leaving this area.
- the application of the film, in particular the shrinking of the shrink film on the container according to the invention preferably takes place outside the aseptic area, but still always in the sphere of influence of the filler.

- FIG. 1 takes a schematic side view of an embodiment of a container 1 according to the invention comprising a body 2 for receiving a drink with a bottom 4, a first side wall 6, an opening section 8 and a discharge opening 10.
- the opening section 8 merges into the first side wall 6.
- the cover module 12 is present.
- This cover module 12 comprises a second side wall 14 and the cover flap 16, which is connected via a film hinge 18 with the second side wall 14.
- the edge 20 of the second side wall 14 rests on a circumferential edge 22 of the body 2.
- the second closure 24 of the dispensing opening 10 is an integral part of the lid flap 16.
- the second closure 24, which engages the dispensing opening 10 with the lid flap folded, is completed by a sealing edge 26 surrounding the outer edge of the dispensing opening.
- the first side wall 6 and the second side wall 12 form an outwardly curved outline shape. If one considers the diameters of this outline shape along the virtual longitudinal axis x extending from the bottom 4 to the dispensing opening 24 (shown with dashed lines), a constant increase of these diameters seen from the bottom up to a certain point (indicated by arrow) occurs the diameters decrease again, ie the outline shape formed by the first and second side walls tapers again.
- the container 1 according to the invention is further equipped with a shrunk on the first and second side shrink film 28. This shrink film extends on both sides of and beyond the maximum bulge, but in the illustrated embodiment does not extend beyond the second side wall, ie the cover flap 16 is preferably not covered by the shrink film 28.
- the container 1 according to FIG. 2 differs only insofar from the embodiment according to FIG. 1 from, as here, the second side wall 12 makes up the much larger part than the first side wall 6 of the outline, which is enveloped by the shrink film 28. Also in this embodiment it is ensured that the cover module is captively connected to the body in a simple manner.
- FIG. 3 shows a schematic side sectional view of an embodiment of a container 1 according to the invention with a cover module 12 and a body 2.
- the lid flap 16 is in turn connected via a film hinge 18 with the second side wall 14.
- the second side wall 14 is located at its lower edge 22 on a Aufsetzrand 20.
- the dispensing opening 10 is through closed a first closure 30 in the form of a film. This is severed by an integrated in the cover flap 16 destruction mechanism 32 on first use.
- FIG. 4 shows a schematic perspective plan view of a body according to the invention 2 an embodiment of a container 1 according to the invention with the discharge opening 10, which is closed by a first closure 30 in the form of a film.

Description
The present invention relates to a drinking container for receiving drinks.
Containers or containers for drinks are nowadays not only increasingly used for the indirect provision of these drinks, but rather serve these containers directly as drinking containers, ie they are drunk directly from this container without the aid of a glass or cup. Such drinking containers, for example, often used while driving in cars and can be stored in appropriate holders. Many beverages, especially in the soft drink sector, have pasteurized or even sterilized to have a sufficient level of food purity and shelf life. This happens regularly in the beverage container as such. Also bottling under aseptic conditions is often required to ensure sterility of the offered drinks. The above-mentioned food law requirements often place high demands on the materials used as well as on the production process.

Accordingly, the present invention has the object to overcome the disadvantages known from the prior art for drinking containers and in particular to provide containers, with which it is possible, the contamination of To prevent drinks from being made available and / or bottled. In particular, the invention was based on the object of providing high-purity, for example, contamination-free beverages without, for example, having to rely on a pasteurization step. Furthermore, the present invention has the object to provide such containers available with which a possible subsequent contamination or contamination or manipulation of a bottled beverage after completion of filling for each recognizable in a simple manner.
The object underlying the invention has accordingly been achieved by a drinking container for drinks comprising a body for holding fluids with a bottom, a first side wall adjoining the bottom and an opening section adjoining the first side wall with an outlet opening; a cover module which can be placed on the body or has a second side wall and a lid flap adjoining thereto, wherein the first and the second side wall, when the lid module is present on the body, at least partially form an outline of the container whose diameter in the longitudinal direction of the container at least goes through a maximum; and at least one film, in particular shrink film, which at least partially on the first and second side wall, in particular shrunk, rests, and which extends on both sides of the at least one diameter maximum, and with the further features of
Suitable films which at least partially surround the first and second side walls and abut them and thus firmly hold the body and cover module together, can be made of well-known plastic materials, for example made of polyolefin films such as polyethylene and polypropylene films or also of polystyrene films or films of styrene copolymers. In one embodiment, the films used have a rubber-elastic property profile, which makes it particularly easy to attach the film completely close fitting to the first and second side walls. The film on the container according to the invention preferably extends around the entire circumference of the container and in this case covers the first and the second side wall at least in sections. The films are preferably under tension. The shrink film is preferably at least such shrunk off a portion of the body as well as at least a portion of the lid module that they can not be moved relative to each other or to be removed from each other, without destroying the shrink film. Suitable shrink films and methods for their preparation and their attachment are well known to those skilled in the art. For example, shrink films may be made from polyolefins such as polyethylene or polypropylene or from PVC. Conveniently, the film extends in a configuration, in particular the shrink film, in the shrunk onto the container state in the direction of the cover module maximum to just below the lid flap. If the film, in particular shrink film, also shrunk onto the cover flap, this would unnecessarily complicate a functional opening of the container. Accordingly, in the containers according to the invention, the cover module by the film, in particular shrink film, with the body, in particular captively mounted or connected.
Containers according to the invention are, for example, drinking containers for soft drinks. It is also possible to use the containers according to the invention for receiving, transporting and consuming coffee, cocoa or tea beverages.
The container according to the invention is equipped with a separate first closure for the dispensing opening. In addition, in one embodiment, it is quite possible to close the dispensing opening by the lid flap in the closed mode. In this case, it is particularly preferred if the cover flap comprises a, in particular integral, second closure for the dispensing opening on the side facing the dispensing opening, this second closure closing the dispensing opening when the cover flap is closed. The first closure of the dispensing opening comprises or constitutes a destructible film, preferably a metal and / or plastic film.
The container according to the invention also has a destruction unit for the first closure. Here, the cover module is equipped with a destruction unit. An expedient embodiment provides that the first closure can be screwed or screwed onto the dispensing opening.
In a further embodiment, it is provided that the opening section has at least one first fastening element and that the cover module has at least one second fastening element which is complementary to the first fastening element, wherein the body and cover module, in particular reversible, via the interaction of the first and second fastening element , are connectable.
Particularly suitable containers according to the invention form, with the first and second side walls, at least in regions, a bulbous outline shape, for example as known from wooden wine barrels, which preferably comprises the at least one diameter maximum. Of course, this outline shape formed from the first and second side walls does not necessarily have a symmetrical course. In general, for containers with a bottom and a dispensing opening opposite the bottom, a longitudinal axis can be readily determined. The side wall of these containers, i. the first and second side walls then regularly also envelop this virtual longitudinal axis. On the basis of such, placed by a container longitudinal axis, can generally determine the diameter or the course of the diameter of the container from the bottom to the discharge opening. In this case, it can be provided, for example, that the at least one diameter maximum of the outline shape lies in the region of the first side wall or in the region of the second side wall. If the outline shape does not have a regular shape and, in particular, provides a plurality of diameter values depending on the orientation at a height of the longitudinal axis, it has proven to be advantageous to use the respective maximum diameter along the longitudinal axis of the outline shape. With the foil extending on this side and beyond the at least one diameter maximum, it is meant in the sense of the present invention that the foil extends from this at least one diameter maximum once in the direction of the bottom as well as in the direction of the dispensing opening.
In this case, embodiments of the container according to the invention in which the outline shape of the first and second side walls in the region of the first side wall has the largest bulge, which subsequently tapers in the direction of the bottom and the dispensing opening, have proved to be particularly easy to handle and tamper-proof.
The cover module and / or the body can be formed at least in sections from glass, plastic, ceramic and / or metal or comprise these materials.
The first and second fastening element of the body or cover module represent, for example, mutually complementary threads.
The cover flap is designed preferably lockable in the open and / or closed position. In this way, the lid flap can be fixed in the open position in a position in which it does not disturb the user during the drinking process.
The cover flap is in this case mounted in a particularly advantageous embodiment by means of a hinge, preferably a film hinge movable as part of the cover module.
A further embodiment of the invention Beloältnisses further provides that the cover flap also includes a closing surface, which is preferably connected to the second side wall. This end surface can be configured with at least one drinking aid or a drinking edge which surrounds the dispensing opening when the lid module is present on the body. The present on the end surface drinking rim serves to make the drinking process as simple and safe.
Such containers are particularly preferred in which the first and the second side wall merge substantially seamlessly into one another.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the first side wall, in particular circumferentially, has an attachment edge on which a portion of the second side wall, preferably an edge of the second side wall, is placed or can be placed.
With the present invention, the surprising finding is accompanied by the fact that a drinking container can be obtained in a relatively simple manner, that allows almost complete control over whether there is contamination of the beverage present in the container both during production and during later use could. The container according to the invention is also easy and reliable, one-handed, to use.
The container according to the invention can easily be filled under sterile conditions beverages such as coffee or cocoa. A subsequent pasteurization of the drink is not required. For this purpose, the sterilized body is filled under aseptic conditions with the beverage through the discharge opening. Subsequently, this dispensing opening is closed or sealed, and the body thus filled can be provided or connected to the lid module either in the aseptic filling area or after leaving this area. Also, the application of the film, in particular the shrinking of the shrink film on the container according to the invention preferably takes place outside the aseptic area, but still always in the sphere of influence of the filler. Thus, the quality of the production of the container according to the invention is accompanied by quality control alone.
Further features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description, are explained in the preferred embodiments of the invention by way of example appended schematic drawings.
